This place is only a few minutes from my place and I had never heard about it until last week when I was looking to find a new pizza place near my house. Thank you yelp for this discovery. In a day and age where pizza companies are going cheap with the toppings, this place delivers. I swear there were pounds of toppings on the pizza I ordered. I've never seen a pizza place that was not stingy with the toppings. As for the quality? It's great. Every bite is bliss and that's the way I like it with my pizza. I was slightly worried after reading a few of the reviews, but they were wrong. Sorry my fellow yelpers, if you didn't like this place, then you were wrong! Haha. We were visiting from Texas for a west coast college tour for Spring Break and picked this establishment for our first dinner night. It has the feel of a sports bar as flat screens were on every wall with a different sporting event on. It's pretty spacious and very clean. There's a tap beer establishment adjacent to it and they also carry a variety of beer flavors. As for the menu, they had too many to choose from and it was hard for us to settle on the types of pizza we wanted because they all sounded so good! We eventually settled on one large half regular cheese pizza and the other half of it a specialty Monroe cheese pizza with a delicious crust lightly brushed with olive oil & garlic,topped with a blend of mozzerella, parmesan & ricotta cheeses sprinkled with red onions, fresh garlic & parsley for the vegetarians in our party. Our second pizza was a large one half Stuft Specialty Topped with lots of Pepperoni, Ham, Salami, Italian Sausage, & Beef and the other half of it was a BBQ WESTERN with chunks of our Award-winning BBQ Chicken, Red Onions, Bell Peppers, & Fresh Cilantro. The presentation of both pizzas to our table had us salivating with wagging tongues and the taste of both of them was mind blowing spectacular ! Disclaimer: This review is based on a visit during a sporting event. Stuft Pizza is what most would consider a whole in the wall with it's location just off the Landess main road. It is a Semi-self service style restaurant where you come to the front desk to order and pay, pick up your own drinks at the side bar (self serve fountain drinks), and have servers bring your food to your table. Parking: 4/5 The first thing of note is that the establishment is location within a small plaza which has its own parking lot. The lot itself is about mid-sized catering to about 60 cars. I managed to arrive a little over an hour before the sports event so parking was plentiful, however, parking will get full around half an hour before the start of any event so be early. Service: 5/5 Upon walking through the doors you will see a very noticeable sign on a bar stool that says to sign here to be seated. Name, # of people, and time arrived. It's very important that you have at least half your party present to be seated. During my visit, multiple parties were waiting for extended periods of time because they did not meet this criteria (my party included). The person in charge of seating guests notified me of needing at least half my party to be seated and periodically would come to me and let me know how the seating situation was going (not very good for me as it was filling up fast!). I greatly appreciated this because he was not only very professional and courteous but he showed that he noticed me trying to wait for my friends in traffic and cared about not allowing it to be in vain. Top points as this would have been a failed attempt if he hadn't. Food/Drinks: 4/5 The selection of pizzas were extensive as well as a wide array of appetizers such as chicken tenders and buffalo wings. There is a self serve salad bar for those salad lovers as well. And if you like beer, this place basically has it all and on tap. We had a medium sized pizza and a basket of chicken tenders which well fed a group of 4 grown men (with drinks). The pizza was thick and the crust was crispy at just the right temperature to enjoy right when you get it. Cheese lovers will enjoy this place because they do not skimp out on giving you what you pay for. The chicken tenders came with sides or ranch and BBQ sauce which is what you would expect these days but it was tasty even without dipping. Final Score: 4/5 This place is extremely fun for adults to frequent during any local sporting event. The guests cheer loud and often. Excellent service, great food, and a fun atmosphere. I'd come back (with enough people to be seated on time) and I'd recommend this place to any local sports fan. read more

Mm, this pizza was tasty! Their dough is more on the doughy tasting side (if that makes sense?) but still fluffy and delicious! We ordered their Stuft Special which didn't take too long to make despite how packed the place was. All the vegetables had a nice crunch to them and the pizza didn't taste greasy either. It was pretty good! Definitely can't wait to come back and try their other pizzas on the menu. We took ours to go, but the environment is super chill and packed with TVs everywhere, perfect spot for hanging out with friends while watching the game. This place can get pretty busy especially on game days. But at least the place is pretty spacious. All of the employees here have been nice and attentive. I love that they offer beer flights so you can try all the different beers on tap. On a side note- Everything says "Stuft" but you actually don't get "stuffed" wings or pizza. Just a little heads up. I remember when I first came here I thought everything was stuffed but it's not and I felt very dumb! I'm actually writing this review because of my experience today. I was just that impressed. Absolutely fantastic pizza. I used to go to a Stuft back down in South San Jose back in the early 2000s and loved it growing up. Not sure if this is the same company or a franchise, but the pizza definitely did not disappoint. Perfect amount of toppings, sauce is great, and some of the best crust I have had. Definitely will be back when I am up in Milpitas seeing my girlfriend. There is also a bottle shop/tap room next door that are selling bottles to go during Covid, which is a nice perk to grabbing pizza to go! read more

