FFS. Jesus tap dancing Christ. I just wanted a small pizza. I generally try to order online instead of coming into the restaurant. It seems like this restaurant and preferred doordash as the order platform so I used it. All I want to do is a small pepperoni and cheese pizza. I really didn't look at what I ordered but I saw the price and I saw close to $18 and I figured whoops I must have ordered a medium or a large or something. The door dash app texted me and said your pizza will be ready at 7:20 I live about 5 minutes away so I zipped down it there and got there at 7:19. I used to work at a pizza joint called Domino's in high school. I'm very familiar with the pizza ovens specifically the conveyor ovens. The finish end of the conveyor ovens face the customers and I noticed there are no pizzas on the warming rack and no pizzas coming out of the ovens. The girl behind the counter said oh yours is coming out in just a second. I sat and waited 10 minutes went by and I stood up and the girl said it'll be out in just a second. 15 more minutes went by and I started to get angry when a fellow came out and said are you todd? I said yeah. Did you order a pepperoni and cheese pizza he asked? I said yes I did I'd like to know where it is. "We accidentally gave it away.". Be your pizza is coming out of the oven any minute now. I've been sitting through 25 minutes of waiting on my pizza to come out of the oven. No matter how good the pizza is sometimes it can be ruined. And it was ruined. Got home and to be quite frank I didn't even want it anymore. What really got me was when you order a $18 small pizza and it takes an extra 45 minutes to get it because the high school kids behind a counter kept screwing up, at the very minimum you offer the customer a discount. Maybe a coupon for a free pizza. Hell throw brownie in with it. Nothing. And with that I will end my relationship with Bada Bing Pizza. Sometimes return business isn't worth it to them. read more

We went to Bada Bing in the midst of a serious thunderstorm because the folks at Steele Mansion recommended it and they're pretty sharp folks. One thing they told us was that Bada Bing's pizza was rated the best in Lake County and we tend to agree. This place is the epitome of laid back. Our waitress, dressed in shorts and a T-shirt, was friendly, flexible, and took good care of our party of 9. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. The portion sizes are large so we split multiple entrees. Paper plates were provided to facilitate the sharing of pizza, salad, and calzone. I ordered the 10" Veggie pizza with spinach added. Just received my order and this is some of the best pizza and cheese bread I have had since I moved to the area.

Hands down, the best Pizza joint around. These guys do it right. From the dough, to the construction of the pizza. The dough is light and flaky, almost croissant-like. They put the meat under the cheese, this eliminates extra grease. They mix the veggies into the mozzarel on top which makes a perfect pie. First time try, now a customer for life, love it. read more

Ordered from this local pizza shop a few weeks ago and went with a recommendation from the staff. They suggested the deluxe pizza which is one of my favorite kinds. I typically go with a deluxe pizza everywhere I go because I think it's the best bang for your buck. My first impression on the pizza is that all of the toppings are under the cheese. This is much different than any other local pizza place I've been to but I didn't let it hold me back from trying it. I think I waited too long to take the bite and because of that my rating is what it is. The pizza was good but it wasn't good enough for me to want to come bask there next day. This local spot has been a go to for us for years - so much that I thought I had already given it the slam dunk-knock outta the park that Bada Bing deserves. Appetizers - from mozzarella sticks to chicken fingers and fries - or their wings and salad choices all delish (only thing I haven't tried is a sub...and why I don't know). The Hawaiian is a fave (just no onion), my kids eat a half sheet of cheese or pepperoni from here like they are in hot lava lol all super tasty - the cheese blend is original with fresh shaved parm on top the. The red sauce is not too spicy, not sweet and the crust is a chewy crispy browned bit perfection. Have to give them props on COVID procedures as the pick up, scan yourself and drop the pen so we can sanitize it MAKES ME SO GIDDY. Lots of garlic oil and parmesan. They where excellent. Got a supreme, but substituted red roasted peppers instead of green peppers. Loved the pizza. Done perfectly. I've had dinner at the actual restaurant many moons ago and it was nice and cozy with great service. I recently found out that they deliver to my area and did the happy dance! They leave all of the local pizzerias in the dust. And they deliver the goods hot & fresh in a timely manner, even on a Friday night. Even more kudos that they get the order CORRECT, unlike the morons at another local joint who screw up our delivery order every single time and who demand to take their pizza back with them! Who does that??? Thankfully not Bada Bing! Our delivery order consisted of the Painesville steak subs, the Bada Bing sub and a Luau pizza because yes, I have a thing for pineapple with (thinly sliced) onions on my pizzas. Hands down the best pizza place in Painesville. They have great slice deals for lunch. They also have amazing salads as well. Friday I was looking for something a little different and ordered a sub.
