Terrible quality food. See pictures of their sesame chicken attached. All fried oily breading, very little chicken. Some prices were pure breading and no chicken at all! It's sad that they are serving this to customers, what a scam of a place.

Food was wonderful, fresh and not overly greasy. Unfortunately we live a bit far but worth a road trip.

I stopped by this location recently and was pleasantly surprised to see they had opened a new spot. I called ahead to confirm whether it was the same restaurant as the Mesa location, and they confirmed it's under the same ownership. The restaurant itself is very clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was attentive and quick to help. The most interesting part for me was the menu. It appears this location has been updated to feature fewer traditional Szechuan-style dishes and instead leans more toward a broader, Americanized Chinese menu. There's nothing wrong with that, but I was hoping to order some of the dishes I usually get at their Mesa location. Thankfully, I asked and found out they do still offer items like the Hot & Crispy Chicken Bites (no bone), Dry Red Pepper Fried Fish Fillet, and Ma Po Tofu. The chicken and fish were excellent and full of flavor. The Ma Po Tofu, however, was fairly mild and tasted more like a Chinese-American version than the traditional Szechuan style I was expecting. Next time, I'll be sure to ask if they can prepare it Szechuan-style. Overall, I'm happy to have this new location nearby and would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys Chinese food--especially those interested in exploring more authentic options.

If you're looking for the best Asian Restaurant to eat that's always reliable & delicious, come here. We visited this restaurant towards the Grand Opening, and the experience was amazing. The ambience and furnishing is fresh. We ordered lots of different dishes and each of them had detail in their presentation. The staff has always been attentive & friendly with their service. They even gave my baby daughter a Labubu toy. Every experience has just been as good compared to the last, and we will continue to be coming back. Thank you Spice Spirit!

Definitely a vibe for anime lovers! Food-wise, we started with the gyoza and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and even better dipped in the ponzu sauce! We also tried the sushi flight, which was a great way to sample a few different flavors. Overall, I really enjoyed it, although the eel was probably my least favorite of the flight just personal preference. The crispy tuna rice was easily the star of the meal! Crispy, flavorful, and the textures worked so well together. I would 100% order that again. The ramen, however, was just okay for me. It wasn't bad or inedible, but the broth was lacking that rich, deep flavor I look for in a good bowl of ramen. A little more depth and seasoning would really take it to the next level. The service was honestly one of the highlights. Our waiter was super friendly, cool, and attentive without hovering, which I always appreciate. Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses. The great service, fun atmosphere, and crispy tuna rice are enough for me to give Full Moon Izakaya another try. Next time, I'll be exploring more of the menu!

I usually have the Pork Tonkatsu ramen, Katsu sando, and Krazy Fries and everyday I'm away from Phoenix I CRAVE these so badly. Amazing and ambitious flavor combos that all fit so well together. I've served in restaurants for 20 years, at elite places such as, Hillstone along with Chelsea's Kitchen and Buck and Rider, and I am appalled by the behavior of the staff tonight. I discourage anyone from coming into this place. The service is underrated. And as a paying customer, enjoying a meal with a friend, I am very disturbed that they would kick us out before closing time. This lady walks around and says "closed, closed" and starts turning off all the lights. I said "Oh the website says you close at 10pm" and the lady with the top knot bun and glasses said "yeah, but no one is in here so we are closed." Ummm we were in there. Poor hospitality on their part. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Sushi Michi on 16th st & Bethany, or Full Moon Izakaya Sushi and Ramen, is way better and they don't close earlier because they didn't have any walkins at the point, nor do they kick people out before closing time. Also when we left a car had just pulled up to grab dinner. Turning away customers is poor ethics on behalf of Cherry Blossom. No wonder no one goes here and everything is so out dated. ALSO I had asked for a wine sample to decide which wine I wanted and our waitress said "we don't do samples". Okay well every other restaurant I've been to and worked at has samples. What a way to miss a sale. Wine was $15 a glass. Wouldn't you want that to improve your check average? These people are turning away money. So sad

We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.
