I ordered something simple everytime (a slushy, fries, burger and chicken nuggets) the last two times the food has made me sick. I'm having terrible stomach pain and nausea not to mention vomiting. Last time it wasn't as bad the food smelled bad and that was all. The service was absolutely terrible.. There wasn't anybody in line and it took over 10 minuets to get our food. It was horrific and we weren't given OUR order at first but someone else's who wasn't even in line any longer. . I miss when the food was good and you could just sit inside and have fun with the people around.

The manager waived her hand and told us order from the qiosk twice. I said: "no, I want you to wait on us" and she refused and shook her head no. The people behind us turned around and walked out. I was shocked and am not surprised that Burger King is doing bad. If I owned this franchise and heard that my employees were refusing to take counter orders I would fire them all on the spot. If you don't want to take orders at the counter from people who walk in then lock the door and put a sign on the door to not come inside.
