It's pretty unacceptable to walk into a restaurant and have to take you're own chairs down to sit on. This was at almost 12pm. I'd expect chairs to be down before they open? We ordered a pizza and wings, it did seem like they were busy but then we had been waiting some time and they said pizza was almost ready, it was the wrong one so we waited another 15 minutes to get our food. I accidentally placed an order for pickup rather than delivery. I noticed as I placed the order and immediately called the restaurant to cancel as I didn't have a car and no way to go downtown. I asked if they had started the order and they said no so I asked if they would cancel the order. They gave me the managers number to call and he was rude on the phone even before I could ask my question. All he said is no refund and you must come pick it up. I understand if food has been made that is one thing but to refuse to cancel an order that hasn't even started seems unreasonable. It's a shame as my family was very fond of this place, and this location in particular but we won't be eating here again. This is our only issue, the food quality has always been great., but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
