This comment was unnecessary, offensive, and shocking to hear from someone representing a business. This was clearly poor customer service and a terrible reflection of this establishment. If you ever visit this McDonald's and are served by a young woman with multiple facial piercings, be prepared for disrespect and ignorance. Because of this incident, I canceled my order. I have never witnessed someone treat a customer so badly. I will not be returning to this location. .

It's in a real good location in the downtown Towson area, and they validate parking for the nearby underground garage. The folks that work here are nice enough, if not overworked. They look really busy and might be in a rush to get you on your way, but they're not rude about it. The crowd here varies. Lots of college-aged kids, rowdy crowd or not is a hit or miss.
