Not only did he just erase the check engine light and not replace the purge valve, still had issues getting gas, he refused to come out and "warranty" a part which is odd since it's free for him and everyone involved , but knowing now he never replaced it makes complete sense. He also ripped off the driver side door panel, lost screws and a trim panel but ruined a whole panel cause he did not know what he was going by pulling on it. Also charged her to rewire the taillights, said it was all work, not only did the headlights go out during a storm at night taking her kid to work, but then was pulled over the same night for a taillight out. If I could give him anything less, I would. Lady took the car to another shop who discovered all this.

They're very professional and reliable. I'm going to be back for sure. But for now just car is running so much better and it didn't cost me a crazy high amount. I hate going to car shops, but from now on I don't have to worry and get nervous. I actually found people who seem to care about their customers and know what they're doing.

I was told the AC was a little low, and they would replace the missing amount. I was told I owed a total of ~$290. I went to pick up my car, and the story changed multiple times. He went from missing some coolant, to a pressure issue, to a leak, to major component failure, to impossible to find the part, and finally needing to make a custom part. With every change, the price went higher and higher. No explanation as to why he kept changing the diagnosis. Well overe $2000. Something was seriously wrong, so I paid the ~$290 and left. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Az Auto Air in Tempe. I told the owner about the disaster I just had. I explained to him what was going on, and he told me exactly what he believed the issue was based on the symptoms. He further said the other place probably did not even look at the car and was trying to rip me off. He told me if he was right, the repair would be under $400. He was right. After a full car inspection, he said the drip line was clogged, and my blower motor failed because it was flooded with water. Replace the line and motor for ~$350. NO LEAK!!! NO CUSTOM PARTS. IT WAS ALL A LIE. I have paperwork from the second opinion that clearly states no leaks. AZ Auto Air looked up the supposed unavailable parts, and he said every part was available new or junkyard used. It has been several months, and the AC is blowing with no issues. I would NEVER take a car to this place based on my experience.
