This place was awesome!!! The kids loved watching them make the ice cream. Best part, if you don't see what you're craving as long as you can describe it, they can make it. The employees are really helpful and can suggest different fun options. My kids favorite part were the Dragon Breath cereal balls, they made videos and joked around. Kids had a blast with it. Highly recommend if your kids are bored and want a treat, worth the 20 min drive for us. We will definitely be back with friends, it's too good not to share.

Woohoo! Simi Valley has a Sub Zero Creamery now in town. I have had tried a handful of times at various events and was always impressed. Not only for the taste but also the presentation. They transform liquid cream into a frozen treat with the use of liquid nitrogen. All ages seem to enjoy the foggy show! There are vegan and soy options. As well as, drinks and smoothies to go with. Fun place for a quick treat!

This is a place my daughter loves, and approximately two years ago, it just disappeared. We thought it was gone forever from their first location, which was very close to our home. When my daughter would visit us, she would occasionally get her "fix" of liquid nitrogen ice cream. (Sounds awful, but trust me, it is not.) In any event, little did we know that Sub Zero moved. They did not close forever like we thought. They didn't move to their new location right away, so it was easy to think they were gone forever. Now they have a new home on Cochran Street, which is still relatively close to us. To be honest, my daughter loves this place so much, she'd drive anywhere to get it. She gets some chocolate/peanut butter/Oreo combination, and it is divine. That said, I've been trying not to get it because I don't need to add any sweet temptations to my list. I already have enough places that I struggle with, L O L, but this place really is good for a nice, cold, ice cream treat... and it's really fun to watch them make it too.

Staff was super friendly & ice cream was great! We had the Dubai Chocolate & the Eggnog de Leche. Both were delicious & we loved the Christmas decorations!

Not sure if it's ice cream or madd science. I know it's a super unique and fun way of making you some sweet treats. They have almost anything your taste buds may be craving and do it with your choice of several bases. Watching them create your ice cream looks like an old sci fi film on a Saturday night film festival. Great service and a very fun atmosphere.

Found this place on Google. So much fun watching them make our ice cream. Morgan and Marie were super sweet and friendly. They made us two delicious ice creams. Biscoff ice cream and the chocolate conduction are awesome. Definitely recommend and worth visiting.

This was my first time here and the staff and I believe owner were really kind. I got the iced tiramisu latte which was delicious and sweet and my boyfriend got a large ice cream with blackberry/cotton candy with raspberries which was also really good.

I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, which they offered to toast for me. The food came out pretty quickly and the person taking my order was pretty patient with me taking my time to look at their menu. The ambiance was nice too - it seems like a cozy enough place for people to hang out and I even saw someone working on their laptop for awhile. I will say the foods looked good but seemed a little pricey for the service size, so I avoided ordering anything else this time. Might check them out in the future.

The latte was strong and not too sweet. The blueberry syrup they used didn't mix well with the drink and I had clumps of it in the bottom, no matter how hard I stirred it. This meant that some sips had no blueberry flavor and others too much. My brother got the Hibiscus Desert Rose Iced Tea. It was good but not necessarily anything special. Also, the cream/milk they added to it kept separating. The biggest thing for me was the price. It was around $25 for both of our drinks which is very expensive. If the drinks were incredible then I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it, but I don't think they are worth the price.

I honestly don't know why I waited so long because wow everything was delicious. The flavors were bold, rich, and absolutely delightful. I ordered the Popeye, a fresh-baked puff pastry with egg, bacon, spinach, and Parmesan cheese, along with the Caprese Danish, which was my absolute favorite! It reminded me of a margherita pizza, and I will definitely be ordering it again. For my drink, I got the Iced Chocolate Blend, and the little girl in me was screaming with excitement it was so rich and delicious, almost like a lightly thick chocolate malt. It definitely did not disappoint! The restaurant itself is super cute, with both indoor and outdoor seating available and awesome music playing throughout the café, which creates such a fun and lively atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked hard to keep up with the morning crowd, all while greeting everyone with a smile. One suggestion: Le Harisson should showcase their drinks more because the Iced Chocolate Blend deserves way more attention. Highly recommend! They also have a great variety Matcha and Japanese Teas MUST TRY!

I'm not sure if someone called out that day, or if it was something else entirely. My party did their best to lighten the interaction. She continued to express that anger throughout. There was no greeting or welcome. She assisted us, but with visible reluctance. I tried to order a sandwich listed on the specials board near the pastry case, only to be told it was only available Monday through Thursday. I'm not sure why a specials board would list items that are only offered during the week. On a positive note, a gentleman on staff was kind and genuinely helpful. His service made a real difference. Plus the customers are very friendly. As for the pastries, I appreciate the concept of blending French and Japanese techniques. It's an approach I often explore in my own pastry and confectionery work. It is a perfect match! As a small business owner myself, I would never treat a guest the way we were treated. I would not allow my staff to behave this way either. I understand everyone has an off day. Still, it's important to remain professional with guests regardless. I would have been willing to try this place again if it she hadn't seemed so bothered by us ordering three pastries, a black coffee and tea. Like I said, maybe it was an off day but you can still be cordial and professional.

Most places serve it in a paper cup where the espresso and gelato just blend into a mushy mess. Not here. Carrara's presents it beautifully on a stone tray, with a proper espresso cup and a transparent glass so you can actually see the layers of gelato and espresso.
