I needed a battery replaced, asked if they deal with my warranty company. Was told "yes but do they cover batteries" to which I replied "I believe so". Then was told to be a jerk somewhere else and hung up on. I called back because I wasn't sure if I came across wrong but wanted to clear the air since my warranty says it covers "new batteries up to $135". Sorry for my ignorance. Then I was given an attitude again, and hung up on again. If you're a new customer I'd highly suggest you go somewhere else. They probably take care of their regulars but if you're not versed on mechanical ins n outs you might want to avoid this high n mighty attitude of this place.

I recommend the place but be cautious of up charges. Question all recommendations for repair/replacement. I had an oil change and component inspection. Everything was great until they got to my cabin air filter which sits behind the glove compartment. It takes about 5 seconds to access the filter, and I was surprised that the filter they showed me was so dirty as the car had approximately only 6,200 miles on it and had never been on a dirt road. They quoted me $50.00 to replace this filter. My 81-year-old geriatric, senility inclined dumbass told them to change it, although I knew better. The filter costs about $18.00. They had already taken the 5 seconds to access it and remove it. Putting the new one in and closing the glove box would take another 10 seconds which should have been covered under the component inspection price included with the oil change. THE ISSUE HERE IS they charged me $50.00 for an $18.00 filter and $32.00 for a 10 second installation. Nice place and nice folks don't always add up to the best service.

So something did happen.....and the Arnold's team responded beautifully! Although this van had low mileage, it is 9 years old....it looked showroom new. STILL had a bit of that new car smell. Based on the CarFax it may have been in a fleet of private rental vehicles, but wasn't driven much so sitting dormant may have contributed to the gas pump issue that popped up about two weeks or so after we bought it. The Arnold's service team inspected it, made the correct diagnosis and very quickly had me back sporting around in our new van. So grateful that we chose to partner with Arnold's for this vehicle purchase. Will go here first whenever we need another car!

Once in a while I might have argue with him over what needed to be done...and he was almost always right. Performs good work at a fair and competitive rate while also delivering the service requested. Also,will not jack up the prices of parts. Usually finishes in the time frame he's promised. If he overlooked or missed something - they will try to make it right. I am very fussy and wouldn't have taken my cars to him if I didn't trust them.
