Gord and I had supper last evening with our pals, Trish and Shawna (Shawna is visiting from Regina). It was fun to catch up! Gord had Yellowfin Tuna Poke Salad (gochujang dressed raw tuna, sweet mango, avocado, edamame, radish, spiced peanuts, rice noodles, cucumber, shredded kale + sprouts, lime vinaigrette, peanut ssamjang sauce), Shawna and I had wings with medium sauce and Trish had a Plant-Based Beertown Burger (bt anything's possible patty, facon bacon, cheddar sheeze, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, toasted artisan bun).! Dré was our server ... she was friendly and chatty and took excellent care of us.

We just had drinks, but really enjoyed our time. Plenty of seating and tvs around. Service was super quick and friendly, and they have a large draft list as well as cans available. Fun vibe inside!

    Poutine and Niagara dry cider

Stopped in here after 13 hour train ride to Toronto It was the least bougie looking place around my hotel. I was seated immediately and the waitress came in a timely manner. I ordered poutine which I was told is Canada's dish It was very good who is an interesting dish and it was pretty flavorful. The Niagara dry cider also help to hit the spot after a long day. It's worth going to if you're a little turned off by the high end restaurants in the financial district

Beertown was a great experience. We came here for dinner after the Jays game. We were able to also catch the NBA finals while we were there, so the atmosphere was great, filled with sports fans. Our waiter, Tosh, was excellent. From recommendations to the service he provided!! The food was also great. Significantly better than I was expecting. Will definitely be back again!!

Large sports bar but gets VERY crowded around 5 and on the weekends. Seating at the bar is first come first serve. I put my name down for the waiting list. The waitress said it would be a 30 min wait but it actually took an hour. Nothing they could do but it shows that people come and linger here. The cocktails are not the best but the beer selection is great. I got the steak sandwich with was pretty good, as well as the tuna wontons. The wasabi was heavy handed but very tasty too. I would come back but get a reservation!!!

Came when it was very busy with a large group and there were able to accommodate. I ordered the fish and chips. It was ok but needed more tartar sauce. And they didn't have any vinegar either. Still had a great time.

Stopped into Beertown for a late dinner and it was pretty good. I'd been to one of the other locations before and it was good. It was rather late but the restaurant was relatively busy. Many tables were dirty/not bussed but we were sat immediately. Our server was nice and came over to introduce herself and drop off menus but walked away before we could order drinks. For food, we split the spinach dip as an appetizer and I had wanted the turkey burger but our server came back mid-way through the app to tell us it wasn't available, so I opted for the Pad Thai. The dip was really salty which was funny because there weren't salt shakers on the table and I have pointed it out to my friend earlier. Once we dig into the food, I understood why. The pad Thai was fine. I had it with chicken. It was good. I think it has a good vibe and the location is right downtown. I find a lot of beer-focused restaurants let the food slip a little but i enjoyed my meal overall, which is why I rated it a bit better

Came here for company xmas "lunch" around 2:30pm and it was quite packed and noisy. We were asked to leave at 4pm but our server had too many tables to serve so we had to get someone to track him down. It was already 3pm at that time. Lots of alcohol selection. I got the berry lemonade and it was quite sour. Food came quick and quite tasty. The nachos was the bomb.

    Our dirty table
    Lisa B.

The nachos are good but small portion for the price. The burger was decent but messy. The Baja chicken sandwich was definitely lacking, it was all avocado. The spinach dip was good but you could get it anywhere. The beer selection was obviously good, although you'd think the servers would know more about the beer. The main reason for the 1 star though, is b/c the service was horrible both times I've been here. They don't pay any attention to you, and run away almost as soon as they get to your table. Our dirty plates from the appetizers remained on the table until we left. The dirty plates from our mains, we pushed to the side of the table to be picked up yet the staff just constantly walked past them. One time when my friend tried to flag down the waiter to say he wanted another beer, the waiter said okay and then never came back. When he did, he gave my friend the same beer he had already, which is not what he wanted. He wanted to try a new one. He didn't have time to tell the waiter when he dropped off the beer though b/c he ran away. So my friend flagged down someone else and they just said that they'd tell our server. Then we proceeded to see the server take orders at 3 separate tables. My friend even tried to take the beer to the bar and address it, but no one acknowledged him. When he finally came back and my friend explained he wanted another beer, he didn't even apologize, let alone offer him anything for the poor service.

