08/11/2026 1320 hours Store #3292 Ontario St. Corona, California I stopped by for a quick lunch. I was not having a bright day. I was frustrated with the electronic ordering system. The gal working behind the counter must have seen my frustration and came around to help me. She zipped through it like it was nothing. I thanked her and I waited for my order. Another customer arrived and he just refused to use the electronic ordering and the same gal said, "No problem, I will help you" She listened carefully as I was even confused with what he wanted. Focused she was on this customers' needs. She pops off his order like magic. The customer and I looked at each other and said Wow! How did she do that? I believe he was confused too, as this order was not for him. So it seemed. She took the order and placed it. We both eagerly were waiting for our orders when a shift employee arrived to work. She came in and saw the gal that helps us and immediately a smile and laughter throughout the shop. All employees showing big smiles and happy to be at work. What a great atmosphere. All from this gal's presents. I continued to watch her and she directed the others to get orders out. I asked her if she was a manager. She said no, I'm just an employee. I told her she should be in management is the manager here. I'd like to let her know what I've witnessed. I received my order and sat down and watched. It just kept getting better with how she was dealing with people on both sides of the counter. When I finished my meal. I asked for her name. Someone should see the diamond in the rough. This is why I'm writing this. Her name is Layla and she has the quality, value and personality to be a great manager of people. All business knows that it is the people that make the difference. For me, The Dodgers brought me in. Layla will be the reason that I return. Please take a look at her or just acknowledge that someone has seen her potential. Myself, I am a double retiree. A police officer and Auto Part store Sales Manager. Both jobs help me read people well. Thank you for making my day enjoyable. I brought the team donuts to appreciate them. Tracy N. read more

Went thru drive thru to try another sorry corona jack in the box . Got 8 tacos each with just a quarter size peice cheese and no hot sauce . I've gone to Jack in the box for sixty years and their tacos come with a slice of cheese and hot sauce . Do you think I'm stupid or new to the planet and wouldn't notice? And I ordered 3 eggrolls and got one. I called this place and asked how all this can happen and guess what he said"I don't know". That was it , no more corona jacks , they all suck. So they responded to this next day. Went to their website. Gave all the same info, and tried to give my contact info at end and it kept saying "wrong answer". Even their website is worthless! Jack in box sucks!!! read more

I'll be genuinely nice giving 2 stars because I love Jack and it's my cheat meal about once a month so I get excited for it. But the quality has gone very down here! It depends on location some locations make the food ON POINT and soo good. Sadly this is my first time going to this location. I ordered a muchie meal. There was zero people in drive thru. The lady at the speaker didn't ask almost any questions; if I get a munchie meal you should ask what drink, what burger etc. nope she proceeded to give me the total after I said I want the meal. I also asked for 1 Pattie, she said same price, I said ok no prob. I get to the window, we waited about 15 mins...She seemed nice, but flustered you guys need more people working there. This is probly why she was so quick to not ask questions which leads to mistakes and bad reviews/service. CONS: sub par service; didn't ask about drink or options I wanted, food was COLD! That's a violation on code. The burger was a fuckin JOKE! It was a mini mini jr cheeseburger like I never seen it so small I ordered a munchie meal it's always a large burger like jumbo Jack size, I know cus I always get it. Soo. All that just for asking for 1 patty instead of two? wtf was the cook thinking I won't notice? I did that so I don't waste food! Next time I'll leave it as is and toss waste the extra patty rediculous! It was the size of like a kids mini burger for 15$!!!! Are u kidding me got robbed and cold food, and no napkins or anything. Nope. Bad first impression. I'm upset about it enough to write a review. Management you need to fix this. Cold food where cheese not even melted is a no. read more

I am so bummed I absolutely love Jack in the Box but they took away their chicken fajita pita which is pretty much when I'm eating healthy the best thing that's on their menu besides the salads. My husband is addicted to the extreme sausage burrito. But I wish Jack would definitely bring back that chicken fajita pita cuz I would eat there every week now I got to find a new place. I guess I'm going back to El Pollo Loco read more

