Jerry used to be one of the best and most trustworthy. Strongs auto was the only shop I would ever…read morelet touch any of my cars or trucks when I was to busy to do my own repairs or service or when the job was just something I was just not able to do period. I sent everyone that needed auto service to Jerry without concerns. That all said, I will never take so much as a kids peddle car to Jerry ever again and caution all that they may want to seek other options going forward. Something changed over 2024 and there was a rapid decline in Jerry's honesty, work ethics, quality and integrity. As a business owner myself I understand stress from staffing turn over or even abilities to find good options in today's workforce pool, exceeding personal bandwidth and accepting more jobs than you can an stay on top of, bills, suppliers etc. None of that excuses lying to customers, avoiding calls, not returning calls, cutting corners, and most importantly compromised customer safety using subpar and or incorrect parts that are not even appropriate or related for use on the repairs. I began to see open and cold beers around the shop or in Jerry's hands upon random stops in to check progress on a couple of my vehicles he was "supposed to be" working on, one of those cars had been there for over 3 months and it became excuses after excuses with bullshit lies and excuses to why it was not completed. The last car I had him working on was a new car I had bought for my 18yr old son as a graduation suprise gift. It was a Cadillac CTS that was in excellent condition with only a battery light on and check charging system issue. Well several thousand dollars later and multiple unneeded parts he claimed were needed to fix the issue Jerry claimed it was done and ready. When i picked it up, the battery light came back on before i left and Jerry just took attitude and said it was fine and would go off which it didn't. Then when i noticed an odd looking large blue wire running from the alternator to the pos post on battery and recognized the wire from a WALMART amplifier installation kit with a 50a fuse and asked Jerry what the hell that was and why some crap walmart amp wire was used, he became aggressive and said it was fine and a fusable link. Well thats when i knew it would be the last job he would do for me or touch one of my cars period. 24 hours later the cadilac caught fire while my son was out with a friend and burnt the alternator and battery up as well as most everything in the engine compartment. Had it towed back to jerry over the weekend and dropped there. Monday first thing in morning Jerry calls and as soon as i answered he just says "whats this piece of shit paper weight blocking my bay for" I told him I'd be right down. By time i arrived 30 min later the car had been moved to a far back corner of his lot and blocked by 4 other cars. He sees me over at the car and comes over with a major attitude and asked why was it back there. I laughed and said im sure you can see the fire damage and what burned. He replied simply, "thats not my problem. Im not responsible. It's got nothing to do with what i worked on and look, the fuse didn't even blow so like i said, not my problem or responsibility. Get this piece of shit off my lot!" Then slammed hood shut and walked away. He never returned a call, responded to certified letters or refunded a single dime. I have no idea what happened to Jerry but he turned into a complete mess and for the most part and my final impressions of him that day, a loser that lost himself and no longer cared about hos business, quality, integrity or himself for that matter. I have 4 months remaining before time runs out to file suit against him to recover what I paid for the "work" he didn't do as well as the entire cost of the car. Honestly ot more trouble than my time is worth and Karma will catch up with him. If I were to guess, I would say that strongs auto will be gone and out of business soon enough and he is probably going to lose everything and broke anyways. Sad to see a once great business and owner that was one of the best in all ways, spiral down and become just a hack as a mechanic and personally just a pos of a person. Best of luck my guy, Karma will be your end.

After many attempts the car wouldn't start. Jerome of Automotive Solutions Mobile blamed it on a faulty battery. Even with the battery charger attached for full charge, the car still would not start. The battery is practically new and the car was working just fine before Automotive Solutions Moble attached their equipment to it. Jerome refused to take responsibility and told me to buy a new battery. By the way, they were called for work on my truck head light. There was nothing wrong with the car. I suppose Automotive Solutions Mobile just wanted to break my Mercedes Benz on his own volition. AUTOMOTIVE Solutions Mobile had worked on my car in 2017 and the same thing happened. I took the car to German Auto Repair where they found evidence of aftermarket equipment that caused problems with the computer. They charged me a great deal of money to reset the computer so the car would start.
