I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my visit to your store at 4:00 AM this morning. I was having trouble deciding what to order, and the staff member working at the time was incredibly helpful. After I mentioned that I enjoy banana and butter pecan flavors, she crafted an iced coffee for me that was absolutely delicious. In addition to the excellent coffee, I was very impressed by how clean the store was. While the products were great, the service was truly amazing. Please someone in management have a conversation with these 2 young ladies at the cash register on 9/10 around 3:45pm to be kind to the elderly. I came in no customer service skills at all no greeting just want do u want today. I said hi to make sure to acknowledge that they didnt. Im walking in and they are giggling and laughing and asked if I was with an elderly customer that had came in I said no. They were laughing and giggling as they asked her what she wanted, not very nice. One went to the back after they rang her up and she was still laughing while the one who was ringing me up was nonstop giggling. Trust me the lady did not say anything funny and it was very disrespectful. Please hire people with empathy and customer service skills. read more

The new staff is terribly unprofessional. When I walked in two staff members didn't even notice us standing there and when they did notice the one with light hair and pink ends loudly said "oh shit" and then laughed. The other person who took my order talked me like he had no idea what drink I was talking about despite it being featured on the menu behind him. He also lacked any good customer service skills. They be hiring anybody now. All three workers that day clearly have no training on how to handle and talk to customers which is very important in fast food jobs. read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru for 2 breakfast sandwiches and an UNSWEET iced tea. Of course they gave me a sweet tea, which I can't drink. So we went back and I went inside this time. The guy working the drive thru was busy but there was one other employee who refused to help me. I waited while he made 2 drinks and mistakenly thought he'd remake mine after he was done. He was a middle aged, very obese man with black hair (I don't know his name). I called out to him 3 times and he ignored me while standing across the counter from me. Then he picked up two more cups and started a new order and left me standing there. There was only one car in the drive thru when I walked in. All I needed was an unsweetened tea but he couldn't be bothered. Finally, the drive thru employee had to stop what he was doing, and made me a new drink while that enormous dude ignored both of us. We won't come back to this location again. It's one thing to have your order wrong and have to drive back. It's another to be absolutely ignored as though I wasn't even there. read more

Done with this place. They have tarnished the name Dunkin'! Deleting my app. I've been dealing with the chaos long enough. With the old manager, they were often out of certain items (at least once a week, something would be out of stock) but it was usually the odd thing like Boston Cream donuts or rarities like coffee milk. Then, a new manager took over and I was hoping she'd be better. But alas, the store just keeps going further downhill. Now they are out of stock on items almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I order something. I pre-order on the app, to save time and to earn points, and while I've recently learned the manager is capable of updating store inventory on the app, she never does so. You'll order an item only to discover it's unavailable upon arrival. The store has no available direct phone #, so you can't just call them the old fashioned way to double check first either. The problem is, now they are out of very commonplace items that, in my many years of going here, they have never been out of: hash browns, avocado, bread, oatmilk, various donuts and munchkins (this is a donut shop, for goodness sake!), most new specialty items, and last, but not least, customer service. The restaurants in Buckeye, for the most part, aren't exactly known for their employee's customer service skills - there seems to be a whole lot of Gen Z Stare happening in these parts these days - but here, they can be just plain rude, with a couple exceptions. There used to be a plethora of friendly faces here, but they've mostly all moved on. One nice guy, who is also an exceptional cook and barista, remains. I don't know his name but if you set foot here, pray you encounter the tall-ish fellow with glasses and a ponytail. He's now the only one here worth his salt. If he's not cooking, there's now a 50% chance your order will either be incorrect or taste terrible. The new manager is often MIA - not necessarily uncommon for a Dunkin' - but she leaves shift leads in charge who have zero personality and zero capability dealing with any situations that aren't cookie cutter. Until this place gets NEW new management, I will not be returning and I advice folks to stay away. This place needs to be closed or totally revamped ASAP! For anyone looking, and willing to drive a little further, donuts are better at Bosa in Verrado and Fresh Donuts in Sundance (if you can catch them when they're open), coffee is better at Jackrabbit Java on Jackrabbit and Anthem Coffee in Verrado, and there's way better, healthier quick brunch options for only a couple bucks more at Robek's in Sundance and Tropical Smoothie Café on Miller. read more

I've tried this location a few times and each time the donuts are stale and not fresh. I've been in the morning and still not fresh. I've tried a refresher and it also wasn't the best tasting. I have been going to this Duncan for about 12 to 13 years. I have never ever had a bad experience. Everyone there has been fantastic, especially their employee Marina she has to be one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, the kindest person that I have ever meant in a fast food environment. I got a bagel with cream cheese. I'm sorry cream cheese is so cheap why is that what you choose to cut corners on. Also didn't help that when the server announced the bagel with cream cheese they practically thru it in the counter and it nearly fell off. Hire better staff. Management - stop cutting corners. Started my review when I first moved to buckeye from valley... though starting to lose hope in all Dunkin's. This location always has different people. Sometimes you sit in drive through for long periods of time, sometimes you get through quick. The problem I have the most is the drinks are never consistent - 1 or more of our family is always left disgusted or disappointed and thing that makes me most frustrated is always getting our donut order wrong. I haven't stopped in a Dunkin Donuts in a while. I'm always near...(clears throat...at the green sign place). But nonetheless, my kid wanted some specific flavor donuts thingy. I have read through their reviews and can imagine how it would all turn into one big chaotic mess. First, for those who are reading the reviews and don't know the area, the tiny shop is on the corner end lot of a very tiny, very ridiculously designed parking lot. On top of that, it gets very congested because it does have a drive through. Which you can barely get more than 3 cars in a row due to the poor architectural design yet again. Also, within a few yards, there's the larger McDonald's with their tiny double drive through as well as their share of the crazy parking lot. I think 3 other businesses share the parking lot, that's clearly only made for maybe the 3 not 6. It can be very overwhelming when you're in a hurry no matter which of these places you're going to. I had to avoid getting rammed by 3 cars and park 2 rows away just to walk in and pay for my order today. So with all that mess and rushing, it doesn't excuse wrong orders or bad rude customer service, but I'd hope it has gotten better. Today I approached the counter and the young lady was very patient with me even when my daughter changed her mind twice on her drink because she couldn't remember the name of the flavor she liked from them. I personally love this location. I go almost every other day for an iced coffee, cold brew and donuts for my kids. I just left this place, on a road trip to LA which I take once a month. First time stopping at this particular DD as it is right next to the circle k I get gas at. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant which was good but the bread was a little burnt. I ordered a small frozen chocolate as well and drinking it in the road I notice the receipt on the cup says "1 extra swirl shot" so I refer back to my receipt and sure enough the charged me .15 additional cents for this "extra shot," of what I don't know because I surely didn't ask for it nor was it offered to me. Trust the reviews you read for this place they're actually EXTREMELY accurate! Service: as mentioned in all the reviews the service here is lacking tremendously. Me & my family were on our way to Arizona & decided to stop here along the way & grab something off of the drive thru menu which was probably a mistake. First, it was nearly impossible saying our order because anytime we'd say or should I say shout anything the person would say they couldn't hear us so clearly they need a new speaker system. On top of having to repeat ourselves over & over again, once we did receive our food, half of the items we ordered were missing (despite us being charged for them)!! So of course, we had to have them several times correct our order. Once we finally got our order correct, we drove off & realized they didn't even give us straws for our drinks. You know, I really wished I would have paid attention to the reviews because almost every review says that the service was horrible & that they were never given everything they ordered. Service gets a zero star! I know this isn't some high class place but come on have some kind of standard for your service. Food: food however was okay.
