They are a "counter service" style restaurant where you order and pay at the counter, take a numbered placard for your table, and someone delivers your food to your inside or outside table. Their menu is overflowing with burgers, salads, sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, bowls, types of fries, and Breakfast fare. We went with two half portion salads. My wife went with an $8.99 Mango Chicken salad, and I had a $9.99 Buffalo Chicken Salad. Both were pretty big for a "small" and had a generous supply of tender chicken pieces. We only wished that the photo of the original location mentioned where it was and that when you sat at the horseshoe table with the individual diner seats that you wouldn't sink so low that your chin was at the table height. When we went to order the boy taking our order had no customer service. No enthusiasm. No hello. Just deadpanned one syllable responses. The shop was empty-there was no rush or need to be rude. We ordered 3 shakes: brownie, heath and my POG. We were pleasantly shocked how large their regular was and the creaminess of the ice cream but the brownie and POG were disappointing. My sister thought her brownie was another heath or chocolate chip because the brownie was so dry. My POG shake had the barest hint of a floral tropical flavor. Will we be back? I simply wanted a refund for an item I never received, but I was told they don't process refunds over the phone. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a business responds when they make one. Requiring customers to make another trip just to get their money back for an item they never received is not good customer service. I hope the store reconsiders this policy, because it turns what should be a quick and easy resolution into an unnecessary inconvenience.
