We were very surprised to find the line already went out the door! The line moved fast and boy you better be ready to order when you step up, because it is a fast moving, no messing around system. In addition there were at least three employees taking orders at the counter so the pastry case is extremely crowded and it's difficult to view what the options are. The employees weren't un-kind, but they there were no niceties like "good morning". They wanted to move you through the line quickly, so we didn't feel we could really peruse the pastries and so we skipped it and we just ordered a hot coffee and a large hot almond milk latte. People were already more than crowded inside waiting for their items so we stepped onto the patio. It was a chilly morning so the small fire pit was welcomed. For the giant crowd waiting we received our drinks within a reasonable time frame. They call names from inside behind the counter, so if you are not within 4 feet of the counter you will not hear them. We sat on the patio near the garden and the view was beautiful. My "large" latte was the same small size of my husband's drip coffee and both appeared to be around 12-14oz. Disappointing. The drip coffee was okay, but not worth returning for and my almond milk latte was also just okay. We maybe would have given Persephone another try, but in the end we chose to try the many other coffee/bakery shops in downtown. I'm not saying 'stay away', I'm just saying it's not as amazing as the hype. I loved coming here the whole time of my stay because it was easy to get quick salads, meals and little items. I also came here for some allergy medication as well. Allergies have been horrible this summer. This little market was very convenient and of course it's in Jackson hole so of course it's going to be expensive like everything here but that doesn't take away from the convenience and availability of items. The people working here were extremely polite except for one big, brown guy the last day, who stared me up and down and couldn't bother putting my items into my shopping bag that I brought with me. I was extremely surprised that a single bread roll costs $4 like I understand this is Jackson but that is just robbery. My pastry was also dry and there was nothing special about it. Even at the cash register nobody asked me how my day was going they just said "is that it? I wish I had felt more welcomed and had a better experience because I like supporting small businesses but I wish my experience was better.

We also brought home a bunch of tamales, oh my gosh, they are sooo good try the Salsa Verde con Pollo. Spicy deliciousness. Because everything in the national parks were closed, if you're going to be in the park all day you must bring your own food. We ordered their sandwiches for one of our Yellowstone trips. (BTW Yellowstone was virtually empty of people, see my review for Yellowstone for more info). The sandwiches were gourmet wonderful. The bison burger was so tender and melted in my mouth. I had regretted the choice of a bison burger because I remembered how most ends up so dry, but not this. The pasta with meatballs reminded me of my childhood, but better. The meatballs are so full of flavor. Miazga's is great comfort food, perfect for a ski town. Everything has an add pricing, and they're definitely great adds, but the end bill was very affordable for a nice ski town. On cold nights at home, I'll definitely be craving the food.

Cutty's truly has one of the best cheesesteaks this side of the Mississippi- and the service and atmosphere was excellent. Bartenders were so welcoming and helpful. The other guest were also really friendly. You don't have to be an EAGLES fan to come and enjoy their amazing food. But I am an eagles fan- and I really appreciated the constant "GO BIRDS!" From the non eagles fans just enjoying the ambiance.
