This was a very run of the mill Subway location. Nothing too great but nothing horrendously bad. I stopped in late in the evening right before evening time so it was more or less a ghost town in there. In terms of service, the single employee who was there was pleasant enough didn't seem like she was particularly enjoying life. Granted her shift was to be over in like 30 minutes but a smile here and there wouldn't hurt! Nonetheless, my veggie delight turned out great and was a very reasonable $5.59! I've lived near this Subway for about 10 years now and have been in a handful of times and I'd that my latest experience pretty much exemplifies my overall impression of this location. Bread is always dry and workers are always rude I live down the street so I've given it a couple chances but never again

There appears to be a new owner in this location. If not new he has decided to work in the store. He's honestly more interested in collecting your money than getting your order correct. I believe subway has a standard on the amount of meat and cheese but vegetables other than tomatoes vary. This owner is pretty stingy with his vegetables and will skip what you asked for if you are not watching. The biggest rub however is the bread. Sometimes fresh and other times like a rock if it's toasted. I suspect the fresh bread toasts nicely and the older bread turns to rock similarly to bread than has been microwaved. There is a fair amount of customer turnover in that store. If he would like to keep it, he might want to step it up a bit. For every customer that complains there are 10 others that felt the same and never said anything. There are other options and other subways and other sandwich shops in the immediate vicinity. If they don't improve their offering customers will likely find other venues. I know I will. read more

I won't come to this Subway again. First of all, they were REALLY slow. There were only 3 people in front of me and I was standing in line for over 10 minutes before I got to order. When I went to pay the guy said it was $5. I had to ask for a receipt and the guy just stared blankly at me. He then grabbed a receipt off the counter and sort of tossed it at me. Not even sure it was mine because the total on that one said $5.38. When I asked for a cup for water the guy grabbed a stack of two and proceeded to STICK HIS DIRTY HAND THAT HAS BEEN TOUCHING MONEY ALL DAY into the top cup to separate them. Gross. No thanks! I had to ask for napkins, he did not automatically put them in the bag like other Subways. Definitely won't be back! read more

Come here all the time just because it's convenient and there's nothing much else nearby, won't come anymore because I was charged a dollar extra for cheese when I simply asked for half and half. Along with the rude and unsanitary workers I'm done with this subway. read more

Well, since I'm the Duke now I guess I better review this location! This Subway is your typical Subway location. Generally clean with friendly employees. However, often the employees here seem a bit "out of it" as if they had a rough night partying the night before. I noticed this once and thought it was a one time thing. Nope, pretty sure the young ones like to rage because they look and act hungover quite often. Parking can be tricky at this location sometimes. Not enough spots for the combined business traffic. If you hit the wrong time there can be a good 15 minute wait, but I'm sure this is common with the chain. Overall, not bad. We're regulars! read more

This Subway is remodeled and the cleanest Subway I've been to! I love how fresh their ingredients are and the staff are always friendly and smiling when I'm there. They have great outdoor sitting too. And lots of parking spots! 10/10 recommend! read more

Today I walked in with my boyfriend and we started to order and when we asked for bread almost every kind was out I could understand because maybe there was a big order or they might restock soon so I didn't mind. As we continued to order I had asked for Flatbread and the employee said oh it is still in the freezer. Isn't it common sense if you run out of stuff to put something out. No one was in the subway and it was extremely slow so she could have took it out. I am a nice person so I just let it go hoping she would maybe give us something because they ran out of what we wanted or at least apologize and give us great customer service. At the end of the order my boyfriend asked for mayo in his sandwhich she barley gave him any and drenched it in mine. I work with customers everyday at work and I know this is not the proper way to treat anyone especially in this situation. Also when she was carelessly adding avocado to my sandwich she dropped it in the tomato and was like oh whatever I'll leave it there. What if someone was allergic and ate that tomato. As she was done she wrapped our sandwhiches and carelessly shoved them in the bag with her mayonnaise covered glove so out bag was messy full of mayonnaise. I was still nice I didn't complain so she wouldn't feel bad now I regret it. I paid full price and I come home to eat a mayonnaise sandwich yum. Thank you. I used to go there and was lucky that the owner was there, so I got good food and service; the last two times (owner wasn't) the woman who 'helped' me was VERY rude, like she hated to be there, so now I'm NOT going back, I'd rather drive longer and go somewhere else. We just came from this store and are beyond disappointed with our experience yet again. This isn't the first subway we've been to, I actually couldn't even recount how many times I've eaten out at one and without exaggeration I can safely say this location is the worst on every level. Today particularly we walked into this location that is filthy again (which is completely unacceptable!) and had a line of three people all being serviced by one brand new employee, who informed us he was fresh on the job and had no other assistance as his manager had left and the other associate left to go on the break. That wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that he was so nervous, completely inexperienced and was not capable of putting sandwiches together without them completely falling apart! I felt bad for the guy but when 15min later we finally were getting our sandwich I was pretty mad at how sloppy and completely ridiculously our sandwich was put together. It had completely fallen apart, so the guy literally picked the pile of bread and veggies and loosely rolled it into a thick mess and tried to pass it off! I wish I took a picture because I thought I was on candid camera, I have never seen anything like it. Even if he had little experience he had to have been to subway at some point in his life to know how it's done, I would assume. That's besides the point I think the most infuriating thing is that after we had patiently waited to order our food for so long now we were getting a sloppy mess that we were expected to pay for. And the management of this restaurant felt it was appropriate to leave someone who clearly is completely inept and had to man the whole store by himself! Does this location not care at all about the quality of their service?! And furthermore we've been coming here for the past two years, honestly only because we live across the street and are too lazy to drive couple miles down to the other location, but every single time we've walked into a filthy store regardless of the time of day! The tables are always dirty and sticky, there's food on the ground and the trash is too full. How is it possible that every time we walk in that is the case? And the staff has been uncannily slow and inept. Usually subway employees are super fast and capable of multitasking while being accurate. I've been to the busiest locations in LA and the people who work there bust out sandwiches faster then you can order and are pleasant and competent at the same time. What gives at this location? Walk into this location on any given day and it's as if the employee is high or half brain dead, I've never seen a whole staff of people who lack the most basic social skills, let alone professionalism. Made a visit on 7/17, ordered a 12" club sandwich. When it came time to add the ingredients I asked for the veggies (Lettuce, onions, olives etc) and dressing on the side as intended to eat it the next day and didn't want to have it get soggy. The male crew member response was that on manager "orders" he could not provide "to go " items except for olives. I told him I was not asking for a container but to use a piece of wax paper and add the veggies like he was making an actual sandwich-you know how they count out the tomatoes, cukes, etc but he still refused and nothing I could say would convince him. From a business standpoint it makes no sense as not asking for more than what I could get on it anyway. From a customer standpoint TERRIBLE as in this case I left him holding a partially made sandwich AND discovered that a local VONS had a similar sandwich on sale for $5.00, BTW it was HUGE and had triple the amount of meat that the subway so guess where I will go now-Their loss not mine. read more

Great tasting sandwiches and salads. My favorite quick place to go and eat. Service is usually very quick and friendly. The produce is very good and fresh I have never had a problem with that. I have been riding my bike to subway for years now and I would be lost for lunch places if I didn't have it. I strongly recommend it to anyone who needs a quick tasty meal. Once I realized it was the wrong store I called and explained it to the local manager who refused to refund the money. Also reached out to the company website which was a waste of time.
