    This guy kurt is the rudest person. No respect. Talking back to me so rudely. Corporate will see the cameras.

    I went to get a party planner for my family. The manager his name is kurt was so rude! Talking back to me because he messed up my order. Worse subway I have even been to. I can't believe he is the manager and i will report him to corporate due that he was talking back to me in front of my family. Worse customer service.

    One receipt looks correct but the other looks not correct

    Came in and wanted 4 subs and I saw a sign that said free chips and Powerade with purchase of any sandwich. I'll take a picture of it next time. Anyways I got charged for the chips so idk how this works but it just seems as though I got ripped off. I checked my receipt when I got home and noticed something fishy. Service was ok. Not too angry but definitely not coming back. Supposedly I got a deal that the lady offered me. Bogo on footlongs but still wasn't even a good price. I'm gonna try another subway and compare prices.

    This place deserves less than a star, but no option for that. Their customer service sucks. Had a coupon buy 2 foot longs get third or lesser free. Bought 2 foot longs and 2 6" cashier said I couldn't get one of the 6" free. I was going to add an additional foot long but cashier said I couldn't because he had already rang it up. No other options or nothing- cashier was careless and rude.

    Unfriendly staff who obviously did not want to be there. Hardly any meat on the salad that cost more than a footlong sub. Terrible.

The restaurant was not busy at all when we arrived. We placed our order at the front cashier and requested an itemized receipt. Please note: if you do not specifically ask for an itemized receipt at the time of payment, you will only receive a basic printout showing the total--not the individual items. After placing our order, we waited about 10 minutes for our food. Once it arrived, several issues immediately stood out: * I ordered a club chicken sandwich, but was given a regular chicken sandwich. * We ordered onion rings, and three of them were overcooked. * We requested double fries instead of coleslaw with the combo dinner, but only received a regular portion of fries. I went back to the counter to have my sandwich corrected. Initially, the staff planned to simply add cheese and bacon to the incorrect sandwich, but I requested a freshly made sandwich, as the cheese needed to be melted properly. They took the incorrect sandwich back and discarded it. I then had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the new sandwich to be remade. By that time, my fries were cold, so I had to request fresh fries as well. Unfortunately, during this delay, my husband and daughter had already started and nearly finished their meals. This was disappointing for us, as we prefer to eat together as a family. While waiting, we also observed multiple customers returning to the counter due to missing or incorrect items. One customer even reported finding a hair in their food, which was extremely concerning and unpleasant to witness. Overall, this experience was very surprising and disappointing. It appears there may be issues with staff training, food accuracy, and quality control during this shift. Management should consider additional training to ensure orders are prepared correctly, food is handled properly, and customers receive a better dining experience.
