So my boyfriend and I just came here to get a couple sandwiches but to my surprise we had Martha help us and the level of customer service that she gave to us was just absolutely amazing and I haven't met somebody so kind in such a long time. I ordered 2 sandwiches through the app from this location, both with avocado. One of them was missing avocado. Honestly, not a big deal, mistakes happen. I sent a message through the subway.com website asking for a refund for $1.50 (the amount I was charged for avocado that I didn't receive). A week later I received an e-mail from the franchisee of this location. It seems he either didn't read my message or didn't care, because it was a standard form-type response that just said something to the effect of "Sorry, we'll talk to our employees to make sure this doesn't happen again." I immediately replied back saying that I'm not mad or upset, things happen, I just want my $1.50 back. No reply received. A week later, I sent another message through the subway.com website asking for my $1.50 back, and told them I'd give them a week to fix this before disputing the charge with my credit card. Almost exactly one week later, I received a response (from the same franchise owner) that asked for some of the specific details of my transaction (receipt info, order number, etc.) so that he could issue the refund. I replied again almost immediately with screenshots of the relevant information. Here we are another week after that (and 3 weeks since the original order) and still no satisfactory reply and/or refund. A credit card dispute initiated was initiated and resolved in my favor. I'd say that you should probably visit another location with a franchisee that cares about customers, but odds are this guy owns more locations nearby. I highly recommend not ordering ahead via the app and/or double checking your order before leaving. read more

I'm not a huge fan of Subway, but this is Probably the best Subway I've been to. It's clean, when I order online they make the sandwiches quickly, the sandwiches are well-made, and the staff has always been friendly. A month or so ago when I stopped in, their soda machine wasn't working (so there was only tea and lemonade). I was annoyed at first, but they let us swap out our fountain drinks for bottled drinks. Sometimes things happen and they accommodated us to the extent possible at that time, so I can't really fault them for that. I love this subway. I feel like Subway is such a standardized restaurant that there is only so much one can comment on. First: cleanliness. All the tables are always wiped clean. Plus. Second: quantity. Most Subways are So stingy about their veggies. Despite the "as many veggies you want" motto that Subway advertises, a lot of subways still limit how many of a certain vegetable they give. This one doesn't. Plus. Last: customer service. The chocolate chip cookies are good here and a deal at 3 for $1.25. They are usually semi-soft delicious. I go here for lunch when I'm at work and think that a consistent routine of handing out chocolate chip cookies to my colleagues at work is going to greatly contribute to my upward mobility at the firm over time. So not only do i equate it to work, I equate it to the "I kind of want to be here to help out and earn money / but I don't want to feel like all I did this week is work.." lunch that you can taste the being good whilst sacrificing your youth one hour at a time with every bite. Anyway, so I come here for breakfast and they have a "mcmuffin style" sandwich combo, on an english muffin, TURKEY (which costs a little extra), egg yellow, and whatever subway toppings you want ( i go with lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, and olives) and a cup of coffee (with free refills) for about $2.50. $2.50?!?!? It was quite a meal (I am definitely not a morning eating person, but this was downright tasty!) and coffee thats just a little bit sweet instead of a little bitter (I'm not a coffee person, so this was quite enjoyable) All for $2.50?!?! There are times when this subway is pretty busy, and there are times where I can't stomach the idea of eating subway because the aforementioned psychological ties to the taste, but this morning breakfast really made my day. read more

Normally I love coming here, but had a really bad experience here today. I'm an ex Subway owner btw. I brought in my own bag of chips from my car & one of the employees (not the one helping me) said I needed to pay for my chips. I asked why. She, in broken English, said something like, because I took them from the stand. Now, knowing I just walked out to grab them before the other girl finished making my order, I was stumped. She even got other customers to tell me to pay up. What The!!!!? Are people just more idiotic these days? Does no one pay attention anymore? I told her I'd give her $100 bucks if she checked the cameras & it showed me taking chips from their stand & she'd give me $20 if it showed I was right. Come on people!!!! 4 stars... for their speedy service and they're always so nice! This location is just a stones throw away from my house, that is another reason why I like this Subway. The downside is this parking lot can get really busy during the lunch rush. Typically from 12-1:30 pm ish during the weekdays. The location of this Subway is already in a pretty busy little shopping strip already... with a bunch of other goodies like Starbucks, Flame Broiler, Pizza Hut, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, a Planet Beauty and a bunch more. It is also right off the freeway Bristol/73 and right across the street from major business companies. Their pricing may be a little off (paid $5.57 for a foot long) although a couple cents more won't hurt anyone. read more
