I don't like eating ice cream very fast so this ended up being the best size for me. The order did take quite a while to get but it was about as fresh as ice cream can be so I didn't mind. We also got a few of their churro treats and they were super good--even better when they're nice and warm. We might have given them 5 stars just for the great cookies. But they lost a star completely due to our own preferences. We like a little stronger flavors. It seemed they were trying to provide a balanced flavor that did not take over or try too hard. However, for our tastes we prefer stronger and more overt add-in flavors. What matters is how a business responds when they make one. Requiring customers to make another trip just to get their money back for an item they never received is not good customer service.
