I have been here four times now, and only one of those experiences was good. Today was the last time I will bother. I ordered a latte with an extra shot of espresso, splash of cream, and one Splenda. I also ordered a multigrain bagel toasted dark with cream cheese already spread on it. I specifically asked for the cream cheese to be put on the bagel because the last two times it was simply thrown into the bag, which isn't helpful when I'm getting on the freeway. Today, when I asked for the cream cheese to be put on the bagel, they barely put any on at all. It was honestly a joke. The bagel was also cold and chewy and for some reason kind of smashed. On top of that, my coffee was made with what appeared to be regular milk instead of heavy cream, and there was no Splenda in it at all. I was already having a rough morning, and this was certainly not what I needed. I spent $13.55 on a cold, chewy bagel with barely any cream cheese and a coffee that was not prepared the way I ordered it and I even left a tip. I would have been a customer at least twice a week going forward, but unfortunately, one good experience and three poor experiences do not make for a long-term customer. It's disappointing because I have always had such good experiences in Avondale, and I was hoping to have the same experience after moving to Buckeye.
