I just wanted to stop in and say Subito has become a core memory in my relationship. It was where we had our first day and celebrated our one year anniversary. Every time we go, the staff is so nice and I wanted to share how on our one year anniversary they gave us complementary chocolate covered strawberries and champagne as a gift. Every time we go, there's great music and the vibes are low-key. It's very personable. I just wish they had a bigger menu selection. My favorite thing to eat from there is their lobster bisque.

What a fantastic place for a date! The vibe was amazing, and the food was even better. My husband and I shared the pumpkin swordfish special and the flavors were wonderful. Dessert was a berry cannoli and s'mores inspired mousse. I also recommend taking in the rooftop bar on the 6th floor for spectacular views of our beautiful Queen City!

The vibe of the restaurant is elevated and classy. The area we were dining in was private, calm, and intimate. The Burrata Al Tartufo was decent but probably wouldn't order it again. The Ravioli Doppio was a tasty. I was a huge fan of the lemon ricotta. There were parts of the ravioli that felt super doughy with no filling. That being said, the parts that had filling was incredible. The lamb was tender, juicy, and the pesto was unique and delicious. The service was on the slower side so make sure you have adequate time to enjoy your meal.

The food was amazing had oysters and crab, as well as fettuccine, and halibut. Great rooftop bar with dirty martinis. After dinner espresso martini, which is one of the best in the country. They treated us special for our engagement dinner. We are going back for wedding night!

Excellent, excellent experience at Subito. I wasn't sure what to get but I asked my waiter for a recommendation and he was very thorough describing all the dishes and truly went above and beyond. I wish I remembered his name. He really sold me on the Saltimbocca so I went with that. This dish is one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The chicken was juicy, and the sauce I could drink. It took everything in me not to lick the plate clean. I will be thinking about this dish for a long time and can't wait to get it again. Also I was sitting in the back room that had a great view of the city. I wish I had pictures to show. The ambiance was amazing and they had live music which was also phenomenal. It was the perfect date night.

Everything was amazing. The atmosphere, the service and the food were all very good. We had pasta dishes and the halibut. All very tasty. Our waitress helped me pick a cocktail and it was fabulous. I had the salad with blackberries in it and is was so good. Very light but super flavorful.

Been wanting to try this place, but wasn't thrilled. The service was friendly and the ambiance was nice, but the food was hit or miss. We went for restaurant week to try the whole experience. I liked my caprese salad, but his Caesar salad was just okay. He was not a fan of his lobster pasta, and I thought my Chicken Saltimbocca was just okay. The dessert was pretty basic, but not bad. Especially for the price, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. There are several better Italian options in the area at similar or better price points.

    Shrimp linguine entree for $31

Wonderful ambiance and good selection of food! I tried Subito for a quick bite after a long flight from a business trip. Overall, I felt the food and experience were quite good. Located within a hotel lobby, this restaurant offers Italian cuisine like pizza, pasta, salad, fish/meat entree. There are nice table services in the dining room, and a more casual bar area with big screen TV with sports. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me warmly, and I was offered a nice table. The server was very helpful and brought over complimentary bread/butter/olive oil. For the entree, I picked the shrimp linguine for $31. It was in a semi spicy pesto sauce with generous servings of shrimp. It was delicious, and the portion was just right. The ambiance of the restaurant felt semi formal. There were couples coming in for their anniversaries and business dinner being conducted in another dining room. The service was a bit slow, but my server was very friendly and helpful. Great place for a quiet sit-down meal with good selections of entrees.

Decided to try this place during Restaurant Week and the prie fixe menu did not disappoint. The service was incredible, though I did get a little slower as the restaurant got busier, which is to be expected. The bread service was delicious. Definitely ask for this along with the accompanying oil. The restaurant week cocktail was perfectly balanced and tart as well as sweet. I enjoyed the lobster ravioli and hope they decide to add this to the regular menu as I will return for it. Dessert was a delight. The weather was a little rainy, which didn't allow for outdoor seating, but I would enjoy doing that in the future.

my experience with subito was incredibly disappointing. i had a reservation a month in advance for their weekend tea service. the place was pretty empty but still took us about 15 minutes to be served. as far as their tea service goes, the tea leaves were absolutely burnt, and then the tray they bring was very lack luster with what appeared to be macarons, chocolate, pretzels, and biscotti right from the box, i don't think there was much that was actually made on the tray. the tea sandwich bread was very dry and it felt a bit gimmicky, especially for a 50 dollar per person service. our server was incredibly sweet and kind but i think that this experience is solely for the ambiance of the hotel alone. i hope subito's regular meal services are more tasteful than this one.

We had better service here than most "normal" sit down restaurants. And the food...not one item we have tried was bad, the vast majority have been the best in their category. Best mozzarella sticks: it's obvious it's a higher quality mozz than whatever everyone else uses. Crispy perfection! Best GF/cauliflower pizza: lots of toppings to choose from (though somehow chicken isn't an option on DD) and again, from the mushrooms to the sauce, you can taste the difference. They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. This has been the ONLY cannoli in the greater Cincy area that is worth consuming, IMO. All in all, we would dine in at Il Gusto constantly, if we lived closer. Glad they're on DoorDash though! It was honestly so delicious, and oddly enough was even better reheated the next day! (Reheated great in a toaster oven) It also came out quicker than I expected. (With it being Chicago deep dish, I was prepared to wait!) We also got their appetizer sampler. The items were good, but the pizza balls definitely stood out! The dough was so fantastic and clearly homemade. It was perfectly buttery and flaky, yet firm structural. The sauce was also delicious. A must: pairing everythingggg with their house made ranch. My brother got a steak hoagie and was pretty disappointed when a small sandwich with a meat patty and a side of potato chips is what came out. It just didn't match the caliber of the pizza at all. We also got to Italian sub style hoagies, and those were both small and underwhelming as well. The dining room had a bit of a disheveled feel but I couldn't quite put my finger on what was off. The servers were attentive and kind. We parked at the Levee and walked over. Overall synopsis: I actually can't wait to get pizza here again!!!

The restaurant was clean and comfortable. They have outside seating, which could be nice in the right weather, though the area is just feet from the main drag. Our server was fine. I have no real recollection of them. We ordered a deep dish, looking to find a pizza as good as Zachary's in California. Bourbon House Pizza is not as good as Zachary's, but it is the best deep dish pizza we've tried in the Cincinnati area since we've been back in Cincinnati since 2021. We made our own pizza in an attempt to match our favorite - spinach and mushrooms. It was good. I enjoyed the sauce on top. Under the sauce, the cheese was very thick making the overall taste of the pizza very cheesy. We had a similarly cheese deep dish in Chicago. Our pizza at Bourbon House was better. I will say the crust is thick. I would have eaten the crust if there had only been two pieces per person. Since I was faced with potentially eating four pieces, I opted to skip the crust. One of our group asked if she could order from the kid's menu. The server had no issue with the request. Oddly enough, her meal was huge! We were all surprised it was a kid's meal. Our fourth ordered a small pizza. It looked like it had pineapple on it. I didn't ask how it was, but he ate every bite. It must have been a small and it was the perfect single serving size. Oh... we ordered a medium deep dish. It was eight pieces and was too much for two people. Because we were going to a show after dinner, we didn't box up the leftover two pieces. This size pizza would be great for four people to share. We will continue to look for great deep dish pizza, but we definitely found a good one at Bourbon House Pizza.