Normally Saturday morning I wanted some breakfast. We order everything was good, then we get up to the window hands us the food waiting on one more thing okay cool all a sudden this lady worker hands it to us rude as hell says in the meanest voice can I get you anything else, I say "yes I want" before I can say anything she cuts me off says have a nice day closed the window walks away. I was asking for ketchup :/ anyway I wait for about 2 minutes while they look at each other wondering why I'm still there... the guy opens the window and says "can I get you something" and finally got the ketchup! The guy was very sweet and never gave attitude i dont know who that lady was but never again. On top of that the hash brown was burnt. I'm never eating here again. read more

I'm done with this location! A while back, a simple croissant breakfast and they botched that! Today, I ordered $28.00 worth of food and I specified asked for a receipt but when I got home, goes what, no receipt! I ate my lunch and immediately returned and was told by the woman that took my order, "Sorry, that was too far back ". Mind you, she forgot to give me my receipt! Secondly, if you employ someone at the drive thru, please make sure they can be understood. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I'm sure this issue will not be addressed but that's why they have an unbelievably low Yelp rating. read more

3 times my order was wrong. Today I received 1 curly fry and one order of 4 mozzarella sticks when I ordeted 2 orders of regular fries and 8 chicken nuggets. Check your drive through order before leaving! read more

RANCH!!' It's about the RANCH!!!! We ordered an INSANE amount of food, like 30 tacos, poppers and fries. They gave us 2 ranch dressings and said they have to charge us for any additional. If I'm not mistaken, ranch is free when you order 2 tacos, why on the world would we be charged for additional when we ordered 30 andddddd fries and poppers!?!? If my calculation is correct we should at leaaaast have 16 ranches covered in our purchase. The poor associate was terrified to lose their job for giving too many ranch's. MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE!!! Zero customer service. What kind of unpsychological safe environment is this!? Side note, we only got 7 taco sauces for 30 tacos .... and fries and poppers. If I could give 0 stars I would. But, everyone loves their tacos but screw this place. read more

It's been a while since I have been here. I feel like the food isn't as good as it used to be and that the portions have gotten smaller. I tried their jumbo jack, tacos, and the fan fave with mozzarella sticks box. The jumbo jack was decent which is the only good thing besides the tacos. The tacos used to be two for a buck now it's 1 for a buck which isn't too bad of a price in this inflated economy. The fan fave mozzarella box was a disappointment to me. I opened the box and there was plenty of mini tacos but the curly fries were lacking badly and there was not much mozzarella sticks either. Overall I'll probably be only coming here if it's late at night and I have no where else to go eat or once in a blue moon when I'm craving jack in the box. read more

Went there 2/9/26 11:16 a.m. I went through the drive thru. I ordered 3 burritos and 2 orders of the Fajita wraps. Wraps are 2 for $6. Apparently, when you order you need to say 4 wraps because he doesn't understand 2 orders or he can't count. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, and the nasty girl that brought out the food, shorted me 2 Fajita wraps. When I said something she walked off from me and said, you weren't charged. That is how they handle the situation when it is their mistake. Now I am short on feeding my family, and that is okay? The Hispanic girl that came out was rude. I guess Im the wrong color. I won't be going to this racist establishment again! read more

This Jack in the box is the worst location ever. Every time I come and order curly fries not once have i gotten them on multiple different occasions. I asked clearly for curly fries and ranch and received none. I was polite and said thank you have a good night and received no response from the worker. I would recommend the location on magnolia. read more

jack in the box 2 tacos for .75 is kind of a scam. limit 2 tacos , only if you order through their app . the only reason their doing this is so you will add items when you get there at FULL price. No wonder the are slowly going out of business. read more

Worse Jack in the box ever.. poor very poor customer service. They lie to their customers saying a drink only comes one size when a sign at the registers state different sizes. Food is horrible ended up sick both my dad and I did. Seems like the flavors in the soda machine are always out everytime we come. Place use to be great but it's going down hill. Will not be coming back read more

