I want to give this establishment zero stars. It was a horrific experience trying to get food there today. The place stinks. The toilet is horrible - a nightmare. The tables haven't been cleaned since God knows when, they are clammy to the touch. The chairs have food particles embedded in them. I was so disgusted, I left my food untouched. The place has obviously not been aired in more than a decade. For a place that processes food, this must be one of the most unsanitary places in the universe. read more

Even though there is another location much closer to my house this is the only one I will go to. They always get the order right and it's always just coming out of the oven as I am walking in the door and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We usually get the large supreme with the garlic butter crust and it is overflowing with toppings and the young lady who brushes the butter onto the crust is very generous, definitely takes the pizza up a notch. Crazy as it sounds, one of my favorite things from Pizza Hut is actually their creamy Italian dressing, I usually get extra cups of it to dip the crust in and would love to know what brand they use or if its their own they need to market the stuff. We have dined in on numerous occasions and love the set up of the dining room, there is a fireplace in the center and the servers are all very nice. The parking lot and restrooms have always been clean on our visits so not sure why people complain about it. read more

In Pizza Hut today on Philadelphia Road. While waiting for my pizza I observed this one female speaking with no mask on. Then she gets the mask and pull it down to her chin, mouth and nose not covered. Speaking over the food with no mask on and this female hair was all over her head no hairnets. I am officially done with this place. Something is always missing or wrong with my delivery orders. This time my breadsticks are burnt and the sauce was forgotten. During previous experiences pizza sauce has been forgotten on my pizza, pizza burnt, wrong sodas and several missing items. I left an email to customer service and never even heard back. Tonight I ordered from pizza hut and it took 2 hrs to get the pizza. When i called to see what tge hold up was i was spoken to completely unprofessionally and completely disrespected by the employee who answered the phone. When i spoke with the manager i explained i lived across the street and why was it taking so long. She was also completely rude. When the pizza finally arrived it was delivered by the manager and instead of an appology or explaination she stood there with an attitude. Not to mention the pizza was cold. This is not the first bad experience with this location. I do not recommend it AT ALL. read more

My grandmother insisted on coming here for pizza. We entered Pizza Hut and I was transformed back to the 70's or 80's. I love how the decor never changes in a Pizza Hut no matter where you are. They will always have the fireplace in the middle of the floor and the thick green curtains in between each table. Anyway, our waitress was Tabitha and she was excellent! She was very funny and down to earth. She didn't mind that we kept drinking our sodas faster than she could bring them out. The pizza was super hot, fresh and delicious. It was a pleasant experience at Pizza Hut. If you go, request Tabitha....but she's pregnant, so go before she's out on maternity leave! :) read more

If I'm going to occasionally stray from my usual mom and pop pizzeria I usually go to pizza hut. They are probably the best franchised pizzeria out of all the other franchised pizzerias. The thing that keeps me coming to this chain is their signature Thin 'N crispy pizza. Most other pizzerias in my area have thin crust, but Pizza Hut has the best technique. The other thing that stands out are the meatballs. Best meatballs that I can ever remember as a pizza topping. read more

Great experience. I was in from out of town and looking for a pizza place but hardly any of them got good reviews. They were either for bad service, bad food, or both. This place was the only one with all good reviews, so I gave it a shot. Very friendly over the phone taking my order, and my pizza was ready when I got to the restaurant 15 mins later. The pizza was really good (better than other Pizza Huts I've had) and I will definitely order again the next time I'm in town. Awesome job Pizza Hut!! read more