I'm sitting here with bronchitis and this pizza made my day better. It was delivered 30 minutes faster than estimated, which is great. The pizza is really good. Doughy crust cooked just right, lots of pepperoni, and the sauce is really flavorful. The potato wedges I ordered on the side are even well seasoned and good which is rare for a pizza joint. Very knowledgeable staff. When the checkout line got long another employee came out to mobile check out people waiting in line. A little expensive but in the name of supporting small business during tough times I'm alright with it. Today I ordered a pizza and staff was helpful. Was told the pizza would take 20-30 minutes and was given a beeper. Went to the tap room next door to buy beer. Signs in the pizza place said no waiting inside so I waited with the beeper right outside the front door like I did the week before. As more and more time passed I peeked in with no response and no beeper going off. Fifty minutes later I went in to check and was told that they paged me 15 minutes ago. Showed them my pager and that it never went off. And they repeated that they paged me 15 minutes ago. Things that could've been done: a simple walk outside to check on people who have been waiting outside for over forty minutes. Maybe even an apology. I wouldn't feel as bad if the place was crowded but it was empty except for one table of people. Will definitely return to the tap room. Pizza? First, let me say the pizza was delicious and dining in/carryout customers can stop right here. This place deserves 5 stars for food quality. Anyone thinking about using grubhub, please see below: Ordered lunch for delivery with grub hub and after an hour receive a call asking if I picked up my order. The delivery driver called me when my order was supposed to arrive and asked if I already picked it up. Apparently someone else had my order information and was able to grab the food and leave with it. I had to call grubhub 3 times to make sure this was sorted out. I then had to call Stuft Pizza back and create a new order AND go pick it up. In total, an order that should've been routine ended up taking almost 3 hours to process. Until Stuft Pizza drops support for grubhub use another service. read more

TV, BEER, and PIZZA GALORE!!!! Been to Stuft pizza twice, once for dinner on a week day and once for lunch on a weekend. For dinner, I went to watch the 49ers game. They have beer specials on the week day (I believe it was $5 for a 34oz beer). That got me pretty happy/excited for the game! The pizza is great too, there's a big selection of variety of pizza and they let you do half and half without extra charge like most places. Definitely a big plus! Had some of the wings there as well, which were terrific. For lunch, I ordered a large pizza and a pitcher of beer. Unfortunately they don't have the beer special on weekends, but their pitchers aren't too bad ($12 for domestic). They have tons of beer on tap , so makes it pretty great to have a drink and enjoy your pizza. Pizza wise, I recommend getting Cornucopia (has almost EVERY meat you can think about putting on a pizza with olives, mushroom, tomato, and onion, so think of it as an ultra-Combo). I grew up going to the Stuft Pizza in Santa Clara. Moved away and unfortunately I've heard they've changed owners and aren't as good anymore. Recently moved to Milpitas and I was super happy to find out there's one here! Plus it has a lot of great reviews. I was very excited to try it I ordered my pizza online and then picked it up in 20 minutes. It tasted so good. I got the thick crust which tasted so fresh. Truly amazing and brought me back to my childhood years of enjoying fresh homemade pizza. Only cons so far are the parking lot. It's very small (although that's not their fault). There were also no coupons available online at the time so the pizza was really expensive for a small size. Overall, I'll be back! I really can't get over how delicious the pizza was. read more

Hidden gem! Been visiting more often than I should -horrible place for someone on a low carb diet. The food is WOW. I've tried the hot wings (great for someone that wants spicy, has more meat than most places that overcook their wings and the meat dries out), spaghetti and meatballs, chicken fingers, and too many pizzas (both thin and their perfect puffy crust)...everything so far has been delicious!!! I could not believe me eyes that I saw a Stuft Pizza as I was driving up the street with my boyfriend. We haven't seen a Stuft pizza in over 15 years! They used to be so popular in our childhood, yes in the 80s. We turned the car around and ordered a small pizza for two. Sadly it wasn't as good as I remembered it. The sauce has changed or something? As for the bread portion, that was plump and tasty. Still an overall good pizza, but not the one from the 80s. I really enjoyed the over abundance of huge flat screens all over the wall space. If you are into sports, this place will for sure wet your whistle. If and when the Sharks ever play again, I'd consider coming back here and order another item from the menu or just stick with a pizza. read more

Pizza, sports and brew! That pretty much sums up why I've been a fan for many years. Since I lived out of the area for most of the recent 10 years I would only stop in occasionally to enjoy the food (and sports atmosphere), but now that I'm back in San Jose I can easily see myself dining in, or picking up on a very frequent basis.
