Food was pretty good! I got the pad Thai and it had a grilled and smoky flavour to it which was surprising. I did find it a bit salty but that's just me. The alcoholic Thai tea was also good. Service was quick and they were friendly. The inside was nice and they ha Muay Thai playing on the TVs.
The grilled beef (for the pad see ew) at Muay Thai restaurant and bar is absolutely top-tiered. It's perfectly seared to medium-rare and paired with the tangy, spicy dressing - something I do not expect to see at a Thai restaurant in Canada. It was indeed out of this world....damn!!! I also really enjoyed my pad kra pao beef. The flavours were vibrant and dynamic--the umami and sweetness from the fish sauce, the subtle wok hey, the fragrance of the Thai basil, and the flames from the peppers intertwined nicely together on your tongue like a Ram Muay before a main card showdown at the Lumpinee stadium. Next time I'd probably go a bit less spicy or mild doe just my personal preference Super lovely service, and the restaurant is very welcoming and clean. I will be back often.
Delicious mussel pancake and pad thai dish! The pancake was savoury, and the pad thai wasn't the ketchup-y kind of noodle. This was the better and more unique dish. I also had the khao soi, which was good too. On par with what I've had at other Thai restaurants in the GTA. I enjoyed the Muay Thai theme of the restaurant, as the Muay Thai matches on tv and the ropes around the walls are decorated to make it look like you're in the ring. I only take a star off because it took a pretty long time (30 min wait) to get our food, even though the restaurant was not very busy.
The food, the customer service, and the muay thai fighting theme of the restaurant, made our last day in Toronto memorable. Im not overly familiar with thai cuisine, but everything I ate was delicious and flavorful..and had a nice spicy kick. Oh..and come hungry..cause these portions are huge! And our food came out in a timely manner. The customer service was also friendly and open to questions regarding their menu items. We opted to sit at the bar..and it was comfortable. Overall, highly recommend.
Hands down probably the best thai food I've had in Toronto. Everything was so delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Very reasonable prices, and portions are good to share. Amazing service as well. I love the concept they went with for decorations as well. Will definitely be back here!
This place is on my top 5 Thai restaurants I've ever eaten at. If you know me, I eat Thai very often. This place is legit, the staff is awesome and the food is A M A Z I N G!
The restaurant was pretty empty at 3pm pm a Thursday. Staff is very pleasant and the ambience and decor well done. The food was very fresh and well flavored. The chicken in the pad Thai had a distinctive peanut flavor like it was marinated in peanut sauce and also the pad Thai had a smokey flavor. The papaya salad was fresh and delicious however if there's one thing I didn't like, the sauce had soy sauce which is something I have never had on this salad before and hid the delicate flavor of the papaya. My fish soup was also tasty and very lemony. The dishes were a high quality copper. A nice touch. Overall I recommend this place!
Nice place to grab a quick bite. Staff is friendly and attentive. Interior is themed as if you are in a fight ring. Food was pretty tasty but portions are kinda small. Beef salad was good but my noodle dish w/ beef had a huge fat chunk down the whole strip that was completely under. Side note, bathrooms are down a narrow path of stairs and kinda dirty. Would I come back, probably not.

First up was the tom yum which was decent but the shrimp weren't deveined properly which was a bit off putting. The red curry with beef was ok, the beef was extremely chewy. The pad see ew noodles were way too sweet. It was one of those meals where you eat so little because you have a few bites and you're like "never mind, I'm good". For premium prices, I definitely expected a bit better.
Came here with a couple friends recently and loved it! Muay Thai Restaurant is located very conveniently on Queen St W, next to some of your favorite shops and stores. We tried a couple dishes, from the steak to the pad thai. Everything was delicious and the quality of all the food was very high. The staff were very nice and the restaurant is spacious and welcoming.

