The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. I got to tell you this burger was delicious! No lie! It was crispy on the edges and moist and flavorful in the middle. The crispy edges were amazing. Plus it's big. I ate 1/2. It comes with fries. But you can get tator tots too. I got the fries. They are the coated kind. I'll be honest I am not a fan of coated fries. Should have gotten the tator tots. Those were better. But didn't know. Next time I do. There are a few locations. And other restaurants under this ownership in the area. I guess the ownership is throughout the far east side, we spoke to the server and she said they are good people and have good reputation too. That's good. They were great portion sizes, cooked to order/incredibly fresh, and had large chunks of protein vs deli cut style meats we had kinda thought they might be. I would have preferred the kitchen plate it for sharing and provide dessert silverware with it, instead of us having to flag someone down. I'm also industrial seed oil free, and Hailey was attentive to both of our dietary needs throughout. The manager, Chris Nichols, stopped by to check in and ensure we were satisfied -- a clear sign the restaurant is customer centric. I actually thought Chris was the GM. I ordered two grilled patty melts and received burgers served on soft wheat bread instead of rye. The bread wasn't even grilled, and the sandwiches had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss cheese. The entire order was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and I was shocked by the response. The owner--not a manager--told me there was nothing she would do and that I needed to file a complaint with DoorDash. DoorDash didn't prepare the food; the restaurant did. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Errors happen, but refusing to address them is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will never eat here again. The owner's attitude has completely ruined what was once a decent restaurant.
