The setup of Pollo Campero is similar to any other fast food chain restaurant, no frills with the ambiance. There was a bit of a language barrier when ordering my food and a slight mix up when receiving my food since the employee told me my order wasn't ready even though he then turned around and called my name, again, as I stood in front of him. I asked for the fried white meat combo but instead the employee rung me up for dark meat, after asking me my name three times I just decided to let it slide because I was on a time crunch. And also said that in addition to the 1-star, you aren't getting a dime from me from the food you made. The cashier was smart and said that I could have a bottled water. However, if their normal policy is denying water, this is why they don't get 4 but 3-stars. Food was pretty good.
