They do have food in there standard bar Fair but what really gets me is the price of the drinks. I had two Coors lights and one bullet bourbon on the rocks and my bill was $10. That coupled with I took over the jukebox and played all the music I wanted to hear that I didn't have to talk to anybody or make any small talk. The place is dark a little run down but otherwise I really enjoy going there. The bartender is as nice as could be. She will put whatever you want to watch on the TV. I finished the entire meal in one sitting. The beer is mostly domestic, with a couple of popular crafts on tap. I had the Goose Island 312 IPA and Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale. Both were solid, but I would have liked some more local options. My main bartender had a technique of getting another drink about halfway through my current glass, so I always had something on deck. Both bartenders dressed well, behaved professionally, and were attentive. The environment is clean and relaxed, with a stage big enough to accommodate a four-piece band. I came to see Grunge DNA, an alternative rock cover band, and they sounded good in the space. The music was not overpowering, but loud enough to feel like a rock concert. There is also a touchtunes jukebox when live music is not scheduled. The clientele were mostly middle-age plus, except for the bartenders. I did not see any rowdy behavior. Some customers were dancing to the music, and had good knowledge of 90s rock. I had a good time, and would go back to see another band.

The Selling point bar and grill, is the staff, and the food that they serve. The placeis well kept, and they keep their kitchen clean as well. It would pass any inspection it would pass anything. even as I am about to post this Yelp, the owner is making improvements constantly. Diamondback also honors their veterans they have we support our veterans flag, and an m i p o w flag as well. But due to the improvements they're making to this place they don't have them posted at this time. And during the summer this place is packed, I highly recommend coming here in the summer. They're always holding fundraisers I would highly recommend looking at their website as well. The bartender immediately apologized, was very polite, and replaced it with the correct wine. Mistakes happen, and we appreciated how friendly and apologetic she was. Unfortunately, what happened afterward completely changed our impression. While we were sitting at the bar enjoying our cocktails and dinner, the incorrect glass of wine sat on the bar top for about 30 minutes. We even joked that someone was going to knock it over because it had been sitting there so long. Later, we watched a waitress ask the bartender for a glass of that same wine for another customer. To our surprise, the bartender said that she had poured that glass by mistake and had planned to drink it herself, then told the waitress to take that same glass and serve it to the customer. We were honestly speechless. Regardless of whether the wine had been touched, it had been sitting uncovered on the bar for approximately 30 minutes before being served to a paying customer. Watching that happen made us very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food and beverage handling practices. We understand that mistakes happen--that wasn't the issue. It's how the situation was handled afterward that left us disappointed. We hope management takes this feedback seriously because this isn't the level of service or food safety that customers should expect.
