After 6 visits I think I can say this is the best boba shop in Simi Valley! Since everyone has different tastes I want to make my preferences apparent in the details. Here are their strongest offerings I've liked so far: Boba texture: leans on the soft chewy side but no sweetness is apparent in stronger drinks (tea/coffee forward) it's good Pistachio Smoothie: rich and creamy and the pistachio bits are a nice salty and crunchy element. I drink this way too fast... Wintermelon Milk Tea: smooth, rich in flavor that leans heavily towards barley, and a subtle sweetness that rounds it out to my favorite wintermelon outside LA! Wintermelon Green Tea: solid and refreshing offering but next time I'll get it without the chia seeds if possible. Barely leaning which is right up my alley! Jasmine Milk Tea: creamy, floral, and smooth with a hint of sweetness that makes this a more complex and deep flavor. Top notch and better than any you can find in the valley. Vietnamese Ice Coffee: (wife's opinion) strong, hazelnut notes, and subtly sweet that hides behind the coffee. Could do with a sweet cold foam or a bit of condensed milk and it would be perfect. This is for the coffee lovers! Parking is decent and the interior is spacious enough for simple tabletop. My wife and I played some MTG and the table size is perfect! In terms of notes for the drinks I wasn't a fan of I'll simply say the sweeter variety fruit drinks (tea/slushies) didn't hit the mark as I found them light on flavor/sweetness. Here are the ones I tried: Mango Sunrise Strawberry Creamsicle Mango Slush Peach Slush **Everything is subjective** I'd say I'm pretty satisfied with the rotation I've found here and I'm quite happy to finally have some decent boba options! I definitely recommend trying it and finding what you think fits your preferences!

Signage inside. They have some games for people to play together!

We came for opening weekend. They have a good amount of people working and prepping in the back, but it was relatively quiet when we stopped by (only 2 more customers were around while we were there) and it was around lunch time so I was kinda surprised more people didn't show up. They made our drinks pretty quickly, with a longer expected wait for our bubble waffles (strawberry for me and Oreo for kiddo). There's a decent amount of seating (tables, bench seating, and a couple of sofas) and they had games out for people to hang out with their friends and enjoy their foods.

This place is seriously the best. It's Mother's Day and me and my family wanted boba on the way to Santa Barbara. So I found this place cause it looked like it had a cool selection of food and boba. Parking is good, the establishment was clean, and we were immediately greeted. When we ordered they gave me a discount on my drink for Mother's Day. They also offered me a rose which they had out for all the moms and there was a little note tied to all of them. We ordered the egg rolls, Cheeto corn dogs, taro smoothies, a strawberry banana smoothie, and a mango sunrise all with boba add ins. Everything tasted delicious. What an amazing place! Any time we come through here we would definitely want to stop by again. It's a must try! Thank you for a great experience.

A nice place to study or hang out with friends or family. They even provide you with some board games like connect 4, mancala, jenga, and uno. The service was really great as well. Food was good, we got the original korean corn dog mozarella only and nachos, my bf really likes the nachos since they did not skimp on the cheese at all, it's literally covering everything. And I love the corn dog and don't forget the sweet chili sauce which makes it much better or if you like ranch/ketchup instead, also fair price imo. Will be back for sure!

Very clean modern decor and lots and lots of space to hang out or even play games ! Sweet Tooth is the spot for authentic Viet Ice Coffee in Simi Valley. Strong bold taste for coffee addicts like me. Bubble waffle is HUGE, light, and tasty. Ambience is bright with plenty of photo ops for the younger crowd. The owner Jimmy is very friendly and welcoming.

The best boba drink in Simi Valley. I'll definitely coming back. All the drinks we ordered was good. I'll try the snacks next time.

Decided to try this place since it's brand new. Very nice place inside. Open and spacious. The person who helped me was very friendly and I love how they have perfect snack foods that pair great with drinks. 10/10 will be back.

Strawberry matcha latte

The best new spot in town! The Strawberry Matcha is a must-try (those layers! ), and the Hot Cheeto Corn Dog had the perfect crunch. The vibe inside is so welcoming and aesthetic--it's such a great place to hang out and snap a few photos. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and the service was super fast. This place is definitely going to be a hit!

Strawberry Matcha and a passionfruit tea with Boba

Customer service is great! Owners are super friendly & welcoming, quick service from the moment you place order. The space is clean, cozy, and has a really chill atmosphere--perfect for hanging out & working. The boba drinks taste amazing, and you can tell they put care into the quality. On top of that, their snack and food options are all delicious there's something for everyone. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to and highly recommend checking out!

I then decided that this would be my post-race meal. Fast forward to the next day, sore legs and all, I still wanted this as my post-race meal, so I placed a to-go order knowing that this would be the best option for me to get food right away. When I got to the Thousand Oaks area, I wish I had more time to have my meal properly, sitting down at the restaurant, but I took my order back to my car and chowed down quickly so I would have enough time to get to the airport. My vegan chicken and waffles were essentially a Belgian waffle topped with fried oyster mushrooms, accompanied with syrup and a side of mixed fruit. I couldn't stomach the fruit, but I the oyster mushrooms posing as chicken were delicious!! Especially with syrup on top. The waffle could have been thicker and crisper, as the one I was trying was soft in texture like a thawed out frozen waffle. Next time I am in Cali, I would love to stop by and have a sit down meal properly inside the restaurant. It was such a gorgeous day for brunch and while I couldn't take in the full experience, I am glad I enjoyed a delicious meal.

The outdoor seating made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and service was smooth from start to finish. We ordered the "Some Chicken on a Waffle," and wow--the portions were incredibly generous! The menu mentioned three pieces of chicken, but we definitely didn't expect them to be that big. Everything was delicious, but I could only make it through half--this is absolutely a dish you could share. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. We'll definitely be adding this spot to our regular rotation!

Whenever I go to a breakfast spot, I always try the biscuits and gravy and they came highly recommended by our server. They were very friendly and sat us right away and the first thing they brought to us was their complimentary house coffee cake. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. The biscuits were as big as my face and tasted amazing. The gravy was a white gravy the kind you would normally find on a southern fried chicken steak. It was a very generous portion, however I prefer a more traditional gravy with sausage. Individually, though the gravy was tasty and the biscuits were tasty since they were both made from scratch. The bacon was thick cut and crispy just how I like it. Next visit I am going for pancakes. The customer service was amazing. Seriously top notch hospitality. If you find yourself in Simi check them out. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. No dinner service. Range: $$

One thing that excels in this place is the service! The staff were really attentive to all our needs and checking up on us every now and then throughout our meal. The food tastes good, not really that outstanding, but just enough to fill and satisfy the little nook and crannies of the rumblies in the tumblies... The place was nice and clean. There were a few customers when we came in. And we were the only ones left after our meal. The price of the food is reasonable enough. I would recommend this business as a go-to for your breakfast needs!

Lately I've been without wheels, and have ordered from here for delivery, but this past Friday we actually had a small meeting near by and we all ate in this restaurant. The womens was "out of order" and the mens stunk worse than a morgue with faulty air conditioning. My husband wanted to go before we left. I don't know how he did it. I went next and -- this has never happened to me -- as soon as I closed the door I immediately had the urge to vomit. I ran out and exhaled.
