I'm surprised people are complaining about the service here, I had a really good experience and the store is super clean. My temp was taken before coming in, sanitized, and shopped. I didn't think the sale people were rude at all, the girl that helped me even sprayed my boots with weather spray . If you're here to shop, no problem. If you wanna just walk around I can see how that can be weird especially with Covid and everything. Overall I'll defy be back here next month for another fall pair lol read more

Went in for some defect issue with Nudistsong style, I wear size 6.5 usually for Stuart Weitzman. I brought 3 pairs with the exact style before and for some reason the current pair squash my toes badly. The shop is a decent size store with many sections of shoes when I visited there were 2 associates. I got help from amazing Alen. He honestly is god sent! Resolved the issue with Nudistrong strapping issue in a timely fashion and provided the luxury customer service that went beyond any expectation. This man is a champion and deserves a raise! Horrible service in store. No authority to handle a simple transaction when manager is not in store. Store associates speak in Chinese to each other when dealing with a customer so no idea if they are helping or talking poorly about customer. Very rude behavior. No desire to provide any semblance of customer service. Calling corporate customer service while in store was worthless as associates won't do anything without manager and phone service refused to do anything or provide direction. As a customer that buys 1-3 pairs of brand per year for my wife, extremely disappointed that brand does not care about customers. Sent multiple follow-up notes to corporate and no desire from them to do anything. Head of Retail, silent. Regional Manager, silent. Corporate care expressed sorrow then ignored us. He explained that the boots would need to be returned to the Outlet, which surprised me so without skipping a beat, he boxed them up slapped on a return label and whipped out his tape gun. The worst service ever! I went in to the store at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa earlier today to find a pump a saw online. As I walked inside the 2-reps working just stared at me and didn't move until I approach them and of the two only one talked to me. I told her the shoe I was looking for and she told its a special order shoe. I told her thank you that I will ordered it online. Dear SW sales reps; if you're going to represent Stuart Weitzman here's some tips: 1. Treat every person walking in the store as a customer who will spend their money in the store. 2. Black peeptoe pumps with black and clear swarovski crystals. I like the shoes right away. Then I tried them on and walked around in them...I fell in love right away. The shoes were a little tight at the front but the saleswoman offered to strech them for me. Deal!! I was afraid she would rip my shoes while streching but she was gentle. SW boots are beautiful. I only want to share my experience in this store. Just two weeks ago, I and my friend went to this store for 5050. A Chinese-speaking assistant helped me with very DISRESPECTFUL attitude. She was the only sales in the store at that time, and there was no other customers. I asked her if I could try "5050" and "reserve boots" to see which is better on me, but she only let me try one of them and told me" they are the same style, you just need to try one of them" Excise me? Why they have different names if they are the same? After I tried 5050 on, I asked my friend if the pair of two boot leg looks a little bit different, the girl interrupted and said"That must be your problem. Lots of people buy this boots. They are perfect." What?! I understand as a salesperson you love your products, but what kind of sales would be so rude to their clients? Finally, when I was still taking off the boots, considering purchase which one, she suddenly said "Bye-Bye" to us(standing 2 meters away) without asking any questions! Again, what is wrong with you?! So we just left and bought my boots in another store. We talked in Chinese the whole time. Chinese is my native language, there's no way that I might misunderstood her mood. Bought a pair of silver scandals and mentioned to the sales associate that the strap needed shortening. She said no problem and Stuart Weizman would have it done gratis. I took the shoes home with me and later reuturned to the store to have the work done. The sales associate with whom I had worked was no longer employed at the store and the staff refused to honor her committment. They said if I wanted it shortened, I should take it to a shoe repair palce and have it done. Next time I will buy at Nordstroms where the customer service is both excellent and reliable. read more

