This place has a lot of ups and downs. The food is incredible, but there is ZERO ambiance because it's designed as a takeout and there's zero parking because of it. Service is incredibly slow but I have never had an issue with attitude, only that it seems like they don't know what they're doing at times. Then again, their wings are so good even if I was mistreated I'd probably come back. Definitely pricey though! read more

Best wings we have had in months!! I don't know who is cooking or who is managing but you get a big round of applause from us tonight... Wings were hot, large and seasoned to perfection. I placed and paid for an order online for the Geneva location. When I went to pick it up, the location was closed. The Ashtabula location said they couldn't fill the order, and I would get a refund on Tuesday. It's Wednesday, and I haven't gotten a refund. I know it's only 2 days, but I shouldn't have to fight to get back my money- they took a payment for a closed location! The website needs to be fixed so people aren't ordering and paying for food on days they're closed! read more

The food is good, but it isn't worth the abuse by the staff. They try to overcharge people if the aren't paying attention, if they mess up your order they call you a liar and won't fix it. They were horrible to my militarily disabled son. Head on over to JDs. Their pizza is better anyway read more

Owner is a jerk!!!!! Does not even try to be helpful or convenient to costumers. Blames the customer for his mistakes. My order was incorrect- missing several items. When I went back for my items I asked a simple request and the owner blew up and yelled at me. In turn, I yelled back. My sister came in to try to diffuse the situation and he yelled at her as well. Excellent way to treat paying customers. This guy would not even admit he made a mistake or try to rectify the situation. Way to run a business- such a dirtbag. read more

Placed a $43.80 order didn't get the wings at all got a small sub wrong salad and was told if I wanted a refund I had to bring the food back myself or I could just live with it I'll never order from them again , not to mention the golden french dressing and steak salad they sent (I ordered a garden salad italian dressing)was mostly onions and green peppers , and for the attitude I got someone needs to contact the owner and tell him how his employees are treating their customers I'm contacting the BBB today to see about getting my money back , ripping people off and sending the wrong food is unexceptable and if I pay for delivery that includes the return trip to make my order right next time I'd rather call Domino's read more

We order from them at least a couple times a month. The food is good, the boot sub and honey mustard wings are my favorite. We have enjoyed the mild wings. They have coupons on the menu and daily specials. I use the small pepperoni pizza for $4.59 with a $5.00 order often. And you don't actually need the coupon, it's on the menu so they don't even take it when they deliver. We always get delivery because they are the only place in Ashtabula that delivers to us and will take a credit card over the phone. Very convenient for busy people. read more

The pizza was just okay. It had a sweetness to it that I'm not quite fond of. We tried The Boot sub as someone had recommended it, but it was lackluster, as well. The Hot Ranch wings, however, were on point!! read more

I ordered a 9 inch pizza and 15 wings for 23$. Sure I thought the price was high but people told me good things about this place. The first time I call I am greeted by an employee who clearly doesn't want to be there and has attitude in their voice. I ignored this first red flag and just tried to be as cordial as I could on my end. An hour and fifteen minutes after ordering I call to ask about my order and I am greeted by another employee, this time a guy, but same shortness and attitude as if it is somehow my fault for calling to check on my order that I placed an HOUR AND A HALF AGO.... As I write this my food still has not been delivered an hour and forty five minutes in.... I know it's not the delivery driver's fault but there will be ZERO tip and I am going to send him back with the message that they will NEVER receive my business again... This is absolutely unacceptable and the fact that these people had attitude with me throughout the process made it unforgivable. I would rather make my own Pizza and Wings from scratch than ever deal with these jokers again. read more

I thought I'd try this place yesterday. I walked inside. The place looked dirty. There was dough sitting in racks out in the open where customers walk by. My friend and I ordered Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and took them back to the job site. Upon opening the sandwiches, they smelled bad. There was so much grease oozing out that it ran off your hands while eating it. About 3/4's through the sandwich I had to run to the bathroom. I couldn't leave the toilet the whole day. I got home and puked. I was in a cold chill and my whole body ached all night long. I can't remember ever feeling that bad before. I'm NEVER going back there. What a horrible experience! read more

Even though I primarily live in Canton, OH now, this place is still the best! Back in the 90s and early 2000s, this place was called Culinary Wizards. Outside of my mother's homemade chicken wings, this place has the best wings I have ever tasted. I typically get the medium flavored wings, but you can't go wrong with the garlic, hot, cajun, or any of the other flavors they have. The prices have gone up steadily over the years but that is just because of inflation and the costs of gas, etc. The pizza is delicious as well.. My fiance loves the pizza, as do I. They have many more things to offer on their menu, and everything I've tried has been great. Everything from tacos, salads, ribs, subs, spaghetti, etc. Its all delicious. I suggest everyone in Ashtabula or around the area to stop by this place. They offer delivery and carryout. The wings and pizza can't be touched! read more
