Jalapeño poppers. Very tasty.
Jeff W.

I travel for a living and was looking for a mom and pop shop. I stumbled upon the wagon wheel and bar. I was there on a Tuesday night so it was wing night. I ordered their 20 boneless wings with the habanoro and bacon jam. It was very delicious. A little sweet and smokey with a little kick, highly recommend. The owner is who served me and took care of me. He is a young entrepreneur trying to make a living. He was very kind and friendly. Will definitely be back in my future visits to eat again.

Great burger but highly disappointed when they wanted to charge me 3% fee to use my debit card. That will keep me away

The 521 tavern is basically a neighborhood bar, everyone here seems to know everyone else (except…read moreme). I was made to feel welcome both days that I've eaten here. The music is my style (old rock) some may consider it a bit loud, but that's just people having fun. I ordered the filet today, it was heavenly. I have had easily a couple hundred fillets, this one was probably in the top eight. It was super tender, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was the perfect touch. Needless to say the 528 tavern is a great place to have a great meal and a beer.

The service was top-notch despite that! The bar tender fella on the patio was especially nice and super attentive despite being totally slammed on a Thursday night! We got the fried mushrooms appetizer with homemade ranch. It was excellent! Very crisp and tasty! The salad was good. The pizza with onion and basil was nicely made. Thin and crispy. And the Cowboy dinner with a 20 oz bone-in ribeye was perfect! It came with a baked potato and side salad. It made a few patrons at the outdoor bar jealous! We sat outside on the patio before sunset. Everyone seemed to be having a good time there. I highly recommend visiting this pub if you're looking for a casual atmosphere. The food was great, and the drinks were affordable.

The first thing I saw walking through the door was a framed TripAdvisor review that read, "The…read moreworst breakfast I've ever had." Right then I knew I was either about to have the worst breakfast of my life or one of the best stories. Thankfully, it was the latter. To the TripAdvisor reviewer, I only have one question. Did Gordon Ramsay personally cook breakfast for you every morning growing up? Because those are the only expectations that could possibly explain that review. This place is tiny, but that's exactly what makes it special. I felt like a regular before my coffee even had a chance to cool off. The owner, the servers, and even the folks in the kitchen made us feel like we'd been coming here for years. Sitting right next to our table was a plate of fake roaches and a pile of crooked silverware. Between that and all the hilarious signs and decorations covering the walls, I probably spent as much time looking around and laughing as I did eating. Every wall has something worth reading, and it's all part of the experience. The breakfast was fantastic, but honestly, that's not why I'll remember this place. A place that makes you laughh, treats you like family, and makes you feel like you belong before you've finished your first cup of coffee is much harder to find. Breakfast is simple, atmosphere is hard to achieve in today's society. The place has breakfast but delivers on culture and atmosphere. That's what makes it special. To the owners, thank you for proving that customer service isn't dead. You've created one of the most original restaurants I've ever visited. The food was excellent, but the experience is what I'll remember.

A fun and funky place for breakfast. It's small and you might share a table with other patrons but…read morethat's part of the ambience. Walls are plastered with funny sayings and the staff adds to the irreverent vibe by yelling out loud "if you're eating, hurry up and if you're done, get the hell out of here" when it's busy and people are waiting for a table. The food is as good as any greasy diner. Basic breakfast is filling and reasonably priced. Plastic silver ware and paper plates make it easy clean up for the staff. Just be sure you check your coffee cup for chips. I don't like drinking from a chipped cup or glass and it may actually be illegal to serve beverages in those. The waitress was nice and took mine back and brought me one without chips. Although I don't think the management cares to replace them. Coffee is serve yourself from a carafe on the table as is the water from a pitcher.

Jess the hot mess is the best waitress. 10/10 would come back again…read more Seriously, the service was great. I asked for and received her approval to post the comment above. Anyway, Best Friends is like Bob Evans, Eat 'n Park, Friendly's, Perkins, etc... But with a more homemade-style food. We ordered hot beef with fries & gravy (which came with green beans) and a Rueben. To start, we also added the salad bar, which was excellent. Along with standard salad bar options, there was also cole slaw, pasta salad, and homemade potato salad. The slaw was delicious and the potato salad even better. Soup came with our meals. We chose one each of the two options available, chicken noodle and stuffed pepper. The soups were average, but still good. The Rueben was phenomenal. Fresh corned beef was the star of the sandwich and I would highly recommend it. The hot beef was just okay and I would order something else next time, but that didn't stop me from eating almost all of it. With the addition of the green beans, it made for quite a meal. A slice of Reese's pie topped off the meal and it was as sweet as one would expect. Definitely a perfect end to a good meal. If you like homemade food at reasonable prices, this is the place for you. There are other, more upscale places nearby if you're stopping off of I-90. Definitely give Best Friends a try, though.

She went over the buffet options, sea food options and menu. A variety of items to choose from including a children's menu. The food is very bland and does not have much seasoning. I started with the sweet potato fries which were good. Along with some chicken noodle soup. Pasta was my main entree which was a large portion size. My party all ordered sea food platters which they enjoyed but thought was bland. They too felt the portion sizes were reasonable. Definitely a priced reasonable with lots of good just not the most flavorful food. The severs were very nice. All employees were working so hard and very attentive.