Hopefully it'll work this time. ================================ I purchased one pair of the mitten booties on sale and had it ship to my address. At that time, I confirmed with Samantha(the sales lady) that I'll a new non-display model will be shipped to me from the warehouse. However, when I received it, I found it is worned or tried out a lot, and the suede has some stain that I cannot remove. I am very frustrated because I have been waiting for this shoe for my vacation.Therefore, I immediately placed another order through the website and would like to return the defect pair. However, the same sales lady Samantha said she cannot take the return. That is totally different from what she offered me when I made the purchase! I clearly remembered that she promised me that I can do the return within one month if I am not satisfied. Because at that time I said I'd like to purchase it via website, as I've done that twice before. Samantha said I would have more options if I purchase it from her so that I can return it in 30 days, while the website can only do 14 days. It looks to me that she just took whatever she can to let me purchase through her, so she can get the sales credit. Although she does mention that she can do an exchange but why would I have two same shoes! I have been so frustrated with the shopping experiences. The new pair I ordered takes forever to arrive(It has been two weeks and it was just shipped). It is not my fault that the pair that sent to me is not in good condition. If your shoe closet restricted you to only buying one boot... the 5050 over the knee boot would be the PERFECT pair. It is so comfortable, sturdy and not to mention stylish. No matter what your calf size is, this boot will stretch to fit your legs. I have very thing calves - 10 inches to be exact and it is quite difficult to find boots that don't make it seem like I could fit a whole another leg inside the space. The 5050 boot fits my calves perfectly. I first bought the Black Nappa leather and now I got the Brown Suede. Gracie actually placed my order via phone and shipped the suede pair to my house. She was very helpful in tracking down those boots as there was only one left in my size at another store. She emailed me the tracking number as soon as the order shipped. I started going there because I love the shoes. I keep going there becuase I love the service. The sales associates are great and always willing to go above and beyond in finding colors/sizes and shipping them to my home (for free!). I can stay away for months at a time and am always greeted by name when I walk in. They are also great about calling me a few days before sales. They are also great about service after the sale (i.e. streching, etc) A true gem for customer service! read more

Worst service ever!!!! I should of read the yelp reviews before I came to purchase my shoes at their boutique in South Coast Plaza. First of all, I came during Black Friday & purchased the Highland OTK, took the Narrow size home & realized I needed a Medium instead. came back to the store for an exchange on Cyber Monday, Jessica Liu who was the sale rep said she had to order online for me. There was an extra % off for Cyber Monday which she didn't mention until I randomly asked (then she refunded the differences for me which was nice) - she said the shoes would come in about a week and they will call me. Ok, so a week passed by & no calls. I called the store checking on my order in different times but all of their sale rep gave me the impression that my order never exist and kept asking for my numbers to call back. No one called me back. AT ALL!!! Until I made my 5th calls,male sale rep picked up, asked me the same questions over and over (name, order number, receipt number, date purchased) then he said he can't find my order & asked me who helped me that day, I said Jessica Liu. Then he said she's busy & asked for my number (again!) so she can call me back. Until now, I lost my patience with them, I needed to know when I can get my order & it seems like they don't know anything about it. Hello, It's PAID. He then told me he's just an associate and he doesn't know the full story to help, suggested me to talk to Jessica instead. (What kind of service is this?) - After awhile, he couldn't help as well as couldn't find my order in the system, he offered to look into it for me tomorrow (???!!) - we hung up, I called again expecting to speak with Jessica. she picked up the phone and told me my shoes are no longer available & she just got the email today (so they took my money and made me wait a week only to let me know I don't have my shoes? What if I never called?) - she didn't offer to refund until I asked so what now? Don't you have any other style? What should I do? - Then she said "we need to refund your money" - well of course you have to refund. But what kind of customer service is this for such a brand? Not sure if anyone from their management read these reviews in here but I'm pretty disappointed with the experience. Your sale people don't know anything and with poor attitude. Don't blame it on the holidays because people don't normally just pop in your store on a regular days. I love your shoes but the customer service is horrible. For the price that I'm paying, I expect better service with the right attitude. You probably don't care about 1-2 bad reviews but more than 2 of the same problem is a concern. There is just no way to not rate Stuart Weitzman 5 stars!!! I have been coming to this store for well over 20 years. There shoes are so beautiful and fit my feet perfectly.Anytime I need a dressy, classy high-end shoe, this is my go to place. I am well aware others may feel CL, MB, MM are better but not for me. The service here is impeccable. I purchased a pair of black dressy shoes with crystals and black ribbon lace ups several years ago. Having only worn the shoes twice, some of the crystals came off of only one shoe. I brought them in recently and they were more than happy to have them repaired. They were sent to New York and done properly, not outsourced to a local shoe repair place. I am so pleased with everything Stuart Weitzman, love the shoes, love the service!! read more

Their return policy is very strict, they won't let you return things that you buy "on sale" even if it is unused and u return it right away.

I can't remember, but I think the sales assosiate that helped me is named Marylin, she was great. Helpful but not pushy at all. I don't know if she is comission based, but if you go in there try and see her. The shoes themselves are to die for, I love them, the fit well, they're beautiful and timeless. Review of online store. Boots listed at 40% off - happily ordered. Emailed this morning "no more stock of your size / style." Called customer service and was told there was a "glitch in their computer system" and so they had all sizes but because the wrong price was listed, generic emails were sent. Spoke to manager, maintained same story. Obviously, not life ending since it is only a pair of boots, but stores usually honour whatever the listed price is, even it is an accident.
