I was visiting from Las Vegas and my brother-in-law recommend J. Dawgs. I ordered a dog with everything on it and a side of fries. Holy Moly! I had no real expectations coming in, but it ended up being the best hot dog I've ever eaten. The quality of the dog was top notch and all of the toppings were fresh and worked together nicely, but the special sauce was what really tied everything together. It was so good, I ended up buying a large bottle of the homemade sauce as well. The bun was also great and stood up to all of the toppings perfectly. The fries were hot, crisp, and delicious. I cannot recommend J. Dawgs enough. Get ready for the best hot dog of your life. I'm exciting to see they have a new location in St. George, and I hope they make it to Las Vegas someday. I love that J.Dawgs opened up a new location in Spanish Fork! It had been a couple years since I went to one and everything was just as I remembered it with the exception that they do fries now. My polish dog was delightful and I forgot how much I am a sucker for sauerkraut. The building itself was very clean and I loved the sauce bottle American flag wall. read more

I have loved J.Dawgs since I first visited the little shack south of BYU campus, so I was pumped to hear that they were opening this location in Spanish Fork. As far as I know, this is their first location with a drive through and I think it's the greatest addition to their business. Ever since Costco discontinued their polish dogs, I think this is the best place for it. Will definitely be going through the drive through again soon! read more

Rarely do I eat hotdogs and on the occasion I do, it's off the grill at home. Today was different. Caught a craving and ended up going into jdawgs. As unbelievable as it may sound, this was my first time actually going into the restaurant. It was super clean and really inviting. We were greeted by the store manager, Eric. He was terrific! I got a beef hotdog and my husband got the polish dog. At Eric's suggestion we also tried the fries. The "dogs" were tasty, I especially liked how tender bun was and how well proportioned it was with the hotdog. The fries were also delicious. Not sure how they're seasoned but it's addicting. We also tried the special signature sauce which reminded me of the brown sugar ketchup sauce that sometimes tips meatloaf. Too sweet for my taste but others seemed to enjoy it. If you're in the mood for a hotdog or polish dog, it's definitely worth coming to Jdawgs. read more

Costco food court was closed and needed an alternative, their hotdog is rated the best in the market and for the 1.75 dog/soda deal, it can't be beat. This debacle led me next door to jdawgs, a regional chain. Place was clean and hopping, I think the wash sink in the dining area is great! The Hotdog joint is a cool idea but this chain falls short in several ways including first and foremost the price. Had 3 dogs, two fries and a soda for $30 bucks, way overpriced. The dog is too big for a child and did not see children menu so your paying for more than you need. The other big issue is condiments; no Cheese, Chili, or Italian options. We enjoyed the fries but what can you say about a hotdog? Lastly, they claim all natural meat but what does that mean? Is it non-GMO, no BHT, mRNA or antibiotics and is it American beef? The staff was great and with a simple inexpensive menu, all you need is high school age workers. This chain has potential if they up their menu game and check their pricing. I never have a problem with this place, always good and fresh. Customer service is always great, polish dogs are so damn good. I had the French fries for the first time omg so good. Just need at least two fry sauces :). The J Dawg sauce is really tasty. I went 3 days in a row haha. read more

I greatly enjoyed my trip to J.Dawgs. I'm always pleasantly surprised when I find a hot dog restaurant and J.Dawgs in my opinion is set apart from others. The customer service was friendly and endearing. I was helped by Amanda and Jaroem who were both courteous and charming in answering my questions and giving me some sides to try with my Beef dawg and fries. Special props to the fries and the 'Celery Salt' (I asked what it was and even they couldn't explain it "it's really good though" and it was). As far as the interior of the location I was very pleased at how tidy and clean it was along with having many things I wish more fast food restaurants offered (moist towels for one thing). I would recommend stopping by and trying the beef dog (I'd recommend the polish but I haven't had it yet). read more
