08/11/2026 1320 hours Store #3292 Ontario St. Corona, California I stopped by for a quick lunch. I was not having a bright day. I was frustrated with the electronic ordering system. The gal working behind the counter must have seen my frustration and came around to help me. She zipped through it like it was nothing. I thanked her and I waited for my order. Another customer arrived and he just refused to use the electronic ordering and the same gal said, "No problem, I will help you" She listened carefully as I was even confused with what he wanted. Focused she was on this customers' needs. She pops off his order like magic. The customer and I looked at each other and said Wow! How did she do that? I believe he was confused too, as this order was not for him. So it seemed. She took the order and placed it. We both eagerly were waiting for our orders when a shift employee arrived to work. She came in and saw the gal that helps us and immediately a smile and laughter throughout the shop. All employees showing big smiles and happy to be at work. What a great atmosphere. All from this gal's presents. I continued to watch her and she directed the others to get orders out. I asked her if she was a manager. She said no, I'm just an employee. I told her she should be in management is the manager here. I'd like to let her know what I've witnessed. I received my order and sat down and watched. It just kept getting better with how she was dealing with people on both sides of the counter. When I finished my meal. I asked for her name. Someone should see the diamond in the rough. This is why I'm writing this. Her name is Layla and she has the quality, value and personality to be a great manager of people. All business knows that it is the people that make the difference. For me, The Dodgers brought me in. Layla will be the reason that I return. Please take a look at her or just acknowledge that someone has seen her potential. Myself, I am a double retiree. Normally Saturday morning I wanted some breakfast. We order everything was good, then we get up to the window hands us the food waiting on one more thing okay cool all a sudden this lady worker hands it to us rude as hell says in the meanest voice can I get you anything else, I say "yes I want" before I can say anything she cuts me off says have a nice day closed the window walks away. I was asking for ketchup :/ anyway I wait for about 2 minutes while they look at each other wondering why I'm still there... the guy opens the window and says "can I get you something" and finally got the ketchup! Today, I ordered $28.00 worth of food and I specified asked for a receipt but when I got home, goes what, no receipt! I ate my lunch and immediately returned and was told by the woman that took my order, "Sorry, that was too far back ". Mind you, she forgot to give me my receipt! Secondly, if you employ someone at the drive thru, please make sure they can be understood. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. RANCH!!' It's about the RANCH!!!! We ordered an INSANE amount of food, like 30 tacos, poppers and fries. They gave us 2 ranch dressings and said they have to charge us for any additional. If I'm not mistaken, ranch is free when you order 2 tacos, why on the world would we be charged for additional when we ordered 30 andddddd fries and poppers!?!? If my calculation is correct we should at leaaaast have 16 ranches covered in our purchase. The poor associate was terrified to lose their job for giving too many ranch's. MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE!!! Went there 2/9/26 11:16 a.m. I went through the drive thru. I ordered 3 burritos and 2 orders of the Fajita wraps. Wraps are 2 for $6. Apparently, when you order you need to say 4 wraps because he doesn't understand 2 orders or he can't count. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, and the nasty girl that brought out the food, shorted me 2 Fajita wraps. When I said something she walked off from me and said, you weren't charged. That is how they handle the situation when it is their mistake. Now I am short on feeding my family, and that is okay? The Hispanic girl that came out was rude. I guess Im the wrong color. It's been a while since I have been here. I feel like the food isn't as good as it used to be and that the portions have gotten smaller. I tried their jumbo jack, tacos, and the fan fave with mozzarella sticks box. The jumbo jack was decent which is the only good thing besides the tacos. The tacos used to be two for a buck now it's 1 for a buck which isn't too bad of a price in this inflated economy. The fan fave mozzarella box was a disappointment to me. I opened the box and there was plenty of mini tacos but the curly fries were lacking badly and there was not much mozzarella sticks either. Overall I'll probably be only coming here if it's late at night and I have no where else to go eat or once in a blue moon when I'm craving jack in the box. read more

I haven't been to a jack in the Box in years but last night my son wanted a chicken sandwich so to JITBox it is. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, the 2 tacos, an order of curly fries, and a drink. Overall the meal was great for being fast food. The timing was a little longer than usual but thankfully we were not in a rush that night. I will admit the kid speaking thru the mic was a little stale so I asked him how his day was going and then he seemed to liven up a bit more! Great location close to home: one tip- the drive through is very very tight! Thankfully I have sensors and cameras at every angle that I got through ok. I went through the drive thru last night to get a Sprite. When I took the first drink it tasted like lemon pledge cleaner. It wasn't just the lemon lime flavor but this was a chemical taste. I took another drink to confirm and it was disgusting. I ended up feeling sick and woke up the next day with a sore throat. Be careful when getting items from this location because it seems like they didn't fully clean their soda machine. I understand times are tough. I give grace to businesses struggling all the time. Tonight, more than disappointing here. There was only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru. I ordered 2 kids meals and a regular combo. All 3 I asked for curly fries and it said them on the order screen and receipt but we got regular fries. I asked for Diet Dr Pepper and the screen reflected that.... but got a regular coke. Kids meal was grilled cheese and the bread was as hard as a rock and cold. I order the egg rolls and sometimes they undercook them when trying to rush. They also went out of the way for me to make my experience great.
