A classic and the best spot at Geneva on the Lake. Delicious burgers and hotdogs with tons of good toppings. French fries are great. It's such a nostalgic vibe here and I love going on a nice day. Lord of seating inside and out. Nice service - cash only!!

Definitely a step back to mid-century America. Where footlongs, burgers, fries and sodas reign supreme. The line was long but moved fairly swiftly. One item to take note of - is they accept cash only. There isn't any sign mentioning this until you are at the counter. There is both covered and patio dining. The food was good and the root beer great.

The ambiance is cute and fun, the food is mediocre. Burgers were a step above McDonald's and the fries were totally bland. I guess people like this place for the nostalgia.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience at Eddies. You order in front and pick up your food inside. CASH ONLY. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Everything is fairly priced and there is a parking lot across the street if you cannot find on street parking. We ordered the fish sandwich, sloppy joe, 6 inch hot dog and fries. There is a condiment bar inside right after you pick up your food. All of the food was really good and the temperature was great so we enjoyed sitting outside. There are restrooms in the back by the outdoor seating. If you have ever been to Sara's in Erie PA, Eddies is very similar to it. We will definitely be back!

Timeless. The prices may have gone up but it remains the same. Crowded and busy with great food

$6 or so good coney. Fun place!

An institution on the strip! Boom since 1950 Eddie's been banging out the foot long coneys & burgers. Root beer etc etc. now listen I'm late to the party. I grew up in Fairview PA in the 70's and only discovered the strip last year so that is my frame of reference. Cash only. Not expensive. Great dogs, get the foot long chili dog it's better. Add onions from the service bar. Skip the mustard bc who cares. I actually like the burgs better! Blasted in the flat top they gots that old time diner taste to them. Like they served us at lake shore back in the day. Fun place staffed by the teeny boppers. Great food. It's an institution at GOTL get there at once. 5 stars it's great. Thanks eddies something to look fwd to when the sun shines. As of now sat-sun only open. In the summer I'm pretty sure Thur-sun. 5 stars. Go to the beach then GOTL brewery after. GOTL is pouring a new deck as we speak. Ready soon for outdoor day dranks. See u there!

Great place to grab a bite while in Geneva on the Lake. A throw back to old school diners. They have a very simple menu but the good is delicious and the service was good as well. Once you place your order at the counter you are given a number and then wait to be called. All the condiments are over by the pick up area. I had a foot long chili dog. The hot dog was good and the chili was amazing. My only knock was the bun got soggy very fast. My wife had the hamburger and said I'd was fantastic but the fun to meat ration was off. She thought there was too much bun for the size of the burger. My son had the hot dog and ate the whole thing, which he normally doesn't. The fries were fantastic. Overall a great place and we will definitely be back.

We stopped for lunch. Hot dogs were good. Orders of fries are large. Their root beer is very good! Cash only.

And the local wine Recommeneded by our server after we told her what kind of wine my husband usually likes, franc? , was so good. The servers were very kind and efficient even during busy dinner time. We enjoyed this spacing and clean dining room. Thank you for the great experience. The cooks even said "thank you" to us from the kitchen as we walked out. We ate at several places in GOTL: this was the best one.

Our lunch for two, mine a salad and a sausage/ pepper dish, bf's a French onion soup and a side salad, was over $77, over $100 after tip. What shocks me more is my two cups of coffee was charged twice, at $4 each. I only drink one cup of coffee a day. So I always tell a waitress, after one cup regular, just give me decaf afterwards. When I said the same to the waitress here, she told me she will make a pot of decaf for me. However, that night, not only I didn't have a shred of sleepiness, I was fully energized-- stayed up til 7am, ended up finishing a 6-hour coursework. It makes me wonder if my second cup was really decaf. I don't know. In any case, I thought no refill for coffee was outrageous.

The first thing I saw walking through the door was a framed TripAdvisor review that read, "The…read moreworst breakfast I've ever had." Right then I knew I was either about to have the worst breakfast of my life or one of the best stories. Thankfully, it was the latter. To the TripAdvisor reviewer, I only have one question. Did Gordon Ramsay personally cook breakfast for you every morning growing up? Because those are the only expectations that could possibly explain that review. This place is tiny, but that's exactly what makes it special. I felt like a regular before my coffee even had a chance to cool off. The owner, the servers, and even the folks in the kitchen made us feel like we'd been coming here for years. Sitting right next to our table was a plate of fake roaches and a pile of crooked silverware. Between that and all the hilarious signs and decorations covering the walls, I probably spent as much time looking around and laughing as I did eating. Every wall has something worth reading, and it's all part of the experience. The breakfast was fantastic, but honestly, that's not why I'll remember this place. A place that makes you laughh, treats you like family, and makes you feel like you belong before you've finished your first cup of coffee is much harder to find. Breakfast is simple, atmosphere is hard to achieve in today's society. The place has breakfast but delivers on culture and atmosphere. That's what makes it special. To the owners, thank you for proving that customer service isn't dead. You've created one of the most original restaurants I've ever visited. The food was excellent, but the experience is what I'll remember.

Walls are plastered with funny sayings and the staff adds to the irreverent vibe by yelling out loud "if you're eating, hurry up and if you're done, get the hell out of here" when it's busy and people are waiting for a table. The food is as good as any greasy diner. Basic breakfast is filling and reasonably priced. Plastic silver ware and paper plates make it easy clean up for the staff. Just be sure you check your coffee cup for chips. I don't like drinking from a chipped cup or glass and it may actually be illegal to serve beverages in those. The waitress was nice and took mine back and brought me one without chips. Although I don't think the management cares to replace them. Coffee is serve yourself from a carafe on the table as is the water from a pitcher.

People already eating and drinking. Deceivingly large. Walk in and bar is to your right. To the left are tables and such. We went to the bar. The bar had a good amount of people. We ended up close to the windows on the other side. It was fine. Bartender came right over. They have a good selection of alcohol. Flavored vodka's. I got salted Carmel with coke. Delish! Kathy got cucumber vodka and sprite. Very refreshing. We got menus and asked bartender to recommend some items. He said wings good, burgers good, chicken and waffles and Mac and cheese. Funny we didn't get any of those. Kathy got the brisket dinner. I got the rueben with a salad. Both good. And prices were good too. They came out in about 10 mins. Salad was good. The Rueben was hot . I ate half. Good amount of corned beef not too skimpy. Kathy's. Brisket looked amazing. And it was good. Brisket tender with side of baked potato and broccoli.
