I thought it was really cool that they had drinks available for purchase. Who doesn't love a slushy, with alcohol, on a warm summer day. We were greeted immediately by the bar tender who was running the whole show herself! We had beers in front of us almost instantly. They have a bunch of stuff on the menu, even breakfast on the weekends but we were here for one thing and one thing only. Smash burgers! Let's get into it: the patties are a proprietary blend of chuck, short rib, and brisket. Locally sourced! Cooked/smashed perfectly, full of flavor. The edges were crispy and fried while the insides were full of juice! The onions were sliced so thin and cooked so perfectly and absorbed the meat juice so well you might not even notice they're in there if you aren't looking for them the bun is potato, which for all my real burgerheads out there, is the best bun for smash burgers. Perfect bread to meat ratio, and the flavor matches excellently with the burger juices it absorbs. The fries were fresh and battered nicely, but I couldn't finish all of them after devouring the burger. She did a good job being timely with everything. But, it was odd that she often did not listen to an entire request (or maybe just couldn't hear) before walking away. There were a couple of requests for simple standard items that she wasn't even sure they had. I just found it odd. The food however was excellent. The kitchen staff did an exemplary job all night. I had a marvelous cocktail from the well stocked bar. And my double cut pork chop was fantastic. So full of flavor, juicy, cooked exactly as I requested. All I said was this I wasn't comfortable with someone touching me and then he proceeded to yell at me saying that me saying "don't touch me" is "accusing him of sexual assault" and that's "disrespectful to men".
