Well, this is crazy. I haven't been to this Del Taco in a while because the service and respect towards the guest is always lacking and the food isn't the best. That's highly unusual for Del Taco. Usually they have some of the best Mexican food. Or what you would call Mexican food. Had a craving for a couple of bean and cheese burritos. Ordered two with green sauce, one with red and extra onions because they're supposed to come with onions and it never seems like there's any onions on them. I get my bill and pay for it and drive-through and like what these things are super expensive. When I pull over eat them and look at the receipt they charge you $.75 per burrito for extra onions. And they only had the amount of onions that I would consider would be the regular amount on a burrito. What a rip. One of them barely had any onions on them. What a way to gouge your customers in the future, probably should just order the burritos and come home and put onions on them. For $2.43 I could easily buy a couple of onions and dice them up. And have tons of onions for other stuff. Between the price of the onion and tax that's what it comes to. It wouldn't be so bad if they actually put their regular amount of onions on. I would say between the three burritos. I probably got a 1 ounce soufflé cup worth of onions. read more

This is my Neighborhood Del Taco. I've come here for years. I have no idea why they ALWAYS forget to give me my Chicken Quesadilla. 4 times they have forgotten it. When I return, they say "Oh sorry" as they grab it from the top shelf of their "forgotten" items. Chicken Quesadillas aren't a Value item, so I usually return with anger. Late night drive thru run. I used the application and placed my order. This location is older and has some unique characteristics. Chief among them it was built by a hillside and you must drive up then back down to use the drive thru. I was the only customer and my order came out almost instantly. The staff were very nice . If you like Del Taco this is definitely the best one in Corona/Norco area. French fries are always cooked perfectly and salted just right. The combo burrito will have all ingredients perfectly portioned and spread out. I haven't been inside this location so not sure on ambiance. The service is ok. The ladies here are not warm and fuzzy but they do get the job done and move fast. I drive to this one even though 2 are closer to my house. I just have to say, this is the best Del Taco in my area. I gladly drive out of my way to come to this location and not one closer to my house because I know I will always get great service and better quality food. Employees are always friendly and the service is quick. I also appreciate that you keep your packets of sauce out for the customer to take too! I went through the drive-thru today and ordered the crispy fish taco combo. I requested the strawberry lemonade as my drink because I noticed that they had strawberry poppers for the top. At the window I noticed that the young female working the drive-thru was filling a cup with strawberry lemonade so I interrupted her to ask if she was going to add the poppers on top because the cup was nearly full of ice and lemonade. As she takes my payment, she rudely tells the person, whose order she's taking through her ear piece to wait a minute. She then turns to me, like she got a discount on bad attitude, and asks me what did I say. I repeated myself and she tells me (like I'm stupid or something) that I didn't order the lemonade with poppers so that's the reason my drink doesn't have them and proceeds to put the lid on my drink. I was so taken aback by her bad attitude that I didn't think to tell her to use common sense and pour out some of the ice and lemonade so she could add the poppers to the top. I just told her (with plenty of my own attitude) that I was well aware of what I ordered, took the drink and my food and pulled away. The customer service at this location has never been a problem on my previous visits, but this girl is obviously just there for the paycheck; she doesn't have a clue about what customer service is. I actually considered parking my car and going inside to deal with her but wisdom said, "she ain't worth the time it would take to walk in there and set her all the way straight," so I went on about the business that pays me. Best Del Taco In The Area! My hubby and I only order from this location. They've NEVER gotten an order wrong and ALWAYS give us enough hot sauce. We use a lot lol our typical order includes bean and cheese burritos, quesadillas, chicken soft tacos, beyond Del Tacos, vegetarian chili cheese fries, and shrimp tacos when they're in season! Their new Honey Mango shrimp tacos were really good but definitely on the sweet side. If you not into that sweet flavor you should avoid it. The food is obviously good for a quick bite or maybe some dinner. I work up the street from this del taco and occasionally come here for lunch. Every time I come here the older lady with glasses is so rude. I ordered for the first time online and it stated on the app to drive to the window in drive through. I should've known to let them know on the speaker but just followed what the app said. The lady asked if I said it in the speaker and I said no I didn't know I apologize and she stated "well you need to say it in the speaker next time" then she handed me my food aggressively not saying anything at all. Then the lady back she says "have a nice day" and rolls her eyes. Now I usually just let it go because I am like maybe she is having a bad day but this same older lady is ALWAYS rude and moody. This was a freaking joke! It took me 23 mins to get my drive through order! This place is just getting worse. Every time I come, I think first...why I am doing this to my body... oh well. However, during this particular visit it was a nightmare. I watch the clock just tick away, almost half and hour of my life gone in the drive through. You knew it was going to be bad from the moment I ordered. The lady taking my order messed it up twice when all I asked for was a bean and cheese burrito , with a diet coke, period. It was too much for her that day. I'm not sure what happened but this place had fallen off the wagon and everyone in the kitchen was completely lost. I watched three seperate cars in front of me take bags of food in and then see the bags of food go back out. First time I thought, ok someone had a slight mix up, maybe was a bit picky. Second, ok maybe they had tried to give the first person their food and then now they were off, but by the third car in a row, who knows. I had wanted to turn around, escape, it wasn't worth it. My order was under $3 and I was stuck. I had stopped because I hadn't eaten lunch and was just so damn hungry I needed just a quick something in my stomach. That did not turn out to be the best decision of my day. When I finally got to the window, they gave a total and completely different order. I explained that is not what I ordered, so she read off another wrong order, again... sorry not mine. "Ok what did you order then?"... repeats order. None of it was ready, they had to ring it up again, make it to order. At best Del Taco's are a go to for 2-3am drunk food stops. Riverside County is in the Orange Tier at the time of this writing. This restaurant is acting as if this is the beginning of the pandemic not the end. No indoor dining, even though 50% is allowed. No restrooms available. No filling your own drinks. I was displaying my vaccination card and was still asked to mask when I ordered even though they gave me my drink while I waited which meant mask off to drink it. What's going to happen June 15th? We usually come here after church on Sundays and I'm always blown away at how messy the floors are. We show up around 11:30am or so, just before the lunch rush. I can understand the floors being filthy if we were showing up during or after the lunch rush. That said, the food is always brought out fast and fresh. They could be a little more liberal with the cheese on tacos, burritos, and nacho cheese fries, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with the food.
