I don't know how this restaurant is able to stay in business when the franchise owner only hires one person to run the entire restaurant! One employee is supposed to cut up vegetables, take in person orders, take phone/app orders, run the register, bake bread, and fill up condiments, clean, etc. I don't blame the employee, but definitely blame the franchise owner. It often takes at least 40 minutes to get your order especially if there is someone ahead of you in line. I often talk to the one employee helping me and they tell me that it is one employee per shift now. It is ridiculous and I never see the same employee there twice. The employees are overworked and miserable. I think that there are a couple of other sandwich chains in town that are better value and much better customer service. The franchise owner should really rethink his business model. read more

I came here on Wednesday October 29th 2025. The female cashier with the subway headband was so rude and didn't seem to want to make a sandwich. When I asked for sauce she literally put 2 small squirts. I proceeded to ask for a bit more only to get less. My friend and I received exceptional service 20 minutes before closing on 2/23/24. The young man making our sandwiches was so professional and patient. Not rushing us even though it was close to closing time. We even ate at the restaurant. I didn't get his name but I hope his parents are proud of him because they raised him right. I ordered a foot long cold cut sub a I ordered to go when I got home and began bitting into I found a curly long black hair in the sandwich I didn't want to make the trip all the way back so I just tossed the entire sub sandwich into the trash plus I lost my appetite. Love how these cheap owners have jumped into adding the tip % option at payment, but have pulled back on basic necessities like water. Tried going here on today, went in two people working. One young lady behind the counter one stocking chips. A call comes in the one making the sandwich goes to answer. Like 5 to 10 minutes later she still isn't back. The one stocking chips finally comes around to finish but keeps messing up the order. The whole time a few, like 2 or 3, flies buzzing around the sandwich and food. I left. Every time i come to this subway they always mess something up. Out of cups out of lids, toast it when you say not to. When there are several others near by i don't understand why this location seems not to care about standards. By the way even getting it to go, i was put off by the cleanliness of the dinning room, the floor was absolutly filthy, looks like it hadn't been swot all day. Never going to subway again.. The best Subway in Corona! We always went to the one on Magnolia by Wendy's, but after having a terrible experience, we left there and went to this location on Ontario. They barely rate one bathroom was disgusting not even usable. priced way to high bread is hard sandwich fell apart for me and co worker. They did not care how it was put together condiments spilling off and over on the side of my friends sandwich. Never again no wonder I stopped coming here. I eat at this Subway almost every day. I work nearby, and it's just about the healthiest option for me. Ordering via the Subway App is easy & efficient for my 30 minute lunch breaks.
