Today I order 2 Mc doubles no pickle no onion same way I do every day for the last 7 years for my dogs a treat for lunch. I nice young gentleman comes out to where they had me pull up to and ask if I had to Mc Double mustard only. I said no sorry I had two no pickles no onion so he went back inside. A few moments later a lady came out and stomped to my car and said did you just tell him this wasn't your order I said he said mustard only I said what I had ordered and she through the bag at me she said this is your order, I said maybe you should have a better approach with customers she took her vest off and said are you still running your fucking mouth!!!! I said I'll be calling your manager she go ahead I am the manager. I called Mc Donalds and asked for the corporate office phone number and for the lady's name they gave the office number and hung up on me. read more

So my two friends and I ordered McDonald's on their app, as per usual. Then when we went through the drive through, they said they couldn't pull up the order and that we would have to cancel it and reorder. After looking further into it, it's gonna be around TEN DAYS until we can get our money back. So instead we went inside and just show them the receipt so maybe they could figure it out in there. We waited a good 5 minutes until someone came to the counter, which was a young female with glasses and brunette hair along with another young female who had blonde short hair. The brunette began to just goof around until finally talking to us. She was saying how she wasn't sure about the issue and got who I could assume to be the manager who was a more heavy set woman wearing a deep green shirt. She was chewing the brunettes ear out about how she's doing things wrong right in front of their customers. Inevitably we reached the conclusion of they can't fix it and we HAVE to reorder. So we reordered on the kiosk and waited for a while to get an our food and while we were waiting, the brunette was goofing off with a family and throwing her hangs around their faces, LITERALLY. The manager in green continued on with a snarky attitude to her as well but did nothing to fix any problems. After we got our food, we weren't given any of the sauces we asked for nor napkins. Communication, if someone's asked for something specific but you don't have it, you don't just reply "okay" you notify the customer "oh I'm sorry we actually don't have that would this be okay" when someone's orders a 10 count of nuggets you give them 10. In this case I ordered 6 and ended up getting 10. I ordered extra ranch and the fact I have to pay for it just to end up not getting it, Is the problem. How are you going to give me a 10 piece when I ordered a 6 and ordered extra ranch and I 100% did not getting what I asked for. The entire ordered was botched. I understand new people might be working (specifically minors) and it being their first job but MANAGEMENT should make sure things are getting done right. It is not hard, I've worked fast food and even now still work in a restaurant now so to mess up on someone's whole entire order other than one single thing which was a drink, it's purely laughable. The only thing is I'm not laughing I'm upset because how hard is it ? exactly why you guys got a 2.2/5 rating I don't even usually write reviews but the fact you guys irritated me to that point is exactly why this is getting typed out. First they make us pull forward along with 4 other cars then they take forever to bring our food out, forget our sauces AND nobody stopped the kids that were out playing in the drive thru lanes throwing a basketball around. Usually when you think of McDonald's, you think of it as just another fast food restaurant. However, when you walk into McDonald's, the atmosphere is actually swell. When I walk into the building, I can already smell the exquisite smell of burgers and fries being prepared, and see the employees hard at work to assure the customers are satisfied with their service. This fast food joint not only has good food, but the menus also provide you with limited time foods you'd never expect them to create. And now, thanks to the installation of kiosks, you can order your meal to the desired standards you prefer, which also shortens the long lines during the lunch rushes. Every bite and sip of every meal I order from here fills me with an ecstatic feeling, as well as fills my stomach with satisfaction. I'm glad to visit such a place, and I like to visit it when I'm in the mood for a good burger. read more

Have been there multiple times and have gotten a messed up order. Also got there new hash brown McMuf and they don't put put the hash brown on the sandwich you have to make it yourself?? And it didn't come with egg on it so I got screwed with making the sandwich with just sausage. Hard part is you can go in so it not worth sitting in line fore 20 min to get a new one made. You would also be cheeper just ordering a combo. And adding the hash brown yourself Always get messed up orders have have problems here do t recommend. read more

Redid parking lot now my handicapped dad has to work long ways to get to resturant what idiot came up with that idea. Never see drive thru lanes busy didnt need two lanes here. Handicapped people have to walk across long parking lot and last winter was really bad. They hired MC lawncare and they hardley ever plowed or salted parking lots Not everyone uses drive thru wake up u idiots put in few handicapped spaces closer to building n hire new company to plow your parking lot. read more

Although the food was good I just say the girl at the counter was extremely rude. I ordered online from an app and one item was a kids hamburger happy meal.. well my son orders a cheeseburger and I didn't see that so I added cheese. I went there with my family while in a road trip and the service was incredibly slow! We went at about 10:15 am to just get coffee and it took them nearly a HALF HOUR to give us the coffee! Not only were they slow, but they also messed up our order. We got the wrong sizes and wrong beverages! Very poor experience. read more
