Calzone and cinnamon sticks were amazing!! Mozzarella sticks and chicken parm were good. Chicken was a little dry and menu said it came with 2 different cheeses but I only saw 1 kind. I like more sauce personally as well but sauce was very good. We did win free garlic balls and went back the next day and they were very good too! $17 for the sampler is a bit over priced, especially for the "tenders" are the size of a chicken nugget. Smokey Bacon Ranch wing sauce is good but is definitely spicy. Like definitely not in the description. Wow. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't like spice. My fiancé wasn't a fan because of the heat. They forgot a sandwich with our order so the rest of our food was cold by the time we got it so we could eat as family. Burger hardly seasoned and real dry. We have been customers of Capps for years! Love the veggie pizza and chicken Caesar salad. However tonight the salad was terrible with shredded lettuce...not even sure it was romaine, and the chicken portions seem to be getting smaller and it costs so much more! I understand that now the economy is not at its best, but feel that Capps could do better especially with the price increase. Ordered a burger, pizza, mozzarella sticks, pepperoni balls and rigatoni dinner. The burger is no longer handmade- it was some pre packaged bs that tasted like trash. They use to have such great burgers- what happened? The pizza was decent. My kid loved the mozzarella sticks and pepperoni balls. The rigatoni with meatballs was OK. In from out of town, I actually had a burger here. I was pleasantly surprised at the size/value. It tasted like a burger, perhaps, only slightly more done than I prefer, I wish I could try it again. The bun was above average....normally buns fall apart or get soggy especially when they are 'take out'. The place appeared to be doing brisk delivery business on a weekday. Best food ever. This place stands out against all typical pizza places. First the menu there is huge there is so much to choose from on the menu the wings are great with lots of sauce options that have ribs which are mouth watering. I personally love the calizone there big with lots of different toppings to choose from I get mine with the white butter sauce inside with a side of marinara. There are lots of appetizers to choose from but my favorite happen to be the garlic balls. I ordered a veggie calzone and added chicken. Capps was sure to up charge me 30% more for the extra item but neglected to add the chicken. Also, the calzone was poorly made and falling apart. Really not worth the money! I can't see myself going back and don't recommend Capps to anyone. There are plenty other places to go. read more

We were driving through and stopped for pizza. We ended up ordering a small cheese pizza, chicken club sandwich and an antipasto salad. Everything was excellent but we especially liked the sandwich.. crispy fried chicken on a fresh roll with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo.!it was delicious and the fries were really good too. Sep 15, 2014. Let me say this. If you are in the area of austinburg, you need to make a stop here. I was a little nervous because the building looked run down and there was no reviews, but I am a firm believer of don't judge a book by its cover, so I stopped there. Bought a medium pizza with pep/grn peppers. Not a bad price, with a salad and drink. It was amazing, had it for dinner two days in a row. Although it will be another 2 years before I make it back, I only hope they are still here, because I will be stopping there and eating again. read more

This has got to be the worst group of hillbillies I have ever ordered from. Repeatedly they can not deliver to the correct address or on time. Their pizza has gone from decent to absolute crap. You are better off keeping a few Stouffer's French bread pizzas in your freezer rather than taking the risk of catching a disease from this grotesque filth ridden establishment. This owner should close the doors as they clearly don't care about taste quality or service. I've only given one star as there was no option for a zero. Very expensive for sandwiches, usually decent but one wrap with a few steak fries they come with sandwiches, will put you back more than ten bucks if you have it delivered 3 sandwiches for lunch cost around thirty-five bucks. I would rather have a better dinner for that price! read more

It's an ok pizza place. I think prices are high. They have risen steadily and we aren't talking nickle and dimes. They deliver so get a lot of business from the hotels in the area. The pizza is average but they have good burgers. I order once in a while but don't get delivery because it takes at least an hour usually. I had a niece that worked there a while ago and found out that when you leave a tip at the counter the owner doesn't give it to the employees, he keeps it. When I leave a tip I expect it to go to the employees that make minimum wage and not to be stolen by a greedy owner. Usually owners have to worry about employee theft but at Capps its the other way around. Decent food but shady owner. read more

They have great burgers and average pizza but delivery takes forever and was cold. I had a relative that worked there and she said the owner keeps all the customer tips for himself. I tip the kitchen workers because I know they make hardly anything, then I find out the owner keeps that money. The food is good but I won't buy from them again unless it ends up with a new owner someday. I feel like my tip money was stolen and the owner is a crook. If I get the urge to eat Capps, I will drive to one of the other locations and unfortunately not leave a tip. read more
