As I walked I there was a pungent smell that off put me, but I powered threw for a review. The server was very nice and helpful, I had ordered a lunch special broccoli beef with that order it came with the meal plus a bit more, Overall, 1.The rice was a bit over done, and the egg roll was soggy. but the main food was good receiving preferably 4 starts the vegetables are more crunchy as not over steamed and the beef was cooked to perfection as a dish goes. 2. I would recommend take out if bothers by strong smells.

I was craving Chinese food so we decided to give this place a try since it's down the street from our house. First off it smelt odd when we walked in to place our order and it was super hot they just had a ton of fans. Any who we ordered chicken teriyaki, orange chicken, and shrimp fried rice. The teriyaki chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was way over cooked and was tough to chew! Also it was nothing but dark meat and didn't even look appetizing. The orange chicken was better but just okay. It was more chewy then anything and you're better off going to Panda Express. Lastly, the shrimp fried rice was also ok. The rice was still hard so you can tell it wasn't cooked throughly. It's so hard to find a good family owned Chinese restaurant but I definitely don't recommend this one.

A hidden gem. Wonderful family run restaurant. Quality food for a great price. Love their orange beef, the best! Never disappointed with the food, and very clean interior.

$12.00 for wongton soup with nothing but cabbage and veggies in it, No wongton! I spent $70.00 on my order every week. Not anymore. This is the last time I order the soup.

Authentic fried rice. It tastes the same as the fried rice as my childhood memory. It brings me tear and joy. Nice and clean restaurant. The lady is nice and great. Thank you for keeping a great work

Good Food but the Hot and Sour Soup isn't that good, had them take it back. But the Chicken was good and the Veggies were cooked just right.

I was not a fan. Food was mediocre. No ambiance at all. Service wasn't great. Seemed like person at counter didn't want to be there.

A true one‑star experience is foreign objects in the food, cold meals, or no service at all -- and that's not what I experienced. I ordered takeout, and when I got home the food was still hot. I had the shrimp egg foo young and BBQ pork fried rice. The egg foo young was excellent, and the portion size of the fried rice -- along with the amount of BBQ pork -- was generous. This is easily a solid four‑star experience, maybe higher depending on what you order. I've lived on the west side for years, and I still haven't found a better Chinese takeout spot in the area. One last note: I'm a veteran, and they gave me a military discount, which I appreciated.

I couldn't tell you the timeframe of when the current ownership took it over from the previous owner when I first started frequenting Eest. The change was immediately felt. The level of customer care and taste of food changed. Not for the worst, but different. My last visit this month for an order of shrimp fried rice was my final straw and I will find somewhere else to find some food. It has been a very slow spiral downward with the quality of food. I am talking years where the consistency was slipping. Then last month it was as if they forgot what they were doing. What was served to me was edible, but nowhere near what I have been given in the past. I hope it was a bad day for the kitchen for the establishment's sake! Call in takeout orders have been a speed bump. You call in and you're quoted a time of when your order will be ready. You pay for your order when you get there. Then the clock starts. It totally defeats the purpose of the original quoted timeframe.

I didn't expect to like their soup to the extent that I did, it was WONDERFUL! Service is great as well. Each time, I got served by Isaiah (hope I spelled it right). He is super funny and kind. Honestly, he is very personable and a big part of why I keep coming back! And he is always happy to recommend a new dish for me to try. The decor is also very cute. And will try other things. I'll just make sure to check the order before I leave if taking it away. I normally don't like the rice paper egg roll. But they were well done and super fresh tasting here. My pad see ew came out perfect and was delicious. The Thai wings looked pale and I wasn't optimistic until I bit into them. Dropping a 5-star review to help this little hole-in-the-wall!…read more I've seen this place a few times when shopping in the area and always wondered what it was all about. Today, I decided to give it a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I'm giving this place its flowers mostly because of the hospitality I received. From the moment I walked in, the employee working front of house was SO NICE. We were greeted with warmth and promptly seated. Waters came out quickly, and after ordering, aforementioned employee offered us complimentary soup. Throughout our dining experience, the way he treated us told me, "I'm glad you're dining with us, and I want to make sure you come back." He thanked us profusely for coming in and said goodbye a couple times. I just love when the customer service shines. The interior is super clean. All the furniture is in good condition, tables and floors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful. There's enough seating for probably 12 groups, maybe more. Each table has napkins, soy sauce, and Sriracha, which I appreciated. The most expensive dish I saw on the menu was $16.95. Considering we're living in a time when you can easily spend that much in a drive-thru, I knew I was going to be happy with whatever I chose. I got two entrees: Mongolian beef and orange tofu. We were served complimentary egg drop soup, which was delicious. We were also provided a generous amount of white rice, and I'm assuming since I ordered the beef extra spicy, he also brought a side of chili oil, which made me extremely happy. When the entrees came out, they were hot off the wok (or flat top... who knows) and ab-so-lutely delicious. The Mongolian beef had a lovely sauce and lots of onions, both white and scallions. My only criticism is that the beef itself didn't have the trademark crispy texture. Maybe they didn't use enough cornstarch or didn't let it crisp up enough before adding the other ingredients. Even so, it was good and tender. The orange tofu stole the show, though. They successfully got the outside nice and crispy, and it held up in the amazing orange sauce. I didn't choose this dish, but I will absolutely get it again. For less than $30 before tax and gratuity, two people ate until full AND we left with two heaping boxes of leftovers. Our waiter even offered us additional rice to make sure we had enough to go with our leftovers. We had plenty, but it's another great example of the abundant hospitality. This wasn't the most amazing pan Asian cuisine I've ever had. However, it surprised and delighted me that it was so good for the value. That coupled with the service will absolutely ensure I go back.

The wonton and the eggroll were really good and flavorful. The soup was very lackluster. It was supposed to be like a egg drop soup with corn in it. It was very gamey. The chicken in it was just gross. The house chow mein was decent. The sauce was good. The noodles were good. The shrimp was good. The chicken was good, but the beef was very lackluster. It was big chunks of hard beef that you could not chew on. I had to throw those out. It just wasn't a good either choice. I'll give them another shot, but it's very lackluster and disappointing for the price.

They had a wonderful crunch and didn't taste greasy at all. The Orange Chicken Bowl was equally impressive.
