Came here on a Sunday traveling through town. Very crowded and obviously popular. Waited 20ish minutes for a table. Overall a good experience. Food was delicious. My children and I came in around 7:35 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet we still did not receive our drinks until around 8:10 PM, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait--especially with kids. When the food finally came out, my daughter's chicken strips were cold. My son ordered the salad bar, but when he went up there were no plates available, so he had to stand there and wait again just to be able to get food. Between the extremely slow service, cold food, and the salad bar not being stocked properly, the entire experience was very frustrating. Since the restaurant wasn't busy, it makes the lack of service and organization even more concerning. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the service and attention to basic details read more

Went there for breakfast Sunday morning and I was taken by surprise. The restaurant had been renovated and it was warm and inviting. The staff were a great bunch of people. Everyone was friendly. I had the eggs Benedict and home fries. The food was delicious. I recommend Beckers. I went back Tuesday night for their Taco Bar. The food was fresh and delicious. Our entire adult party thoroughly enjoyed the Taco Tuesday bar with salad bar. The food was delicious and very filling. The staff is beyond excellent. Our server was Yvette, and she was fabulous. However, she's only part of the great service. Our table of 4 adults and 1 child had 7 employees check on us and make sure we were ok. You might think that that many check in would feel intrusive and interruptive of our meal, but it definitely wasn't. They were so friendly and caring, we felt like family, even though this was our very first visit. The restaurant is spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded, even when tables were filled next to us. Can't wait to visit again, and may be on this vacation before we head home! read more

It's a difficult review to write. How on earth can you present a nice looking, but flat, pancake, but have raw centers. So disappointed after a 20-30 minute wait. Our server was delightful, so apologetic about it. The eggs Benedict was good (according to my friend) but not enough to make us even think about returning. AND the bill was for the full meal. we were seated at our table at 5:20pm. At 6:20pm we still had not gotten any food. I watched four tables around us that were seated around us got their food ten minutes after being seated. The couple seated next to us asked if we were ever going to get our food. At 6:30 we paid for our drinks and left without getting our food. I thought it was pretty good restaurant! A bit disappointed for the price of Becky's Healthy bowl and the amount of egg whites was light and there was yolk in the eggs. The avocado we ordered on the side wasn't fresh either. I did love the crunchy potato pieces though! We ordered grits on the side and the portion was very small for the price, only a little more than half the cup.Our son got his favorite spinach artichoke Benedict, he's the one that loves this dish! Our young boy had scrambled egg, pancakes and sausage links- he loved all of this! Our waitress was very nice, happy and attentive! Becker's is better than Perkins ever Was. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable and food or which I had the Sunday breakfast buffet and my wife had the pancakes , eggs and hasbrowns, was excellant , best in my experience in 5 counties.the quiche was yummy and the scrambleed eggs were divine, the the sausage gravy which is hard to come off properly tasted homemade. The sausage gravy and biscuits tasted freezer burnt. The food is below mediocre, not tasty, I'd imagine microwaved, and definitely way overpriced. I do not recommend. Perkins was far better than what replaced them. Marc obviously never eats out. read more

So I was going to make this a one star review but then I got refunded for my meal but still I think that I need to post so that other people know of my experience and draw their own conclusions. It's the same staff that was in charge and ran Perkins and they're great people but the food quality has gone down a LOT. The Chicken Alfredo I ordered tasted like the chicken had been spoiled or frozen and thawed multiple times. I have been sick all day after eating it. As I'm writing this review, it's been about 5 hours. The broccoli and tomatoes were mushy as if they were microwaved. The pasta was cooked well but the sauce was sort of flavorless. Perkins was my grandparents favorite restaurant when I was growing up. read more

We went to Becker's on Father's Day. The place was mobbed but service was fairly fast and the food was good. It is not as reasonable as some of the family owned small businesses in this area but I would recommend it.
