After taking my money, they completely stopped responding. I've called, texted, and followed up multiple times with no answer at all. The yard looks completely trashed and unkempt, it is definitely not a professional place of business. My car had been sitting there with no work done, and I've been left without any updates, honesty, or basic customer service. This is completely unprofessional and feels like I was taken advantage of. I would strongly warn anyone to avoid this place. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration.

They've now worked on both my Honda (routine maintenance) and my husband's BMW when we were dealing with an engine issue. In both situations, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on before moving forward. The BMW issue especially could have been stressful, but they diagnosed it properly and fixed it rather quickly for wayyyyy less than the dealer and other shops quoted us. That meant a lot to us as we have kids in college and it's hard to deal with a huge car repair expense unexpectedly. We also had window tinting done there, and the quality is excellent omg clean lines, no bubbles, and it looks amazing! Held up perfect in the AZ heat! It's hard to find a car repair shop you can genuinely trust, but Calex Motorworks has earned our business long term. Professional, knowledgeable, fair. They check all the boxes. Highly recommend.

After many attempts the car wouldn't start. Jerome of Automotive Solutions Mobile blamed it on a faulty battery. Even with the battery charger attached for full charge, the car still would not start. The battery is practically new and the car was working just fine before Automotive Solutions Moble attached their equipment to it. Jerome refused to take responsibility and told me to buy a new battery. By the way, they were called for work on my truck head light. There was nothing wrong with the car. I suppose Automotive Solutions Mobile just wanted to break my Mercedes Benz on his own volition. AUTOMOTIVE Solutions Mobile had worked on my car in 2017 and the same thing happened. I took the car to German Auto Repair where they found evidence of aftermarket equipment that caused problems with the computer. They charged me a great deal of money to reset the computer so the car would start.

Rafael saw me stranded in the gore area on the 101 during rush hour where my 2015 kia soul came to a dead stop. He pulled over and after speaking with my boyfriend whom i was on my way to visit and came to pick me up, they concluded it was probably a fuel pump problem. Long story short, instead of waiting for a $200+ tow service my insurance providers recommended that was approximately 1 hour away, Rafael charged me an affordable amount to tow my vehicle to the mechanic my family uses. I really appreciate that he just wanted to do a could deed and service instead of pressuring me to visit his shop even though it would've made total sense for him to.
