List of issues here. 1. The employees are very rude. Call and they act like you are putting them out. Can't even be bothered to say hello, and you want my money?? 2. The taco pizza they bought from Kuhars, is probably the only reason they are still around. That pizza is no longer the same. They added a horrible red sauce to it, it's trash. 3. Why can't I get icecream on the delivery apps? Not available on any of them, which is wild when Dairy Queen is 10 minutes away and will deliver. I wanted so badly for this place to work out, but it's sadly poorly run or just doesn't care. read more

Great for when you want pizza that reminds you of back in the 80's when things were less pretentious and food was just good. Crust has a buttery quality to it that isn't as typical for the style but it adds a great element! Sauce is extremely mild, on the thinner sweeter side. Mozzarella was high quality, not very salty at all. Overall a great choice that has me thinking of the good old days. And that's kind of priceless. read more

Delicious pizza and wings! We got the Philly and Supreme pizzas, both very good. The mini pepperonis were different than other pizza places. We also got an order of the bone-in garlic parm wings and they were delicious, a little crunchy and perfectly sauced! We may have found our new favorite wing spot! This is our first-time trying Fire and Ice pizza. First of all, the new owners have done a Fabulous job updating the building and making it all look Clean and Inviting! We tried the Stuffed Banana Peppers and my husband got a small Buffalo Chicken Pizza and I ordered a small Spinach, Artichoke & Asiago pizza. The service was friendly and quick. The good news is that if you love cheese the Spinach Artichoke and Asiago pizza is perfect for you! It was a bit much for me - It tastes like they put pre-made Spinach dip, (which normally is made with cream cheese and sometimes parmesan cheese), and put it on the crust and then topped it with lots of mozzarella cheese! Very strong almost overwhelming cheese flavor. The Buffalo Chicken pizza did not taste bad... but it definitely did not taste like buffalo sauce! Not sure what sauce they put on it... but do not expect to get buffalo flavor. The crust was good and tasty though. Now, the Stuffed Banana Peppers were yummy! I would order them again. They had a nice kick to them and they did not skimp on the sausage stuffing. We will definitely go back to try the ice cream when the weather warms up! read more

We first tried the pizza at Fire and Ice a couple of years ago and it was delicious. But, the last two times we have ordered pizza , we were very disappointed. The pizza was bland. The crust was thin and soggy in the middle. I gave two stars for the rolls even though the cinnamon butter spilled all over the bottom of the container. read more

We had two pizzas - a pepperoni and a mashed potato specialty - and a stuffed pepper appetizer. The red sauce on the pizza AND the peppers were burnt - like taste, appearance and even smell. The potato pizza was tasty but not topped enough if that makes sense. Now sad but we won't be back during COVID as there were groups of ppl everywhere...not social distancing - not masks and save it "Karen this is a hoax ppl" I get you order outside and sit outside but you wait in a line and have folks all over - we couldn't even get out of our car without being on top of ppl...so its a taste that can wait for vaccines before we head back. read more

First time trying this place. We are new to the neighborhood. We got a pepperoni pizza, hot wings, and a garden salad with chicken. The pizza is awesome! I regret getting a small. The wings were great and the sauce has a nice kick. The salad was crisp, fresh, and nice sized portion. We will definitely be back! read more

We weren't going to let National Pizza Day pass by without getting a pizza from our favorite neighborhood joint! We moved to the area less than a year ago and we have tried everything nearby and we keep landing on F&I. Consistent quality, it's ready when they say it is, and the proportions of topping, to sauce, to cheese is good. The dough is tasty and has the right thickness. It's a good pie, my only suggestion would be to offer a sauce that has more Italian seasoning and some kick. read more

Legit really good pizza, and lots of it, great bargain! Very tasty crust, very generous on fresh toppings, fantastic, wonderful pizza! From traveling around the country this is the real deal, the reviews underrepresented, this is awesome pizza, at a great value. Just a reminder to other customers, call the store to order. Online orders aren't received well by the restaurant. If you order online it's likely that your order won't be started until you arrive to pickup. Thought it was a fluke the first time, now the second time it's a pattern. most disgusting food I have ever ordered!! bunch I kids cooking i ordered large plain pizza no sauce on it I had to add sauce to it at home and recook it because it was raw as well! the salad I ordered was wilted and the cheese was melted it was sitting on top of the salad station no even in a cooler. I asked the kid about my salad he said I don't know why it's wilted and cheese melted but I can ask! After this experience I will never ever try them again!! read more

We decided to stop as we drove by and thought Ice cream might cheer us up. Well the ice cream was good. The girl who took our order was sweet. We got our two flurries and went to walk away and she said wait don't you want your cookie dough one? We looked at each other and told her we only ordered 2. She asked if we wanted it anyway since we paid for it. We said no we can't eat 3. She said ok your all set. We walked away stunned. Didn't offer us our money back or anything. She just walked away. So I guess on my end I should of looked and saw that 2 large flurries with one extra topping each, which by the way mine only had the Reese's not the cookie dough the one left behind., cost $14.25. So I will just leave it as a lesson learned and keep going to our favorite spot. Even if she just had offers our money back I would have told her to just put it towards the next persons order. read more

I have driven by this place and finally decided to give it a try and im glad I did! We got the meat lovers pizza and buffalo wings ( we asked for well done wings since they are baked) and we weren't disappointed!
