My wife and I decided to try the pub, so the three of us went for lunch. My dog was in a down stay under the table when our waitress greeted us and gave us menus. She then went into the kitchen. When she came out she, embarrassingly, told us that my dog was not welcomed there. I told her that is a service dog that helps me with my PTSD. The waitress went back into the kitchen, then returned telling me the owner didn't care, and that the dog had to leave. I left and went home and filed complaints with both the US Department of Justice, and the Americans with Disabilities organization. I'm getting ready to call them both and see where we are at. Once charges are filed against them, I'll do a follow up and let everyone know. This business tries to act like it is veteran friendly, but this owner proved the she is not.

I would imagine it's customary for the bartender to come over and ask what you want. Especially since there were only maybe five customers at the bar. It was a little embarrassing because I brought my brother for his first time. After waiting her out and figuring she wasn't going to come over, I got up and ordered our drinks and asked for a menu. She said the drive-through was closed. I didn't know what that meant. Apparently the "kitchen" was is closed. At 7 PM on a Saturday night. Wing night? $$$$ Oh well.