Yesterday I visited this venue for their Grand Opening, as a friend had informed me that they would be giving out free pad Thai from 12 pm to 2 pm, while supplies last. I arrived just after 12 at which time there was a lineup to the front door; the line gradually moved forward and I received my meal shortly after 12:30. The venue appeared fairly upscale, with some murals and is long and narrow; as I likely expected, our gifts were takeout so I took mine home and had it for dinner last night. Everything was quite delicious, from the plentiful noodles to the meat, mushrooms, greens and pad thai itself, as well as the hot sauce provided. Being a large enough portion overall for a complete meal, I generously thank Muay Thai for such an exemplary and thoughtful gesture to 'celebrate' their opening. I briefly checked their posted menu upon arrival and their crispy chicken dish seemed appealing so I hope to make it back there before too long as it's walking distance for home for me. It's also in a good location for passersby considering the numerous shops nearby and being transit-friendly. To provide a little more insight into Muay Thai, it's a one-of-a-kind boxing-themed restaurant that combines Thai culture, delectable cuisine, and the art of Muay Thai all under one roof, and it's the latest venture from the team behind Toronto's Thai House Cuisine and Thay Thai Bar. Regarding its interior design, it's adorned with traditional Thai colors, Muay Thai artwork by a talented Thai artist, punching bags, and boxing ring-style ropes.
We tried three different Thai restaurants in Toronto, and Muay Thai stood out as the best. We ordered the papaya seafood salad and the seafood pad kra pow--both were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. The pad kra pow was served Thai spicy, just as we requested. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were perfect for sharing. The service was excellent as well. We loved it so much that we returned the next night to try the green mango salad and chicken pad kra pow--both equally delicious.
Very good Thai food. I had my heart set on one of their Vancouver crab dishes, it wasn't available the night we visited. However, I wasn't disappointed: their mussels with herbs were delicious and fiery - a winner and a hot one. I had their traditional pad thai with both shrimp and chicken - this was also delicious, especially the marinated and grilled chicken slices. My wife's fried catfish and mango salad was outstanding; I tried some of her fish and was wowed by the shatteringly crisp batter. Very good. Service was also prompt and friendly. read more
A surprisingly good Thai spot, as I got the Khao Soi and it came with a generous portion of grilled beef that was so tender and perfectly grilled. The curry was delicious and noodles were good. Honestly, the star of the show was the beef. The atmosphere is a dark sports bar decorated with Thai boxing items, but the service is warm and friendly. read more
Arrived around 9:30pm and the staff were super sweet and accommodating! The vibe is cute and spacious, perfect for a chill dinner. As for the food: the Pad Thai was okay, but the Khao Soi was a letdown for me. It felt a little watered down and missed that creamy coconut depth and umami punch I like from a khao soi. Tho we didn't order a lot to fully judge the food, I'm still very undecided on whether I'd return. read more

Foods very tasty service very beautiful& kindness in the restaurant Muay Thai style looks nice. i very like Grilled steak on rice served with onsen egg yolk test so amazing! will come back for sure! read more

Giving this place a 3.5 stars. Came here on a weekday evening for dinner - there was ample seating and we got a seat right away however it took a while to flag down someone to seat us as it seemed like there was only 1 person working behind the bar. We got the pad thai + hoy tod which was unique since it was like a variety dish. We also got the picanha crying tiger steak dish - it came out with sticky rice that youre supposed to eat like a sushi. Overall, the food was alright - definitely had better thai food for a lesser price. The interior goes all out for the muay thai theme and they were even playing muay thai on the tv. We had some issues during the dinner but our server was amazing! This is a great place to try for some unique combos read more

T H E P O R T I O N S !!! I went at 1 pm and ordered from the lunch menu which is supposedly smaller, but still, I couldn't finish my plate. I am not one of those women that ask for a salad and then does not eat half of it, I usually eat everything I order, but this defeated me. The flavour and textures of the food were incredible and authentic. The vibes are mid for a random lunch since it is sports theme and there were no game on . Will totally go back . read more

Amazing new Thai spot I came across recently Flavours were on point! Every dish was outstanding and they offer some unique dishes you will not find on all thai menus like the grilled beef with soya egg on rice which was outstanding as the steak was super juicy and med rare and the egg couldn't have been poached any softer and was runny AF Service was excellent and the owner was great and I got lots of great food and muay thai viewing tips for my upcomming Thailand trip which was a nice added bonus. I will be going back soon and if you like Thai you should check this joint out soon! read more
Muay Thai just opened on Queen St W, and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He told us that they'd host muay thai watch party weekends in the summer. The menu was limited and we didn't get to have mango sticky rice, the only downside! Complimentary mango salad was nice and refreshing, and the chicken was the star of the show for my pad thai. I would have appreciated a lime and less sauce, but they're still tweaking their menu and that's understandable. We really liked the pad see ew. The food was amazing! I ordered the Pad Kra Pao with chicken and it came with a soup. All of it was so yummy! I also ordered a tall Singha beer to wash down all the flavors and spices. I was happy that I was able to order sticky rice as well as prik nom pla on the side. The service was pretty quick and the servers were very attentive and patient. They do play Muay Thai matches on the tv screens. There is a bar area and some seating in the front and toward the back wall. I would definitely come here again! read more

If you go order your fave Thai dish with the steak. It is a thinly cut piece of beef that is super tender and cooked perfectly! The steak has a really good sauce that comes with it and is seasoned really well! This was a pretty unique place with a unique menu and had many great options for appetizers as well! We tried the mussels and jerky. Service is great and atmosphere is casual and cozy. read more
