This is not the first time I've had issues with this place but I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered my usual that I have been getting regularly from this place. The eggs were so over cooked they were terrible. The tenderloin was also Incredibly spicy which it never is. I reported the issue the same day but no manager is available to discuss. Left my name and phone number. After no call I went in and they assured me they would pass it on to the manager. Over a week passed by with no call. Reached out by phone to be informed the manager isn't in and rarely is. I would need to leave my name and number again. I honestly have to praise this restaurant. The new acquisition just happened this past Monday. When we first arrived we noticed they were doing 50% off as a grand opening special. Be aware of this scammer!!! I had a bad experience in this place. I took my family to eat and this guy approached me talking about areas of interests and acting friendly only to find out that he was acting that what way for his advantage. He opened some ice cream macaroons and gave them to my kids without asking me first. When I was paying turns out he charged me for the 3 macaroons he had given to my kids. I never ordered them!! He just decided to take it upon himself to give them to my kids so that he can later charge me for them!! I was a frequent customer and now I will never go here again! Half of the bowl was just pre-packaged salad (I like some salad, but I had to pull out an entire plate full of salad to take the photo). I sent it back to the kitchen because it was not cooked, and their cook sent the nice waitress back out to say "We buy already cooked meat and heat it up, so it's already cooked." Our drinks came late and I was charged for a drink I ordered but NEVER received. Once we got or pho, it was room temp and we didn't have our toppings. We had to ask for spoons and toppings. this place is truly amazing! i've been to a variety of pho places such as pho bowl, pho 83, and pho thanh and this place has their spot among my favorites. currently they have a large bowl of pho 4 egg rolls and a drink for 15$ and at other places that's well over 25$ and their quality of food was still extremely good with my only criticism being a bit too oily. the staff was externally friendly with our server maria being kind and helpful with current promotions. 10/10 would come back!!! read more
