I went on a Saturday so they were busy, which makes sense...but the total amount of time spent was around an hour. The team seemed to be pretty efficient, however and I appreciated that. During the oil change I was handed a reminder sticker stating that I needed another oil change after only 3,000 miles. That is so obsolete...very few cars running full synthetic oil need oil changes this frequently. When I questioned it the tech told me he wasn't an expert in that field, which is concerning. How are you performing oil changes but aren't an expert? At the end of the oil change I was asked if I knew how to reset the oil change reminder in my car. Since BMW conducted the first 3 oil changes for me and this is the first one on my own, I said no. I was told someone would meet me on the side of the building to help me but no one ever came. I wound up figuring it out and drove off. They honored my $25 off coupon though, which was nice.

But I went here because my friend wasn't in town. I looked online and it said prices were $40-$70 for the changes. I showed up and the cheapest option was $51 and was horrible quality oil. The next price up was $87 and then $120. That much for average quality changes is crazy. Either the prices went up recently and I was never aware or it's just super expensive here. I'll give it a 2/5 just because they did do a decent job and it didn't take too long and the overall concept is very efficient, but the prices need to be lower for it to be worth it.
