THIS COMPANY PROUDLY ENDANGERS WOMEN BY TRESPASSING, LYING TO THE COPS, AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY. PLUS THEIR WORK IS LAZY. I live in a condo and my upstairs neighbor's insurance company hired Straight Arrow to fix his patio. An employee pushed my patio gate open, the one BELOW the staircase to the patio they're working on. It's literally impossible to access from the staircase and it makes no logical sense. When I questioned him, he said he thought the condo was two story. When I asked how that worked when there were two numbers, he said "I don't know." I then spoke with my upstairs neighbor who said they knew it was two story as they watched him leave and told him he can't go back on his patio, so he took a duffle bag to stay elsewhere. Yet, the dense employee continued to lie to my face because he didn't think he'd get caught. I called the owner of Straight Arrow Roofing who said "well I'm sorry he used your water" without acknowledging his employee literally forced his was into my enclosed and gated patio, trespassing on my property. He even tried telling me "it wouldn't be good for [me]" had I shot his employee on my patio out of fear. He got very quiet when I told him I work in law and that's not how that works. The cops also didn't feel the same when I told them three times that the man "needs to be trespassed for his safety and mine" lol, they understood. When I called the cops, the employee who trespassed on my patio called someone and laughed about the situation. Here's a cute picture of him laughing about violating a woman's home and lying to the cops about it. The whole video was sent to the insurance agent who hired them. When my husband and I left to run errands, the arrogant employee told him "hahaha the cops came and did nothing." He said they'll be back, they misunderstood, and the police had him formally trespassed from my home. I also sent photos of the patio to my neighbor and the tape wasn't secured tightly, the plastic is everywhere. Shoddy work from garbage people as expected. UPDATE: The curly haired kid isn't on site anymore after being trespassed. Guess who's laughing now boys. No one from this circus still called or text back to apologize, but I'm sure you apologized to Brian which is good enough for me ;) Someone likely told them to tape off the stairs after I posted the pictures of the shitty work - they didn't do that the day they were trespassed lol. Thankfully the work is done and I hope you all learned your lessons. Don't ever try this type of predatory behavior again or may you be handled appropriately by the women you happily violate - especially because it's completely legal in this state. SECOND UPDATE: The work took longer to complete as the workers didn't tape off my upstairs neighbor's patio and an Amazon worker threw a package on it. They also damaged my wall by forcefully opening my gate when trespassing and are actively laughing it off when I ask for their insurance information. I'll now be contacting the appropriate boards. Good thing I practice law and can sue you at no cost to me ;) read more

Straight Arrow Roofing was recommended to us to upgrade our 28 year old roof prior to having solar installed. Requested a quote and got a response same day to set up a time for Lee to come over for an estimate. Lee was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered each of my many questions and many emails. Our roof job started in the middle of monsoon season. At first we weren't thrilled about that, but Lee assured us his guys would do the job correctly and that if there was a leak, they would make it right. We had no less than FOUR storms come thru while the tile was off our roof. Each time our ceilings stayed dry!!! Shortly after they were finished, we had a storm with 60 mph gusts. Not one tile moved! I consider it all a good testament to the craftsmanship of the crew. During the end of the monsoon season a wind store blew off the top cap of our chimney. Not sure who to call, we contacted the company who replaced our roof in 2016 - Straight Arrow Roofing. They had done such a fantastic job our roof and fascia we thought they may be able to assist. We emailed our problem on their website early in the morning and was contacted by the owner Lee Steele within an hour. He said he would be out that afternoon. The chimney cap measured 4ft by 5ft and was totally beyond repair. Knowing it was going to storm again that night, he told us he would tape off the chimney to avoid a leak and then let us know what the next approach would be. He gave us a very fair price upfront. Lee arrived at 3:00, tarped the chimney and let us know that it would involve ordering a cap and molding it to fit our chimney. We had already looked up caps online and knew it would not be an easy order fix. He took measurements at that time. We agreed on the pricing and a proposal agreement was set the next day. He also took away the very large old cap, quite a relief. During the ordering and molding of the new cap, we were kept informed of the progress and given a date to replace the cap. The tarp held well and Lee and his associate came out as promised. Within an hour the new cap was in place and as Lee said, "it was not going to blow off again." We highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have. They are honest, reasonably priced and do an stellar job. The company that painted our house even remarked at what an excellent job the roofers had done. They also recommended a great gutter replacement company. No way. Estimator was rude, arrogant, pushy and disrespectful. Was over an hour late for the appointment and never called or texted to update me on when I could expect him. When he finally got here he started right off the bat telling me what a major job it would be the instant he stepped out of his truck; he hadn't even been up on the roof yet to inspect it. I had only a few shingles missing from wind damage. He insisted I needed to have the entire roof replaced. Talked down to me, talked over me, and then said it would be $500 just for the trip charge to do a relatively minor repair. I have an 1,110 sq. ft. manufactured home - it would cost less than $5,000 to put on a whole new roof and this guy was talking like it would take 1/5th that amount to repair 6 ordinary asphalt shingles and small section of the ridge cap. The man was so insufferable I finally had to ask him to leave. I've had 2 other estimates since then from other highly-rated roofers and both came in under $500, exactly in line with what the insurance adjuster estimated. I have medium-range plans to replace the roof, but that is still a few months away - my immediate need is to have the wind damage repaired to minimize leaks, but because their estimator was such a jerk they have totally lost out on both jobs and I'll also tell everyone I know to steer clear. read more
