The spicy was perfect. There was a steady stream of people coming in to get take out pizza. Great to have a nice pizza place in downtown Willoughby. Our server TJ was helpful. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because of the check out process and overcharging. We were told to pay up front on the way out. We weren't presented a bill. I paid it and left. I did ask for a receipt (yes, I balance to my credit card statement ). We were charged for 3 beverages ( we had two iced teas and one water). Additionally, we were charged $ 2.50 versus $ 2.00 for the cavatelli. Paying, an additional $3.25 than what we should've been charged isn't the end of the world, but please check what you're charged before swiping your payment.
