A family and I went to this location on Saturday, November 29 to get some drink drinks after coming from a Christmas event in the area. Once we got there, we to notice that the location was playing great music and the staff was very friendly and was able to answer any questions we may have in reference to our drink orders. Long lines but they had it moving quickly - the gentleman taking our order through the line was patient and helpful considering this was our first time and we needed suggestions. Went with my kids for an afternoon pick me up! I got a medium iced dinosaur egg rebel with sweet cream and I got the kids a small chocolate milk shake. The staff was super nice & the line wasn't too bad. I have 3 kids and I always split the small chocolate shake into 3 kids cup which I asked if they can divide it for me as other Dutch bros have done & they were unable to which was no problem! Last time I went, it was around 8:30pm and there was no cars in the drive thru. I pulled in and waited outside for someone to come out. I waited 5 minutes before just pulling all the way up to the window and saw two male workers inside. They were both on the other side ( where people get off and order ). I waited another 3 minutes and just watch them laugh and giggle with 2 other costumers, never once glancing at the window/ failing to notice me outside waiting nor when i pulled up. I'm super disappointed to write this review bcuz there are genuinely some great people who work at my local Dutch who I always enjoy seeing, however after my experience with my mom I am not comfortable returning. Between the long wait times and the inconsistent drinks I was already not willing to go to Dutch but my mom insisting on going to treat me before work. My mom and I went on a very slow day, I'm talking no line at the window or in the drive thru. My mom and I arrived after another car (we were the only two customers.). After waiting for our turn the outdoor cashier looked at us and went to a car that had pulled up MINUTES after we'd already been there waiting. Seeing as the person ahead and myself were the only two people there why would you skip us to serve customers who haven't been waiting? My mom commented on her service and how it was rude of her to skip us to help people who came after. My mom felt as though she didn't want to serve us first because we were African American. Instead of apologizing or even being sympathetic she REFUSED to serve us. And got an attitude. :|she tried give a "we have to go in a zig zag" as an excuse but there was no car there when she finished the order so how can you zig zag when there's only two cars ? Or how hard it is it to say "hey I know you're waiting but unfortunately our policy is to zig zag. If you tell me your order really quick I can put it in right after I take theirs so you don't have to wait" or something like that. And refusing to serve us is NOT a good look if you're being accused of being prejudiced already Her manager came out and was worse. When we expressed how we felt the manager for real gave us "I'm sorry you felt that way" half baked not really apology . She actually insisted we were lying and that it was our fault we felt that way. Your job as a manager is to smooth things over, not assert yourself or your views of an employee. It's not your job to tell me how I felt again REALLY not a good look if youre being accused of being prejudiced. And to boot not only was the service from the manager and associate who was rude subpar. We still had to pay for the drinks :/ why should I pay you after you stood in my face and called me a liar and just gaslit me?? Overall the situation was handled poorly and I won't be returning to that location. Which is unfortunate. :( I've literally worked in customer service for years and your job is literally to be nice. It's really not difficult to just pretend like you care but some ppl at this location can't even manage that. read more

This is literally the worst Dutch bros I've ever been to. Every time I've gone the service has been terrible. Waiting 20+ minutes at the walk up window when there was not a single person in the line because they tend to all the mobile orders as soon as they walk up rater than the customer waiting in line for the last 10 minutes. In the drive thru and one of the girls is spending 10+ minutes at every car she's at, while not making them move up so she is holding up the line and the other girl just skipped over my car and went to the vehicle behind me so now I'm stuck in the middle of the drive thru line with no order in. I don't know what has changed at this Dutch, but consistently they mess up orders lately. Lemonade with just syrup, no lemonade for instance. For $5+ per drink, it's disappointing to sit in line for 20-30 mins and your drink is undrinkable. Ever since the Verrado Dutch opened, this one is super inconsistent. I only went today because it's close to home and my kids were home for the holiday, and again got 2 lemonades that were just syrup with no lemonade. The efficiency of the drive thru is incredible! There are always baristas outside with tablets to take your order so the line moves quickly. They are also very helpful in guiding newbies through the menu. My only complaint is that I feel most of their drinks lean to the sweet side, but I feel like this can be adjusted to your taste once you get to know the menu. read more
