I think it's worth mentioning that I've never had pit beef before so I am by no means an expert as to what's good or not. I will also say however, that what I ordered, the open face pit beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy was ok. The entire plate was swimming in gravy so that took away from what could've been a better meal. I did ask for gravy on the whole sandwich and the mashed potatoes (because the picture on their website looked like gravy only came on the mashed potatoes and I do like a little extra) but I wasn't expecting a to-go box literally full of gravy, so that's probably my fault. The texture of the beef mixed with all the gravy and mashed potatoes was a bit unpleasant and soupy and I periodically had to pick burnt bits and foil out my mouth so that also took away from the experience. They seem to have a pretty vast menu and I had no idea what I was going to get when I walked in. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and helped me come to my decision so the customer service was good and I appreciated her patience with me. As far as ambiance goes, while I was waiting for my order, there was an older man waiting for his order that was yelling at the tv about how Joe Biden hasn't done anything for this country and that Trump only told the truth. I try not to get caught up in politics with strangers because it really can be off putting but what can you do. I wouldn't do the gravy with a side of open face pit beef sandwich again but there's so many other options I'd like to try in the future should I find myself in the area again. The chicken in the cheesesteak sub was different than the chicken in the egg rolls. Both flavorful but the texture was different. I appreciated the fact that the sub wasn't messy, easy to handle and the bread though soft kept its hold. I'll be back for a repeat order and to try something different, maybe hotdog or a burger.

The redone U-shaped bar area is very large with plenty of seating at the bar and around it. There are multiple long, high top tables too. The other side of the restaurant is filled with booths and tables with plenty of room to accommodate any size party. I saw tables that fit at least 10 people there. There is also an outdoor area that is under construction, but looks like it will be a very nice addition to the bar. Now on to the food and the drinks. They had so many specials for St. Patrick's Day and a large variety of them too rather than just the typical corned beef and cabbage or Ruben's. They had lots of other Irish delicacies like shepherds pie, and bangers and mash. They had all kinds of drink specials, including green margaritas, Guinness, and lots of other fancy drinks to choose from. They have plenty of beers on top and basically a full bar where you can get anything to wet your whistle. I had a two guys burger, which was basically a bacon cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection (not to mention it was probably close to a half pound of ground beef on that burger) along with some fries and a salad. My friend had a Reuben, which she thought was very good. My husband who loves hot turkey sandwiches ended up getting one of those and a side salad too. It was made with fresh turkey and we all know how that kicks it up a notch. Other friend got the meatloaf, which was good, but there was cheese on top and he wasn't a big fan of that. They have daily specials with lots to choose from. We had the $1 wings and were delighted with the many choices of sauces. There were so many customers coming in constantly for their carry out, too. Everything was fresh. The prices were great. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was fun without being too noisy. We can't wait to go back and try it again soon.

They have a huge variety of crushes, though they are relatively sweet for the amount of alcohol in them. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, blackened, and it was delicious. You can switch out your sides, and I opted for onion rings, which were good. I also got aside your fries, which were the variety which are my favorite. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. Our server was really sweet as well. They had live music on a Sunday, which added to the vibe.
