I have been to the Dundalk Chicken Rico location about three times now. I have yet to have a disappointing experience here. I just happened to check in and saw that the reviews are surprisingly low. I wanted to rectify the absurdly low rating. For what it is, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal. The food is virtually exactly the same as the 5 star Yelp-reviewed Highlandtown location with options not even available there (the outstanding green beans, for instance). The prices are lower, the staff is friendlier, and the place is cleaner, and the lines move faster. The chicken is spectacular, side dish portions are generous and even the veggies are flavorful. If you're measuring Chicken Rico against Morton's then it does not compare. But if you pit this location against other fast casual dining establishments, you won't find many better than this Chicken Rico. read more

Good alternative to fried and much healthier choice. This location has gotten better over the last year with usually no "out of that" items. But still hit or miss. My real beef is salt. More often than not very over salted and really ruins the chicken. There is no reason to season with that much SALT. I prefer more pepper which is hardly noticeable.
