This was my first time ordering from Deli-Ish and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I've…read moredriven past this vendor multiple times in Dundalk, but never stopped in. So today I had a company luncheon and saw Deli-ish on the CaterNation sight. I looked over the menu and saw that they weren't too expensive, pretty much reasonable. Knowing I had Faculty with dietary needs, I reached out to a CaterNation agent if this vendor could alter any sandwich for a person who's gluten free and to my surprised they replied by saying the vendor could accommodate. A total WIN!! I placed my order for an arrival time of 1130 today ( 9/24/25), to my shocker they delivered the food 15 minutes earlier. Something I'm definitely not mad at. The delivery was helpful and very punctual. Another Win!! The lunch boxes were in a brown box (nothing special). On the inside they had the sandwich/wrap, a bag of kettle chips, and a little serving of coleslaw, with Mike's mustard and mayonnaise packets. The sandwich was HEFTY (in a good way) I ordered a roast beef and another coworker ordered a tuna wrap, which was also HEFTY. They were so hefty I couldn't finish it, I wrapped the remaining up for later. The roast beef was well done (I prefer medium), but I understand why it was well done, but it was still good. My coworker said her tuna was delicious and sweet. She said it tasted like they put sweet onions in the wrap and dill in the tuna salad. The kettle chips were good as always and cole slaw was okay not bland, but not sweet either. Again another win! Final verdict, I'll be ordering from them again!!

Some ordered chicken tenders, Reuben's, Hot Dogs and I ordered their Classic NY Deli sandwich, with corned beef, pastrami, slaw , thousand island and Swiss cheese. I really enjoyed the flavor. Thanks for coming out to Lutherville! I was so impressed I'll need to visit.

But now they are Italian and part of a growing chain of restaurants. I wish they would remove the "Curry Cafe" sign from their side window because it brings me grief. They no longer have any Indian food on their menu, or anything remotely curry-like, so this is false advertising, but we used to go to Caddyshack for Butter Chicken and the like, when we had a craving and now we have to go into the city to find delicious Indian food. I miss the convenience of being able to go just down the street for mango lassis and naan. I don't eat nearly as much Indian food as I would like because Fell's Point seems like such a haul from Dundalk. It's not, really, but you get my point. We were coming home from Jeremy's surgery and no one had the energy to make dinner. We needed something cheap that could feed three people (Justin was with us because Jeremy wasn't allowed to drive after his ordeal, and I can't drive) so pizza sounded about right. Even when this place was Caddyshack, we never ordered pizza, so we took a shot and I ordered online (I love the convenience of being able to do that. Socially awkward people unite!). The pizza (with sausage, pepperoni, and onion) was amazing. The crust is thin, with enough flavor to it that my cat Jayne decided that he needed to steal my bone/crust right off my plate. He's so spoiled. The onions were a little sparse, but my tastebuds didn't miss them because the sausage and pepperoni were so delicious. They were running a deal for Tuesday, where you could get a 16" three-topping pizza for a VERY reasonable price, so I tacked on some hot honey wings, too. Not a fan of those. They're typical wings, but the hot honey sauce didn't sing. I should have ordered my favorite - sweet thai chili, so that's MY error, not the restaurant's. I would definitely go back for the pizza. The three of us tore through that thing, leaving nothing behind. Really superb.

Very good pizza, excellent cream of crab soup, even better price! I will keep going back.read more

If you're talking Baltimore pit beef, Chaps Pit Beef has been a staple for years, and after coming here for over a decade, I can confidently say it still delivers every single time. Their new location, just a stone's throw from the original humble shack, is a huge upgrade. You get the same iconic food, but now with a much larger dining room that actually makes it easy to bring a group without fighting for space. It's the best of both worlds. Same old school flavor with a more comfortable setup. On my most recent visit, I stuck with my go to. A loaded hoagie absolutely packed with pit beef, corned beef, sausage, and turkey. It's massive, messy in the best way, and exactly what you want when you're craving something unapologetically Baltimore. I paired it with a large order of fries, which were piled high and perfect for sharing. Decided to switch it up a bit and try the Holy Cod fish sandwich too, and that ended up being a sleeper hit. Huge portion of crispy fried cod, topped with fresh coleslaw on a soft bun. Not something you usually go to Chaps for, but honestly worth ordering. Everything came out crazy fast, which is always impressive considering how busy they can get. Quick stop at the condiment bar is a must. Load up on the free pickles, onions, Carolina Gold mustard, and that tiger sauce. The horseradish and mayo combo just hits different on pit beef. Bottom line, Chaps might not be a hidden gem anymore, but it doesn't need to be. It still outperforms most spots in the pit beef game and continues to be one of the best sandwiches you can get in Baltimore.

It didn't even have the smell or feel of a proper pit beef place. Customer service also needs improvement. The cashier taking our order seemed more focused on watching the baseball game on TV than helping customers. It might be worth turning the TV off near the counter so staff can give customers the attention and service they deserve. Overall, not a great experience.