Ironically, it's a clown show here. Ordered online, payed before I got here and the kid tells me they don't have some of our items. Ok, just refund my money. "We can't do that, you will have to do it online" no place online for a refund. Pretty funny, they want me to come back tomorrow for another manager and maybe they can help me. Better off staying away from the online ordering. Apparently Jack in the Corp forgot to teach the children about refunds. This crap ain't cheap either! read more

Went to Jacks to get a fish fillet, no fish, so I ordered the 50/50 popcorn chicken box. Although I had to wait in the parking lot for my food ( like they were preparing it fresh), I get home and open the box to this bs. He might as well said they didn't have spicy chicken either. Had I not already driven off, I'd have went back in there for a refund. Check your food before leaving. read more

I haven't been to a jack in the Box in years but last night my son wanted a chicken sandwich so to JITBox it is. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, the 2 tacos, an order of curly fries, and a drink. Overall the meal was great for being fast food. The timing was a little longer than usual but thankfully we were not in a rush that night. I will admit the kid speaking thru the mic was a little stale so I asked him how his day was going and then he seemed to liven up a bit more! Great location close to home: one tip- the drive through is very very tight! Thankfully I have sensors and cameras at every angle that I got through ok. i wish i could rate this 0 stars! i went to this location and not only did they take forever to acknowledge me in the front but they also took 20 minutes to make my food when there was nobody else there. Really nice worker who fixed our order right away after it was incorrect :) I really appreciated his kind attitude

Placed an online order and was there to pick up by 9:30 pm. However there were cones at the drive thru so I went to the door, as i had already paid for my order. Swear I was knocking for 5 minutes, and was being ignored by the employee who I could CLEARLY see through the door. After hurting my hand knocking I called twice and was told they didn't have my order AFTER saying my name. So you know my name but don't see my order?? BS. They said they were closed even though the signs say 1am. I asked the employee his name, again, I could see him on the phone. He refused to give me his name. He is a young larger white male. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. read more

I went through the drive thru last night to get a Sprite. When I took the first drink it tasted like lemon pledge cleaner. It wasn't just the lemon lime flavor but this was a chemical taste. I took another drink to confirm and it was disgusting. I ended up feeling sick and woke up the next day with a sore throat. Be careful when getting items from this location because it seems like they didn't fully clean their soda machine. The employees are always rude and don't seem to care to be there which makes sense why something like this would happen. read more

let me star off by saying that the food was fresh, hot, and good for 1030pm. I ordered #3 and 4 tacos. everything went smooth. got home not tacos. my fault for not checking my order. ok, went back. I ordered another #3 (wife wanted one after seeing mine). I said to the girl at the speaker, hey your forgot my tacos I ordered 4. she said when we're you here? I said 15 min ago. she said do you have a receipt? I said no I threw it away in your drive through trashcan. she said ok sir pull up. she looked me like she remembered me, she gave me my order and said, the tacos are in the bag. I said cool thank you. drove up a little so the car behind me can pull up. checked the bag.. annnnnd no tacos. fuck. line was back up as fuck. dining area was closed. fuck. went home, wife asked me where's my straw? fuck. and you want 15$ an hour for fast food workers? go fuck yourself. read more

I understand times are tough. I give grace to businesses struggling all the time. Tonight, more than disappointing here. There was only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru. I ordered 2 kids meals and a regular combo. All 3 I asked for curly fries and it said them on the order screen and receipt but we got regular fries. I asked for Diet Dr Pepper and the screen reflected that.... but got a regular coke. Kids meal was grilled cheese and the bread was as hard as a rock and cold. My burger was on sourdough and again, stale, hard as a rock and cold. Not just one mistake, but everything was wrong. Horrible experience!! Won't be back for a long while. read more

We walk in...right? Through the back door! The front door was locked. Crazy right?! Anyways. Customer service? .75 stars. Period end of story. We got one ketchup packet and no napkins. Much love, Jennifer Longcock read more
