Overall pretty tasty, but this one in Ashtabula is hit or miss. I've had burnt chips, missing items in burritos, sour cream that was literally liquified, and chunks of lettuce inside a quesadilla. There are a few people behind the counter that are just not happy to be there. I went by yesterday and the place was a mess inside. There was all kinds of food and chips on the floor, the young kids behind the counter chitchatting and on their phone. You always have to ask for a little more because they give you less than what you're expecting. read more

Food is tasty, they fill the bowl with a lot of rice intentionally. Some of the toppings looked dry when I ordered so I tried to pick the fresh ones. The 3 fruit drinks were nice but very sweet. Had to give this a try. Line was a little long when we got there but went fast. It's set up like a subway, lots of staff working. Very attentive. Girls behind the counter were nice and smiley. Knowledge about their product. I got a salad, was more than filling. I got the chicken was a little dry but not overly. Fresh ingredients. What I did not like was all the tables were dirty. Floors had food scattered. I understand you want to fill everyone's prefer in a timely manner and that you did. You need to get someone out there in the dining room to clean. Also, you have one area to toss your garbage it's divided by 3 bins? Why not try to recycle some of the rubbish? Just an idea. Overall, not bad. Gave 3 stars due to uncleanliness. read more

So tonight I ordered two salads from chipotle. Not terribly complicated except for one thing, they had no salad dressing. Now if you have salads at chipotle, the only thing that is the most redeeming aspect of the salad is the actual dressing. So why put it on the menu and make a salad or a dick handed to a takeout customer and let them know I said are on the way out the door by the way the salad doesn't have all of the ingredients that you ordered?