    Cobblestone Stout-

Beertown is a great option for a drink and meal after the Autoshow on a Saturday. This is in stark contrast to the tepid servic3 from The Loose Moose which we left after being seated almost in the kitchen way back and left alone for 20 minutes. Quite the opposite here, service was friendly and efficient. The Guac and Chips was a great appy option, fresh guac and chips. The beer had serveral options, a enjoy IPA and stout, so I tried the Cobblestone and later tried the Bone Pine IPA. Note that samples are not complementary. For health conscious we had a Salmon Immunity Salad which basically was raw cauliflower, hummous and a smaller piece of salmon which was very good my friend had a super salad which was alsi very good the pricing seems on the higher end as for theee beers two salads and an app was 94 pkus tip. This is what you would expect downtown. Definately worth a try over the busier Jack Astors and The Loose Moose -Zuk

We had an early lunch here. Sat quickly and served quickly as well. We shared two appetizers. The wonton nachos were amazing!

Full size brownie with vegan ice cream

This place is awesome! It's in a great location, has a lot of space, and is a great size for groups! Make a reservation if you don't want to wait! It fills up after working hours. My dairy-free friend was FLOORED with how many vegan options they had. She was blown away by the vegan chicken sandwich and the "cheese" that came with it. The server we had was excellent, provided us with recommendations and menu options. I had the first tacos and shared the vegan brownie. The fish tacos were good, and I was very surprised with how good the brownie was without any eggs! The vegan ice cream was good enough, but the real deal is hard to compete with. The muddled berry lemonade was recommended to me by the server. I loved it! It might be too sweet for some people, but I really enjoyed it. Check this place out!

Go! Now! Ask for Emily!…read more 4 of us stopped in for a quick beverage on a gloomy, rainy, winter Toronto afternoon. 3 hours later we left a happy bunch with sunshine in our hearts from such a wonderful afternoon at Craft Beer Market. Sitting at the expansive bar, Emily exuded friendliness and kindness, guiding us through the endless list of beers and cocktails. Attentive and friendly, she served our drinks with an ear to ear smile, round after round. We look forward to returning for more drinks in the future and to give their food a try. Until then, we will relish in the memory of great drinks and exceptional service. Thanks, Emily!!

I recommend making a reservation especially on weekends as they can get busy. From 2-5pm and 9pm-Close they offer Happy Hour specials daily except on Sunday's which is offered all day. Walked in and requested table for 2 but hostess provided no timeframe as to how long it would take as there were other reservations. Bar was mostly full and we waited about 30 minutes. No table still but some seats became available at the bar. Strange how on OpenTable it showed availability when they said no tables available. Service at the bar was great! Very attentive despite it being a very large bar with many seats filled at capacity. Ordered a couple of drinks and food from the menu shortly after. Got their Fried Pickles and Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza to share. Overall, food was fresh and wait time to receive the food was reasonable. Except, pizza was a bit salty I think this was due to the cheese on top. Fried pickles were A-OK, lightly battered and paired well with the house made beer ranch dipping sauce. I'd recommend checking out Craft during happy hour to get the best value for both food and drinks but expect there to be a bit of a crowd! Cheers!

The second floor has the board games and cafe. The third floor is the Mahjong. We played many different board games. There are 2 big cabinets of board games. There should be more. They always put the leafs game on when they're playing which is Mae's them a reliable game spot. Over the past couple of years I felt their food quality has slowly declined but today was different. Way exceeded my expectations. We started with a corona zero and ranch water (passion fruit flavour) we were both really happy with it. The didn't skimp on the tequila. We started with the Brussels sprouts which is always a great choice from here. Crispy on the outside and not an overwhelming Brussels sprout taste. This is likely because there is a generous sprinkling of grated parm and a great amount of dip. We tried the crispy tuna sushi. The tuna was beautifully marinated, so flavourful. And the sushi was nice and crispy. The vodka pie was a seasonal item and when we saw it listed, we knew we needed to try it. The sauce- amazing, the press was nice and flaky and light and really tasty. And the soccer Sada added nice saltines and flavour without being too overwhelming. For happy hour, the apps and pizzas were $5 off, and the ranch water was $5. I'd come back for the pizza alone! Jeans was our waitress and she was great!
